We stayed at this condo last year also We love the condo . It is very nicely furnished. The balcony chairs and table are super nice. We spend a lot of time on the balcony The view is somewhat obsured by trees but very private. We will stay here again if it is available. It is so convenient to the beach ,pool and the stores and restaurants. Our only issue was the remodeling nextdoor but I know that cant be helped. I recommend this property

Great location! Right on the ocean and close to restaurants and shopping. Unit is just as listed and good for 2 people.Kitchen was stocked with all you need to prepare meals. Loved having coffee and cocktails on the lanai. Would stay here again.

We were there for 5 days and only used our car once to go out for dinner, pretty much everything you need is within walking distance. The unit itself is well maintained with anything you might need, and is very clean and comfortable.

Property was located right near Coligny Plaza and extremely easy access to the beach. Wash stations were conveniently located coming off the beach and worked well - we did not have any sand in the villa like we've had on other beach vacations. The room was a little tight for my family, but we knew that and spent a lot of time on the beach or riding bikes. My boys are 9 and 11. The view of the beach is obstructed by some palm trees and dunes, but was also a great view (if you wanted to easily see ocean straight out, the 2nd floor might be what you are looking for). It was also convenient to rent beach chairs, umbrella and bikes. They were all there when we arrived and easy to turn in at the end of the week. My family and I had the vacation we were looking for in HHI!

The unit is small but well kept. We've stayed in other units at the Breakers so we expected this. The location is great for easy access to the beach, shopping and restaurants. And on-site parking is a great convenience. The only negative is that the Breakers sits right next to the public beach entrance. Hilton Head has added a ton of public parking nearby and it has led to a much more crowded beach. And now the rental beach chairs and umbrellas extend as far as the eye can see. Beach goers are squeezed in tight at high tide. But in general, it's a very nice place to stay.

There were several hiccups during my stay, but William took care of all of them quickly. The unit is equippd very well and the unit is well maintained. We will use it again when we come back. They are putting an elevator in which will make luggage transport much easier. The view from 116 is awesome for a first floor unit.

This is an older property that is close to the beach. The balcony was always shaded and a cool breeze was blowing. You can sit out there and listen to the ocean. Pool is right there. Directly across street is Coligny Plaza with all the restaurants and shops one would want. Definitely recommend the Breakers.

The Breakers Hilton Head condo we stayed at was nicely furnished and equipped for summer renters. The Vacation Company rental agency was very responsive when the clothes washer needed to be repaired. We would like to come back to this location in the future when we return to Hilton Head.

Great location. We would definitely consider staying in this unit again. It was nice having access to an in unit washer and dryer. The key-less entry was great for going to the beach or pool. The vacation company supplied high end shampoo, conditioner etc. We really appreciated those.

The condo was close to everything as I was celebrating my grandson's 13 birthday. He and his friend felt comfortable going to the beach, going to the pool and going to the Plaza as they called Coligny Square. The cute touches made the condo very cozy. Would love to visit again soon!

This is the best condo that we have stayed in the Breakers - it is beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our stay! I love the walk in shower! Upgraded to the max! Only 2 small problems...the unit needs new pillows. The ones provided were very thin and they are not enough pots! Also could use some cheap storage containers!

We had what started out as an odd experience, having the realtor call us 2 days before our arrival to tell us that the condo had flooded. We were heartbroken. Luckily, while trying to find a new condo, the realtor called and said that it had been repaired. We got there to find out that the lock didn't work and then later discovered the wifi was not functioning either. The realtor worked hard to rectify our problems and were really helpful. By Wednesday it was all corrected. We loved the condo layout, decor and all the nice finishes. We were pleased with the lovely bathroom, big tvs and the nice (well-stocked kitchen). My husband is already talking about renting this again next year and all my friends that were in other units were envious of our condo. Loved that it was on the first floor.

This property was perfect for two of us! It had everything we needed including kitchen gadgets and a washer and dryer. It is very cozy and we felt right at home. Loved that we were steps from the beach and pool and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The shower in this unit is phenomenal!! Nice view of ocean. Rented bikes and rode them all over the beach and island! Spent lots of time relaxing on beach! Nice shops at Coligny Plaza. My husband took a half day fishing charter and had a great time! Skull Creek Boathouse Restaurant, OKKO Japanese/sushi restaurant (must drive to these) were well worth the car ride. Aunt Chiladas had great, reasonably priced margaritas and was a fun place to hang out and listen to some live music. I would love to come back next year and would definitely rent this condo again! There was one small thing that I would change...the free standing closets in the bedroom should be switched. The doors should open toward the wall, not the bed. The doors end up blocking the light and it's difficult to see what you are grabbing. Just a suggestion. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here immensely and hope to be back next April!! Thanks for helping our stay be so relaxing and enjoyable!!!!

I've stayed at the Breakers since 1989 and it's the perfect place and location for me. 116 is especially nice since it's first floor and ocean front. I stayed in 116 prior to it being listed by VRBO. You've made some really nice changes and upgrades. As far as I'm concerned, the price and location are ideal. I'll be there again for sure. Nice job.
