A beautiful 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath villa at the SeaCrest Oceanfront Resort is close to everything Hilton Head Island offers. This villa is in building two on the fourth floor at the popular SeaCrest Resort. The fully-equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for four which opens to the dining area with seating for six. The tastefully decorated living area offers premium tiled flooring, a large TV, and a king sofa sleeper. The king bedroom boasts a large walk-in closet, a lovely bathroom with a walk-in shower, garden tub, and double vanity. The private balcony is perfect for relaxing outdoors.

In addition to your bed and bath linen set up, The Vacation Company provides beach towels for your stay. One less thing you need to pack!

Sea Crest is in the heart of the Coligny beach area. Nearby Coligny Beach Park is minutes away and provides water fountains children can play in, restrooms, and oceanside swings. Guests can visit Coligny Plaza directly across the street, a must-see destination with over 60 shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and seasonal family entertainment. Enjoy visiting Lowcountry Celebration Park, a 3-minute bike ride away which provides active and passive recreational activities, playgrounds ship, amenities, and scenic views.

*** Construction Update***

• Major and extensive exterior project begins October 7th, 2024 through May 1st, 2025. The project will negatively impact quiet enjoyment, views, parking, and balcony access. Please call our office for project updates if you are considering a rental during the project timeline.

• Lagoon repairs are in progress for the foreseeable future. They have been drained, cleaned out and the liner will be replaced, then filled. At this time work is scheduled to begin 1/15/2025 and will take six to eight weeks to complete weather permitting.

Wonderful Vacation

We enjoyed our vacation at this spot near the ocean. The location can not be beat and is within walking distance to everything and more. We really enjoyed the pool area for our toddler. The resort was clean and peaceful. We will be back!

Comfortable, spacious, clean

The condo was in a perfect location with a very short walk to the beach. It's in a perfect location to many restaurants which was great for us. Comfortable living spaces, spacious, extremely clean, and it had all the amenities needed throughout the condo for a long weekend/week stay. Ocean view and lots of light in the main areaâ€¦only small drawback is there's not natural light in the bedroom.

Everything You Need

Very Nice Clean unit! Comfortable bed, very spacious for a 1 bedroom. We enjoyed our stay here. Great view since it's on the 4th floor. Perfect location near coligny, you can walk over to coligny or bike to wherever you want to go. Definitely recommend this unit. It's everything you need!

Lovely Stay

The condo was very clean and well-appointed. We really enjoyed our stay and walked the beach multiple times a day. Terrific to be so close to Coligny Plaza for dining and music. The view was lovely although wish the balcony was larger. Its perfect for two people .

Awesome location and very nice facility

property was clean and as stated. pool and elevator codes were not given to us so we were stranded to get in and had to ask other folks for help to understand the entry. Unit codes are not the same as access codes for elevator and pool area???? Frustrating. Good weather and great location. Mattress is not good.

Everything was great! We loved how we close to both the beach and who we were within walking distance to coligny. We had an issue with the fridge and rental company fixed it in a timely matter. We will for sure be back.

Very nice property, well equipped. Somewhat confusing upon arrival to locate unit. Which elevator to use, which floor, hallway dark. Hard to see code buttons. TV was confusing to operate. No instructions were available. Enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful family vacation

My family and I had such a wonderful time at the Seacrest resort during our vacation to Hilton head Island in May. Our condo was beautifully decorated! Everything was clean, the pools were wonderful, and we loved the proximity to restaurants and shopping! We look forward to coming back in the future. Only suggestions would be a more comfortable mattress for the foldout sofa bed and it would have been nice if the snack shack at the pool was open.

Thank you so much for your review of 2403 SeaCrest. This villa has just undergone a very large renovation during the Fall 2016/Winter 2017 including new furniture, paint, flooring and so much more. The living area sleeper sofa has been replaced with a king sleeper with an extra comfortable mattress. The king bedroom also has had its mattress replaced. We hope you'll return soon to see this pretty face lift to 2403 SeaCrest. The Vacation Company
