It was great working with the vacation company. They were communicative and helpful in assisting us with a last minute property change issue due to an unannounced construction project at our original location. The condo was super clean and we appreciated all of the recommendations and beach gear rentals. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Great property and location! The fountains were drained which was the only cosmetic issue. I might suggest using rubber wrist bands for the pool area as this is monitored frequently and one of the security folks was rude to my son about it.

We love staying near Coligny. This place right there. Easy walk to shops and beach. Pools are great. Poolside Bar is very convenient. Overall home was as listed and very comfortable for us. We will stay here again.

We love Seacrest. Great location and amazing bar. Pools are also the best. We had a small issue with water on our carpet and it was taken care of immediately. We did get a credit and a late checkout time due to a bit of inconvenience with the dryers in our room and that was appreciated. The room was clean and Jennifer came and let us in early because she saw me waiting by the room. She also helped with the water issue in a very timely manner. We will be back next year.

This place was great! Fantastic ocean views, immaculately clean, spacious living area, bedrooms and bathrooms. The balcony was perfect. And on top of all that- the location was awesome- walking distance to shopping, restaurants, everything.

We had a great experience during our stay and the condo completely met our expectations (location, view, cleanliness, etc). The only negative point and opportunity for improvement was towards the end of our stay we received a request to confirm when we were leaving and even after indicating we would be leaving by the checkout time of 10a, we received multiple reminders / requests to inform when we were out, and the door code was changed an hour or so before the scheduled check out time locking us out while we were trying to load up the car. In addition, house keeping also came by and knocked and asked us when we were leaving, well before 10am... so even though we were out before the check out time of 10am we felt very pushed by the rental company / housekeeping to leave which wasn't a great way to end the trip / stay. We fully understand the rental company needs time to turn around and clean the condo before the next guests arrive but my recommendation is that the rental company re-evaluate their check out time / procedure for communication with the guests and change to an earlier time if 10a is not acceptable, making clear the amount of pressure that will be given, and/or inform the lock code will be changed ahead of time and that house keeping will stop by even when you informed what time you will be leaving, so the guests can be warned / prepare accordingly. Other than this we were very happy with our stay. Thank you!

I have been to HHI several times in the past 20 years and this is the second time at this property and I will be back! Location, location, location!! Great pools and easy walk to everything!! Only complaint is that the beds in our unit were very hard so we did not sleep well, and water to dishwasher was off?

Seacrest is top notch in our book! Condo came with every amenity we could possibly need, the location is central to everything with breathtaking views and 1305 is beautifully decorated! We had 14 family members staying in 3 different condos there and children of all ages with us. The grounds are gorgeous and loved the option of having 2 pools to swim in. The only negatives would be the slippery when wet hallways, which were dangerous for our dad and his walker and the fact that there isn’t anywhere on the property to grill out. We will definitely be coming back to Seacrest yearly now and we highly recommend 1305!

We have been vacationing at Sea Crest for the past twenty years with our family. Building one, has a beautiful view of the water features, pool and ocean. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping and a grocery store across the street. Renting bikes is also very easy. We look forward to coming back every year!

The location of this property couldn’t have been better for our group, who had never been to Hilton head Island. The property and condo amenities were great and the condo was clean and well stocked.

The condo is very nice, in a great location and well maintained with the exception that the dishwasher did not work properly. We reported it to Maintenance who came by to look at it and agreed it needed to be repaired or replaced but it was neither repaired or replaced during our stay. Also the directions in the unit for Roku said to use HDM1 when it should have said HDM3.

Everything was very nice and clean. I always pictured Hilton Head being less crowded and quiet. Not the case for Sea Crest, at least the area we stayed. Coligny beach is the primary public beach and there was people every where. The shops and restaurants around are nice and easy to get to.

We enjoyed this spacious, comfortable, well equipped and well maintained condo. Two balconies, one off a bedroom and the other off the living area provide a wonderful view of the beautiful landscaping, pools, beach and ocean. Exactly as is shown in the photos. This property is well located for walking to excellent shopping and restaurants. Perfect for a day trip to Savannah. All contact with Vacation Company was efficient and easy. A perfect holiday and we hope to return sometime.
