Located in building 2 on the second floor, this beach get a way features an open kitchen, living room and dining room with 3 spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Sleeper sofa available in master bedroom. Large patio is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or a family meal. Enjoy Smart TVs throughout this villa, perfect for family movie night or streaming your favorite shows. This Villa is the perfect place to relax and enjoy everything the Island has to offer.

SeaCrest is in the heart of the Coligny beach area. Nearby Coligny Beach Park is minutes away and provides water fountains children can play in, restrooms and oceanside swings. Guests can visit Coligny Plaza directly across the street, a must-see destination with over 60 shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and seasonal family entertainment.

Low Country Celebration Park is just a quick walk away, this amazing park provides active and passive recreational activities, amenities, and scenic views for families and individuals. The park is minutes away from the Town's award-winning Coligny Beach Park.

*** Construction Update***

• Major and extensive exterior project begins October 7th, 2024 through May 1st, 2025. The project will negatively impact quiet enjoyment, views, parking, and balcony access. Please call our office for project updates if you are considering a rental during the project timeline.

• Lagoon repairs are in progress for the foreseeable future. They have been drained, cleaned out and the liner will be replaced, then filled. At this time work is scheduled to begin 1/15/2025 and will take six to eight weeks to complete weather permitting.

The property was just as described in the listing. Very accessible to ocean, pools were nice, Pool Bar Jim’s was an added bonus for the hot beach days. Having Coligny right next door is very convenient for groceries, etc. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. Thank you for allowing us to rent the week.

Great Experience

I loved this property and we had a great stay. This place was extremely clean for a rental which is a huge plus. The location is great, nice amenities as advertised and comfortable. Only minor things I would tweak (no salt and pepper left behind was a first, as it seems they clean out everything). The couches and chairs are not super comfortable, but we were outside most of the time. Overall this was one of the best rentals I have had.

Wonderful stay!

Overall this is an excellent property and is just as described. Very clean, great location, excellent communication. Only complaints or issues include no sheets for the sofa bed, the multi-cup coffee pot did not work and the carpet could use replacing. However, not enough issues to prevent us from staying there again.

Awesome place to stay

Our condo was beautiful and very clean and equipped with enough dishwasher and laundry detergent and kitchen utensils that we could concentrate on having fun in the Hilton Head area. They even had plastic containers to store leftovers from restaurants and our own cooking. That was appreciated. The only negative was that the ground crew and some condo units being remodeled made sleeping past 7 or 8am on two weekdays difficult. So we just went to see the beautiful sunrise rather than sleeping in.

This facility and its location was great. It was a quick walk away from the beach, grocery, coffee, lunch, dinner... You get the point. The unit itself was clean and spacious. Will certainly consider renting again.

Perfect location

This property was in the perfect location! Close to shops and restaurants and of course the ocean!! The property and unit were as advertised and were cleaning well maintained. We all enjoyed the pools and the adults enjoyed Pool Bar Jim’s fabulous drinks! We couldn’t have been more happier with our choice to stay here. It was convenient that we were able to rent umbrellas and chairs and not have to lug ours in the car. That process of receiving and returning the chairs and umbrellas was so easy and convenient. This was a great service. We had a great time and will be back! This was our second trip to HHI. We have come both times with our kids and grandkids. This property was a huge hit with everyone!
