This was exactly what we needed! The staff was super helpful when we had questions and the space was clean and exactly as described. One of the best parts of this condo was the storage. There was so much! Will stay here again!

I don’t normally write reviews but Unit 217 at Breakers helps us make HHI “Our Happy Place”. We came to 217 4 years ago after booking into another unit in Breakers that was a nightmare. 217 is what you want for a lovely vacation. It is tastefully updated with quality throughout. It was decorated by the owner and you can see the many personal touches. A smart part of the unit is a beautiful full length mirror. This special touch creates a second area where one can blow dry, makeup and so on while the other person is showering. And the fabulous view from the comfortable balcony makes it complete. It’s a wonderful unit that is as nice as its pictures.

This little condo was so perfectly decorated, perfect location, within steps from the beach and the pool. I've never stayed somewhere that was so stocked with all the necessities for the week. The kitchen had everything I could think I needed. Comfortable bed with plenty extras for the kids on the pull out couch even had a foam mattress for added comfort. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend this place to a small family.

The condo was wonderful. Only negative was no elevator. They may be building a new one on the far end.

My husband and I enjoyed a nice week on Hilton Head while staying at this cute condo at The Breakers! Check-in was super easy, and the keypads on the doors made coming and going both simple and secure! The condo was nicely renovated, with beautiful beach views, a nice updated kitchen, and comfortable bedroom area. We loved the proximity to the beach and the Coligny Plaza right across the street. I would have liked to know ahead of time that the property was under construction, as we didn’t have access to the elevator, which made unloading the car a little challenging with our luggage. Otherwise, the listing was pretty accurate! This property is great for families as well, as it has access to a pool right off the beach! Will recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay and would love to visit again. We would have extended our stay if the following week was available. It had everything we needed, was perfectly designed, and super comfortable with a stunning view of the ocean. There were a few inconveniences related to the building (not the unit itself). There was a ton of construction taking place during the week. If we weren't from NYC and used to it as background noise, it would have been a major issue. Toward the end of our stay, the bedroom window was taped up and covered with plastic while we were still sleeping and remained covered the rest of the time. At another point, we were leaving to run errands and our car was being covered with plastic by the construction workers who were about to do work near where we were parked. It was a bit alarming to walk out and see what was happening. They should have alerted us, especially since the parking pass in our window listed our unit number. Upon arrival on our first night, we were yelled at pretty badly by a nosey neighbor because we were apparently parked in a spot that construction uses during the daytime - which wasn't noted and wasn't the case as we found out the next day. It was not the ideal way to kick off our vacation. The parking was extremely limited during the week. There was constant confusion about where we could and couldn't park since the construction workers moved locations each day. That should have been clarified upfront and the construction should have definitely been mentioned in the listing. I'm just glad we didn't rent a unit that was facing or next to the construction that was taking place in a few areas of the building. We can't wait to return!

I have stayed at the Breakers many times, but this condo is my absolute favorite now. 2nd floor End unit oceanfront! Everything you could possibly want in the condo, other than a small coffee pot...a regular size coffee pot would be great for big coffee drinkers?. Other than that perfect. Decorated beautifully, lots of storage, the kitchen had everything you needed to cook. The balcony had high top table and chairs that looked over the railing which is a plus! Absolutely perfect, home away from home!

Loved your condo. Great view of the ocean and enjoyed having the window by the kitchen. Liked the swivel high chairs on the patio . The patio door was difficult to open and close.

I really enjoyed this apartment - ocean view, pool view, comfortable deck. Perfect for a solo traveler. Enjoyed meeting the other vacationers at the pool, many of whom return year after year to this complex. Perfectly located within walking distance of stores, restaurants and beaches. Loved having a kitchen so I could cook meals. I will plan to return next year.

This was our first visit to this location & we are looking forward to coming back!! The beachfront view was gorgeous & we didn't have to haul half our stuff since it was such a quick trip down to the beach & back if we needed to go back. The Vacation Company responded quickly to my call about the kitchen light being out. They even changed the batteries in the wall clock! Clean & comfortable.
