SEACREST RENOVATION UPDATE AS OF 1/14/2025: Building 1 Lagoon side complete, Building 2 Lagoon side complete and scaffolding to be removed by 1/17/2025, Building 3 scheduled to be completed by the end of January. Building 2 Avocet side currently in progress and scheduled to be completed by 2/28/2025 weather permitting.

Lagoon repair project is scheduled to start 1/15/2025 and will take six to eight weeks to complete.

Great Time!

We had a great time as a family of 4 at the condo! It was a perfect location right by the beach and across the street from Coligny Plaza. We would definitely stay here again!

No Stress!!!!!

Let me start by saying our condo had everything in the kitchen you would possibly need to cook a full meal . From Lobster pots to containers with lids,every utensils and more. Refrigerator clean as was all the cabinets! Great set up. Great set up of towels, also 6 beach towels. 2 balconies. Plenty of space. Only one issue was in the one shower . There was a shut off valve on the shower head. Shower was pulled away from the wall. If someone go’s and not sure what to do with this industrial looking shut off , it just looked not finished or not thought about. Otherwise the condo itself was lovely right on beach!!!!! Perfect! The property itself was not kept up. Landscaping and garbage in bushes not taken care of. We did not see one maintenance person on landscaping. The grotto’s are a mess still that run through the entire property.

Lovely beachside condo

This condo is well kept and was perfect for our family! Right on the beach! Lovely pools and a nice poolside bar as well! Within walking distance to an awesome park and splash pad as well as tons of restaurants and shops!

Close to everything, clean. They had monopoly and other board games which we played and had a great time. I appreciated the very clear instructions provided via email and within the rental!

Family Vacation

This property worked well for our family. Great location right on the beach. Short walk to several stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to others. Perfect spot!

This condo was SO perfect for our family trip. The location can't be beat, the condo was very clean, and the pictures don't do it justice. It's a huge place with two enormous bathrooms, two balconies, and an ocean view. We would love to come back!
