SeaCrest Oceanfront Resort at Hilton Head

The SeaCrest is located across the street from Coligny Plaza in North Forest Beach. Our SeaCrest villas in Hilton Head feature two large on-site outdoor pools, an outdoor hot tub, a kiddie pool, a poolside bar, and a private boardwalk to the beach. Also within the SeaCrest resort are a fitness center, conference rooms, indoor heated resistance pool and spa, and elevator access from the ground floor parking garage. Located within walking distance are seasonal live entertainment, children’s programs, Coligny theater, boardwalk shopping, beach volleyball, and endless paved bike trails. The Seacrest's amenities and prime location are hard to beat. *The indoor pool is heated year-round. The oceanfront pool is heated during March and April. *Dates are subject to change. Please note: Electric bikes and other electric-powered products, such as scooters & hoverboards, are prohibited on the SeaCrest property.

*** Construction Update*** [03.03.2025]

• Building 1 [Lagoon side] - Complete

• Building 1[Parking lot side] scaffolding has been installed, walls are being prepared for painting, and the expected completion date is 3.21.2025

• Building 2 [Lagoon side] - Complete

• Building 2 [Avocet side] is currently in progress and scheduled to be completed in early March. 

• Building 2 [Atrium Softwash] is scheduled for 3.17.2025-3.28.2025

• Building 3 - Complete

• Lagoon repairs are in progress for the foreseeable future.  The project will take six to eight weeks to complete. 

• Outdoor Spa - Resurfacing and retiling is in progress. The outdoor spa will be closed until further notice.
