Enjoy the ocean views from this professionally decorated, spectacular, 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo. Don’t miss this truly stunning condo with top-of-the-line finishes. Relax with the amazing beach views from the luxurious living room that is decorated in beautiful blues and coastal themes.

Watch your favorite shows on the large TV. The living room has a private patio, perfect for reading or watching the sunset. Enjoy beautiful relaxing views while cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. The large open dining area has seating for six and seating for two at the breakfast bar. This spacious master suite has a king bed, TV, large closet, carpeting, and its own patio. The master bathroom is perfect with tile floors, dual sinks, a separate shower, and a spa tub. The guest suite has two Queen beds, a TV, a large closet, carpeting, with an adjoining bathroom. The guest bath has tile floors, dual sinks, a separate shower, and a spa tub.

You will have covered garage parking with access to two elevators. Located in the Forest Beach area, Sea Crest provides guests with easy access to many island activities. Nearby Coligny Beach Park provides water fountains children can play in, restrooms, and oceanside swings. Across the street, guests can visit Coligny Plaza, a must-see destination with over 60 shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and seasonal family entertainment. Sea Crest offers great vacation living and the whole Hilton Head Island experience to make your stay memorable!

Low Country Celebration Park is just a quick walk away. This amazing park provides active and passive recreational activities, amenities, and scenic views for families and individuals. The park is minutes away from the Towns' award-winning Coligny Beach Park.

*** Lagoon repairs are in progress for the foreseeable future. They have been drained, cleaned out and the liner will be replaced, then filled.

At this time work is scheduled to begin 1/15/2025 and will take six to eight weeks to complete weather permitting.

*** Construction Update***

• Major and extensive exterior project begins October 7th, 2024 through May 1st, 2025. The project will negatively impact quiet enjoyment, views, parking, and balcony access. Please call our office for project updates if you are considering a rental during the project timeline.

• Lagoon repairs are in progress for the foreseeable future. They have been drained, cleaned out and the liner will be replaced, then filled.

Lovely Condo in a Great Location

Overall, the condo was very comfortable and clean. We love the beach and the view from the balconies. Excellent location, walkable to many shops, bars, restaurants, breweries. The kitchen and bathrooms are a little dated, but large. I would recommend that the mattresses in the queen bedroom be replaced. One has a deep valley in it.

Great Accommodations/Location

The location is perfect, directly across from Coligny Plaza which has everything you need at your fingertips! The Piggly Wiggly for grocery shopping plus quaint shops and numerous bars and restaurants. The Seacrest was wonderful, right on the ocean for easy beach access. It has 2 pools with food and drink making vacationing worry free! We will definitely stay there again.

Excellent Accommodations!

We brought our family of 4 to celebrate Easter week with family members who live on Hilton Head. The accommodations were excellent! We were able to put on a full Easter dinner for 8 people, comfortably! The kitchen is set up with everything in mind (including muffin tins, electric mixer, fully operational and up-to-date appliances, etc.). We entertained 8 people, in this 2-bd, 2-ba condo, with a gorgeous view of the pool and lagoon areas. We were able to ride our bikes anywhere we needed to go (shopping, movies, grocery store,) and walk to the beach. This vill is outfitted with comfortable and attractive furnishings, intimate patio design, and all the amenities you could ask for. Highly recommend this unit.
