SEACREST RENOVATION UPDATE AS OF 2/4/2025: Building 1 Lagoon Side: Complete. Building 1 Parking Lot Side: Scaffolding has been installed, walls are being prepared for painting, and the expected completion date is 3/21/2025, weather permitting. Building 2 Lagoon Side: Complete. Building 2 Avocet Side is currently in progress and scheduled to be completed by 2/28/2025, weather permitting. Building 3 is now expected to be completed by 2/14/25 due to weather.

The lagoon repair project is scheduled to start in February and will take six to eight weeks to complete.

Great Spot
You can't beat this location and the inside of the apartment was so perfect for our family. The building has some quirks-- it's on the older side with a pretty slow elevator, but didn't bother us as we were on vacation time!

Lovely
The location of this property is amazing! A minute walk to shops, restaurants, and Piggly Wiggly! Rented bikes for the day which is a must when in Hilton Head!! Our condo was lovely. Clean, great ocean view, and perfect size for 9 of us! Easy to get to the pool and beach! Loved renting our beach chairs and umbrellas from Lowsea Rentals so we didn’t have to travel with them. Keeping them locked up in the garage was convenient also! The only negative I can say is that Elevator 1 was constantly out of service! When you’re on the 5th floor, stairs are not fun! Would definitely stay again!

2512 SeaCrest located on the fifth floor with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms
This condo is very spacious and has a great floor plan. It comfortably fit our large family. The location is so convenient. It was so nice being across the street from all of the shopping and food! Location, Spacious, Clean and Secure!
This condo is very spacious and has a great floor plan. It comfortably fit our large family. The location is so convenient. It was so nice being across the street from all of the shopping and food! 2512 Seacrest
Overall good stay. Would stay here again. Great view of both lagoon and beach. Spacious enough. Clean. Some negatives: weird smell coming from pantry and freezer, master bedroom next to kitchen bed was fairly uncomfortable and had a dip on one side. While we were there, there were a couple things going on at the resort that werent optimal. They were working on parking garage (this was communicated very well before arrival) and they had the lagoons drained (this was not communicated very well). I know this specific VRBO doesnt have control over those things, but sad about the lagoon view being diminished. Still gave 5*

The condo had great ocean views and was steps from the beach and pools. Lagoon was being drained while we stayed, but we enjoyed pool time and food/drinks at Pool Bar Jim’s. Condo was very clean (I’m a stickler for that) and had plenty of towels and beach towels provided for our stay. We had difficulty with check-in (code was wrong, had to call and wait for it to be reset) and at check out, cleaners came by earlier than expected. However, our overall experience was stellar and we would definitely return to that condo and/or stay with the Vacation Company at their other properties :)

Fantastic View
Location right next to Coligny was perfect for easy access to the beach and shops. Fantastic view from the condo. Condo has plenty of room for the family. Kitchen was very well stocked. Building management took some actions that made the stay frustrating. Jennifer, the property manger for this condo was incredibly responsive and very helpful. She did what she could in working with the building management to get them to reverse course.

Great Condo!
Great condo. We stay in north forest beach every year. Seacrest is hard to beat. Daily drinks and famous fries with secret ranch dressing recipe has the grandkids dreaming about it from Pool Bar Jim's. Security on-site keeps trouble away. Always a mess at check in time but everyone is patient. So easy to walk to Coligny for most needs. This condo is on 5th floor. Loved the view. Had everything we needed. Will return. Thanks for the memories.

Two large filter coffee pots and a kuerig :) Best of all-a box fan available for those of us that like the high moving air and white noise to sleep :) Definitely recommend this unit. Be mindful that elevator can take 5-10 minutes to get you if condo busy.

Don't rent here (read more)
....because if you do we may not be able to. We have looked for a long time and been through several STR's. Sea Crest was AMAZING. Just look at the description and that's all you need to know. Please don't take our week ? Thank you for an excellent vacation spot.
