This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa with ocean views is located in building 1 on the first floor at the SeaCrest Resort. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar for three opens to the dining area that seats six. The tastefully decorated living area has comfortable furniture and a large Smart TV for watching movies with the family. Each bedroom has large walk-in closets and a private bath. Each bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, garden tub, and double vanity. Each bedroom has large walk-in closets. This is the perfect villa for your family vacation!

The SeaCrest Resort is in the Coligny Beach area of Hilton Head Island with dining, shopping, and entertainment all within walking distance. There are many activities available in the area, but most importantly the wide sandy beaches are just at your doorstep. In addition to your bed and bath linen set up, The Vacation Company provides beach towels for your stay. One less thing you need to pack!

*** Lagoon repairs are scheduled to start January 3. They will be drained, cleaned out and the liner will be replaced. The project is scheduled to take 8-10 weeks and is scheduled to be completed by 5/1/2024 weather permitting.

SPRINKLER LINES IN GARAGE AT SEACREST BEING REPLACED 2024. All sprinkler lines in Buildings 2 and 3 are being replaced. Work in Building 3 will Start April 8th. There are several moving parts to this project and areas of the parking garages will be blocked off and inaccessible at various times. The expected completion for Building 3 is May 3rd. As soon as Building 3 is completed, work will begin in Bldg 2 and that is scheduled to be completed by June 21st. DURING THIS PROJECT, 1 BEDROOM UNITS WILL BE LIMITED TO 1 PARKING PASS AND 2+ BEDROOM UNITS WILL BE LIMITED TO 2 PASSES.

Great Stay

We just came back from a wonderful family evening in the apartment in Sea Crest. Four of our Parisians arrived yesterday and that was exciting. The fifth, our daughter came today and she missed her Newark connection. Our son, arriving from Toronto also missed his Newark connection and the two of them got seats on a later flight to Savannah. So...they arrived here tonight just in time for dinner and we all had such a great time celebrating being together. The apartment is beautiful. The refurbishing is so fresh and clean and we are so happy we could have it for the third time. What would we do without the Vacation Company?

HIDDEN GEM! First Floor. Pretty Much your own Entry. Your Vehicle right underneath you! PRIVACY!!!!

Look no farther. Best condo on the Island in our opinion. Park your car and never get back in for the entire week. Walking distance to everything. First floor end unit = closest walk to the pools and beach as possible. If you do decide to drive somewhere, your car is literally right under you! Very clean. Positive vibes only dÃ©cor. 3 Bed/3Full Baths. Family vacation wont get any better than this. Everything you need in the condo to stay, relax and enjoy. Get away from every day life in the best located condo on the resort. Trust me, you'll thank yourself. Book quick, this one is hard to get if you wait too long.

BY FAR THE BEST CONDO IN SEA CREST!!

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! You pretty much have your own entrance to the condo due to its corner first level location. SO PRIVATE. Amazing updates, very clean, outstanding view, literally walking distance from everything (mainly Coligny) and extremely hard to leave. I cant say enough how this specific condo makes you feel right at home and you have the whole resort to yourself. Worth every penny!! Bravo to the owners, you picked a good one. Will stay again and again and again and again. Highly Recommended. But act fast, it books quick.
