My husband and I took our 5 year old son and 19 month old daughter here for our last off-season vacation before our son starts kindergarten next year. We had heard great things about Coligny and Hilton Head in general. We had a great time! The location is great.. we didn't get back into our car once we arrived. We walked for dinner, coffee, shopping, drinks, and even to the park with the pirate ship which the kids loved! We took a wagon which made getting out very easy. The pools were nice.. we loved the baby pool for our daughter who is very independent and doesn't love being held in the deeper pool. Pool Bar Jim's made awesome food and drinks for us to enjoy while the kids played. The property was clean and had plenty of room for toys and everything we needed to keep everyone happy. The property managers were prompt in helping us - we had one small issue with the door and they had to bring us our parking passes after we checked in. Both issues were taken care of quickly. The only thing we didn't like about the property was the gym. It definitely needs some updating and some free weights. Also, the signing is a little confusing too about which building is which but we really enjoyed the location and would love to come back. Such a great time. Thanks for having us!

This condo is absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location! The house was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make meals, the balcony view is amazing, and there were lots of extra touches that made us feel welcome. You can’t beat the location with being able to pop back and fourth from the beach to the pool. Pool Bar Jim’s is a must visit! Lots of shopping and food within walking distance. Communication and checkin was easy. We will definitely be back!

You cannot beat the location, being across the street from Coligny Plaza for food and shopping, and the beach is less crowded, as it is closer to residential homes than the overly crowded public Coligny Beach! The condo itself was nicely appointed and maintained. There is a Keurig coffee maker along with a regular coffee maker, which was nice as I am a solo coffee drinker and don't drink more than one cup in the morning. The inclusion of almost free vacation equipment rental, such as bicycles for the week, provided by the Vacation Company, the management company, was an appreciated surprise. The mattress in the master bedroom was very hard, so it was tough on my husband and I by the 4th night, but everyone is different in that regard. Harder than most hotel rooms though. My only complaint truly is that the some of the fountains on the grounds of the resort were not functioning properly and/or were very dirty, so it took away some of the aesthetic pleasure of walking around and taking photos, but that's fairly minor. Overall, it was a lovely place and we had a great vacation! Would rent again and will recommend to others!

The condo is exactly as described. Comfortable, well appointed, and the views are nice. The two pools are great! So nice to have a pool that has a true 8 foot deep end. The pool bar is a plus, loved that you could grab a sandwich also. The parking for this condo is under the units so your car is not in direct sunlight or rain. The king sized bed was hard as a rock (Everyone is different) we solved it by buying a mattress topper. Would stay here again

This property is perfect for those that don't want to drive around a lot. On the beach, across the street from Coligny where there are lots of restaurants, shops and the piggy wiggly grocery store. It's also biking distance to several other places. The condo itself was well maintained, clean and perfect for us.

This place was excellent for our family. The location to the shops and grocery store was ideal, as we ended up without our reserved car rental due to the horrendous 5 hour wait at the Savannah Airport to get the Avis rental. PSA for anyone renting a car from that airport- it is a mess. We were able to walk to everything we needed, and we took Ubers to restaurants further away from the property. The property is pretty with gardens and ponds and a stunning view of the ocean. We bopped between the pool and the beach the entire time, and having our condo to retreat to for lunches and naps was great for our young kids. As for the condo itself, it was a good size for a family of four and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The in-unit laundry was especially helpful to wash our swimsuits and towels frequently. We ran into an issue on the third day of our trip that warranted a call to management. They handled the issue exceptionally well and did not question us, and took care of the problem swiftly and made it right for our family. For that, I am very thankful. I would absolutely recommend this place for families and would stay again.

Location is perfect especially if you have teenagers who will be able to walk to everything from this condo! Shops, restaurants and ocean all so close! Only major complaint is the Parking situation at this property. Because it is so close to the public beach there are a lot of cars that park on the property without proper pass! We saw several groups walk directly from the beach to their vehicle parked on the property. Property does issue parking passes but I am not sure if they issue too many per condo or the failure to enforce is the problem,

