We loved our time at HHI & the location was perfect. Right on the beach, pools & kiddie pools, walking distance to shops, restaurants & ice cream. The condo itself was a little dated & walls a little thin but all in all, it was still great. 10/10 recommend and would come back and stay here again in a heartbeat.

We just came back from a wonderful family evening in the apartment in Sea Crest. Four of our Parisians arrived yesterday and that was exciting. The fifth, our daughter came today and she missed her Newark connection. Our son, arriving from Toronto also missed his Newark connection and the two of them got seats on a later flight to Savannah. So...they arrived here tonight just in time for dinner and we all had such a great time celebrating being together. The apartment is beautiful. The refurbishing is so fresh and clean and we are so happy we could have it for the third time. What would we do without the Vacation Company?

Look no farther. Best condo on the Island in our opinion. Park your car and never get back in for the entire week. Walking distance to everything. First floor end unit = closest walk to the pools and beach as possible. If you do decide to drive somewhere, your car is literally right under you! Very clean. Positive vibes only décor. 3 Bed/3Full Baths. Family vacation wont get any better than this. Everything you need in the condo to stay, relax and enjoy. Get away from every day life in the best located condo on the resort. Trust me, you'll thank yourself. Book quick, this one is hard to get if you wait too long.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! You pretty much have your own entrance to the condo due to its corner first level location. SO PRIVATE. Amazing updates, very clean, outstanding view, literally walking distance from everything (mainly Coligny) and extremely hard to leave. I cant say enough how this specific condo makes you feel right at home and you have the whole resort to yourself. Worth every penny!! Bravo to the owners, you picked a good one. Will stay again and again and again and again. Highly Recommended. But act fast, it books quick.

We wanted a location close to Coligny and this perfect. Our party included my elderly in-laws and a 6 month old baby. We were able to walk and stroll with the baby to shops, restaurants, and of course the beach. The condo has a bit of wear here and there but everything was clean and comfortable, all except one toilet that was definitely not clean when we arrived lol. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at this property. Terrific location with a nice view of the water features and the Atlantic in the distance. Very close to the two pools, beach and Coligny shops, which are right across the streets. Loved the unit layout with 3 bedrooms - each with their own full bath. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was amply stocked. Everything worked as it should. Excellent service and drinks at the poolside bar & grill. Loved Vacation Company's website which had all of the info needed for the unit and stay all in one easily accessed place. Other reviews are accurate in that the unit and furnishings are a a bit worn and the cleanliness was a little lax. None of that was significant enough to cause me to lower my 5-star rating. I'd definitely stay here again.

We had an exceptional stay at this property. The pools and beachfront are wonderful. The beach equipment rental voucher came in handy for all to have our own beach chair. The beds were all comfortable. The couch is very broken in and it is a pullout couch. It was not the most comfortable, and it may be time for a new one. The shower door in the master bath leaked a little too, but we worked around that. Overall it was a great property. Coligny Plaza is literally across the street with a lot of cute shops and casual eats! I would stay at Seaside again in the future.

This was a great property walking distance to several very good restaurants. Beach is a very short walk. Park is a short walk away. Would absolutely do it again!

Can’t beat the location. The grounds were well maintained. The beach was great! We also loved sitting at the private balcony as well.

Beautiful rental. Exactly as describe. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need to make a great meal. . There was plenty of dishwasher detergent, dish soap and trash bags as well. Having beach towels in unit was a bonus. I would definitely recommend staying here and if I have the opportunity to stay again, I will!

We enjoyed the condo very much! The views were beautiful! You have views of the lagoon but you also have a view of the ocean in the back. It’s was gorgeous watching the sunrise in the morning off the back balcony. The condo was well equipped with everything you may need. The location was perfect! Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and other shops. Easy access to the beach and beautiful pools. They even have a bar and grill on the property which was convenient for quick lunches. The only issue we had was the carpet was dirty, but we were told they are going to change it soon. I would highly recommend this condo to family and friends!

This was a very good property for our three families (a total of 9 people including a 2 1/2-month-old baby)! The location was perfect for the beach, pools, shopping, eating, adult beverages, and walking to get odds and ends from the store. We didn't move our vehicle for the whole week.

Perfect property for our family of 6 adults and two grandchildren 2 1/2 and 10 months. Location on the first floor was easy access to the steps to get to beach and pool. Loved that the unit had a regular door and not sliders to the patio from the living area, this was great for the little ones. The dining room table is different from the picture, but much better. Other than that it was just as pictured.

We stayed in unit 1106 Sea Crest and it was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our girl’s Spring Break! Nice pools, hot tub and poolside bar! Very short walk to nice uncrowned beach too! We loved Hilton Head Island and want to stay here again!!

Gorgeous view of ocean, pools, and garden! We really enjoyed our stay. Beautifully decorated, very spacious with 3 oversized bedroom suites. Great location just across street from shopping, grocery, and dining.This unit is on the first floor just above the parking deck with stairs to ground level just outside the unit's entrance. We used the stairs which saved us time waiting on the elevator. I enjoyed your copy of Jesus Calling each morning as I left mine at home! Disappointments with unit: Although there was an oversized TV, it was not HD and no DVD player. We had taken some movies just in case of inclement weather. Also, the kitchen was not equipped with some of the utensils that we customarily find. There was no storage space for groceries we purchased, as the pantry area was locked. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again in the future. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home away from home with my family! May the Lord bless you!

Although we did not stay at the apt. ourselves, our children loved every minute ot it, were very pleased with the location, thought the beds were excellent and in general thought we had made a great choice. We visited every day and were happy with our choice.
