3204 SeaCrest

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at 3204 SeaCrest. We had a little one with us and being right on the beach was so helpful. The unit was immaculate and nicely appointed. The access to beach rentals was a big plus and so conveniently delivered right to us. We enjoyed riding the bikes on our 8.5 mile trek and we loved the convenience of walking to so many restaurants and shops nearby. Our only complaint is that the property needs to take better care of the pools and deck area. Everything there seemed worn and in need of repairs.

This condo was perfect for our family of four. It was in a great spot. The condo was very clean, super comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and just the best views! There was some construction while there but it didn't interrupt our experience at all. We were disappointed that the gym had no free weights. No fault of the owners obviously, but just letting everyone know, as we didn't expect that from a "gym". Great place - highly recommend.

My sisters and I rented three condos in SeaCrest and had the best stay over the long Labor Day weekend! Our unit was so cute, clean, comfortable, and convenient to the pool, beach and, most importantly, Pool Bar Jim's! LOL Nice restaurants, shops and cafes were all within walking distance and we drove just a few minutes for some fabulous food at both Coast, and The Black Marlin. The beach was perfect. We will definitely be back!

My family and I had a great experience at this unit. It was clean and updated. The fridge was amazing. The views of the ocean were breathtaking! We loved sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine looking up at the stars at night. Check in and check out were very easy. The unbelievable ocean views is what you pay for. I absolutely loved it. We will definitely come back in the future!

This property was well maintained. It was clean and in good condition. We could not get the ice maker to work. We were able to freeze ice cubes in a purchased ice cube tray. We really enjoyed our stay.

From the moment we drove into the complex we were delighted with our choice of properties for our vacation. The location can not be beat, shopping, restaurants, parks, and the BEST lattes are all within walking distance outside of the complex. Within the complex you have 2 great outdoor pools, a fitness center, the beach, and Pool Bar Jim's! The unit itself was on the oceanside and thr views were breathtaking. The unit was larger than expected and very clean. The only negative part was that the wifi was not the greatest but we did not mind too much as we spent most of our time outside! Our 4 kids as well as my husband and I had a great time here. We are already looking at next year.

Loved this property. Very well appointed, with great view of the ocean, clean and has everything you need. Covered parking is great. Pool was not heated while we stayed in April. Lots of space, comfortable beds, large bathrooms. Furniture was very comfortable.

The place was lovely and very clean. It was a little confusing when we got there. It would be helpful to send a reminder of the access code for the gate and room right before the person arrives Just to remind them exactly what to do. Otherwise everything was fine.

We loved our condo, 3204. It has an awesome view. Seen dolphins from our balcony almost every morning. The property and grounds are very nice. We enjoyed the heated pool after dipping our toes in the cold ocean water. Access to the ocean and beach is right there. The location is perfectly located by the ocean and across the street shops and restaurants. We loved riding our bikes to restaurants, around the area on the paths and on the beach. The condo was clean, updated, big rooms, excellent view, had everything we needed for an amazing week on the Island. We will definitely be back!

The condo view of the ocean was amazing! We spent our mornings drinking coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The second floor was so easy to go down to the beach and pools via stairs, no waiting for elevators. My girlfriend and I booked this condo as a last minute girls trip with our 5 kids before school started. It could not have been more perfect! The condo was actually nicer in person than in the pictures and you couldn't ask for a better location. The proximity to the beach, the two pools and the pool bar were exactly what we needed! The app that the management company utilizes was fantastic (including the part about leaving items behind which came in handy when we realized 3 hours into the drive back that the priceless Dyson hair dryer was still under the sink - a real person answered right away and it was in a box being shipped to me that day!). Highly recommend this property.

When we had to postpone our trip because of Hurricane Irma, our original choice was not available so we had to choose another rental. Fortunately, with the gracious help of Carrie at Vacation Company, we chose #3204! The place was immaculate with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Besides offering a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean, it was beautifully decorated with some unique items to give the villa a special touch. Did I mention the location? Well, besides being oceanfront, Coligny Circle is only a few steps away where there are plenty of interesting shops and restaurants for all tastes. If you want a day of sun and relaxation, sit poolside or on one of the two balconies with a good book and a beverage (they also serve food) from Big Jim's which is right on the property between the two pools. After being disappointed having to postpone our original dates from September to October, this proved to be better than we could have imagined. The weather was great, the rental and property was inviting and comfortable, and we enjoyed our time there immensely. The only problem...the week went by way too fast!

Everything about the condo was wonderful. The view and the location were the best. The condo itself was very clean, comfortable and decorated tastefully. Having the Backyard beach bar was another great perk! The ONLY thing we had trouble with was the consistency of the internet. We will be back!

Great condo, great size, and very comfortable. Living room could use a second couch as the two side chairs weren't that comfortable after sitting in them a while. Property was very well maintained and centrally located to a grocery and shopping. Will definitely consider on our next beach trip. The only draw back on this unit was a little pricey but other wise great.

We have been staying at the seacrest for 9 years now. This was our first time at 3204. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. My only suggestions would be to get a bigger t.v. for the living room area and maybe another couch instead of the two chairs. Still would definitely stay there again. I know from staying in other condo units there its too bad they don't leave beach chairs as we had to go to walmart to buy them for the week and then had to leave them because we flew.

Two problems during our stay. Ants in the front foyer and one bathroom. TV lost cable signal several times. Bug man had not serviced condo since Dec. so think perhaps should use his service at first of March.