This was our first time to HHI and we couldn’t have picked a more convenient location. Food, shopping, and of course, the beach, were all just steps away. We loved the view from the balconies, but do wish one was a touch larger to fit our family of four comfortably at an outdoor patio table. That said, it was as described/pictured. There were a couple of minor issues that were either resolved or easily tolerated. We appreciated the beach gear credit and loved the bikes and beach chairs we rented. We would highly remind the Seacrest and would happily return someday.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. Everything you’d need or want is within walking distance including a grocery store. We had a rocky beginning due to fault of our own with not reading the info the property manager sent us with codes to get in. However, when we called the number provided, someone did help us right away so that was amazing. Be sure to read all your info because everything is provided. The room was very clean. Linens and towels are provided so don’t pack those. The only teeny tiny complaint is that the fridge makes a loud knocking noise at night. My son who was sleeping on the pull out bed closest to the kitchen had a difficult time sleeping with the sound. Those of us in the bedrooms didn’t hear it as much to prevent sleep. It’s minimal and doesn’t take away from the property. Just something to be conscious of. It’s a very lovely condo and great property. You’re sure to love it as much as our family of 5 did.

We have stayed in various condos at SeaCrest Villas and I have to say a little reluctant to stay on the second floor this time but, it was awesome! The condo is decorated nicely and the view is fantastic. You can see right out the to the beach across all the gardens. It was just pleasant. Honestly if the condo was not booked I would have probably stayed another week. I work but, I would have taken a few more days off. The shopping/restaurants/ice cream/piggly wiggly across the street is always a plus with teenagers!! Thanks for sharing your lovely condo with us! We can't wait to go back!

This condo is lovely and welcoming with a spectacular view of the grounds, ponds and ocean. It is a quick walk to the sandy beach beyond the pool area for strolling, jogging or to possibly catch sight of dolphins out in the water. There are several top-notch restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store to stock up the refrigerator for breakfast or lunch. We miss sitting on the balcony hearing the fountains while sipping morning coffee or late afternoon drinks. Some of our favorite restaurants are Charlie's L'Etoile, Crain's Steakhouse and the Vine, as well as a visit to Topside or Quarter Deck at Harbour Town. It is a nice and convenient location to plan side trips. We can't wait to go back.

Just returned last weekend and truly enjoyed our stay! Views were incredible. We've stayed at SeaCrest in the past so familiarity with the locale definitely helps. Absolutely love this location. Accommodations were excellent, as advertised! Want to thank Denny for taking the time to speak personally with me via phone when I first inquired about the property. Made it a no-brainer to book. Oh, and the access to SeaPines amenities with this property is invaluable. With so much to do in SeaPines and such close proximity we were there every day for one reason or another. The combo of Forest Beach oceanfront and right on the door step of SeaPines is hard to beat. Only bummer was the pool side bar was down. We'll be back!

We can't say enough on what a wonderful stay we had at your villa! It was everything we hoped for and then some. The villa was beautifully decorated, clean and had an amazing ocean view! Our 3 kids really enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the fish and turtles in the the ponds out front. Even though we didn't get to enjoy the pools (too cold and couldn't find the heated pool advertised), there was plenty to do on the beach. We rented bikes right across the street and road them along the wonderful beach and pathways. The kids enjoyed shell searching and just playing in the sand on the beach. We also enjoyed the fact that we didn't need to worry about parking nor did we even have to use our car. Everything we needed was within walking distance. I have one suggestion for future guests, we came in at night and it was rather dark. A map of the villa and parking would have been very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and are thinking of coming back again soon during the spring/summer time. Thank you again for sharing your villa....it was difficult to leave this beautiful place and go back to the cold and snowy Michigan!

We enjoyed our girls weekend at this Sea Crest condo. The location was amazing and so convenient - right on the beach, walking distance to grocery store, shops, and restaurants. We were able to come up from the beach for lunch since the condo has a full kitchen. It was also great to have washer/dryer in the condo. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of room, and we loved spending the evenings on the patio/balcony. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway!

This was a "girls" weekend celebrating my mother's 80th birthday. We had a wonderful time. The condo that we stayed in was very nice. We had 2 issues to deal with. There was not a good selection of kitchen pots. There was 1 large pot and 1 small pot. We ended up improvising with the microwave. Not a real problem but something that could be looked into. The other issue was finding the condo. We found the correct building but walked around for a bit looking for the right room. It may help if a map of the complex was included in the check-in packet. We did arrive in the dark so that just added to the confusion. The unit was very clean and the view was spectacular!
