Shorewood is the ideal location for families. Zero entry pool, walkable to park, ice cream and immediate access to the beach. The facility is impeccably kept with shared hallways, elevators, pool and pool bathrooms cleaned daily. This condo was spacious with tons of storage and closet space. All updated appliances. I was impressed with how quiet the condo was, aside from a footstep and a chair move here and there we could not hear the family above us. Would absolutely stay again with family of any age. My only recommendation would be to upgrade to light blocking curtains, especially in West-facing bedrooms for early bedtimes for kids.

Our unit was clean and well supplied. Beautifully decorated. I love that beach/pool towels were provided so we didn’t have to pack those. Well stocked kitchen. We loved the zero entry pool and kiddie pool for our 2 and 5 year old. Balcony is roomy and well furnished. Great location to ocean front and to coligny. Only con was there is a unit above and the sound proofing is lacking given the tile floors. So we could hear every foot step and even some conversations. We spent most of our time outside, but when it came to evenings and little ones bedtime, I wish it was a bit more quiet. I don’t think it would deter me from staying in this unit again, especially as children got older.

This spacious condo was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfy, and the view is gorgeous. Seating is provided on the balcony to enjoy the cooler mornings and evenings, watch waves crash, and observe the pool. There are plenty of restaurants in walking or cycling distance. The AC works extremely well!

A beautiful condo overlooking the grounds, pool and ocean. The condo is bright and nicely furnished. The balcony is such a great asset as it is large and allows 8 people to sit and take in th spectacular view. The beds are comfortable and the layout provides privacy. .A must visit property.

Great location on beach, Hugh balcony with ocean view. One negative, Master bath tub/shower is in real need of a makeover, well beyond just a good cleaning. Also, cushions for balcony furniture need to be replaced.

The unit was very clean. The view was amazing looking out to the ocean. Restaurants and shops are in walking distance an added plus. The only thing negative I could say is that our TV cable box in the living room was not working we did call to fix it but we were checking out the next day . I would stay at Shorewood Villas again.

My wife, sister, and I met our brother from Atlanta for a 6-night, 5 day stay. The condo was excellent! We had no problems with the property, the weather was fantastic, and the food was great! We've stayed in places before in Hilton Head that just about ruined our vacation, but we had a great time here!

Location, Location, Location. Walking distance to the pool, beach, and celebration park. The condo is beautiful and is perfect for our family needs. Everyone had their own bathroom and space. Kitchen was well stocked. One small recommendation bring a fan. There are no ceiling fans in this condo. So if you prefer moving air. Bring a fan. A C works great, but we really missed our fans.

Our stay at the Shorewood was everything we had hoped for: great location and view of / access to beach and pool were so convenient and exactly as pictured. The furnishings were very comfortable and abundant (there were only four of us, but the place could easily accommodate more), and the check-in process seamless (loved the keyless entry - very convenient). The place was very clean, and the starter supplies more than adequate to last the week (toilet paper, dishwashing pods, dish soap, paper towels, shampoo and bath soaps). We noticed a couple maintenance items upon arrival (burnt out light bulbs, running toilet); our request for maintenance was responded to very quickly and the items were fixed within a couple hours - very impressed by that. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels, even beach toys (chairs, umbrella, buckets, etc.). At the end of the week when we tried to do some laundry we noticed that the soap dispenser was not working on the washing machine so we put in a maintenance request, but it was Sunday and we departed that day so not sure if the item was fixed or not. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay and recommend this for any family looking for a great Hilton Head vacation!

We loved the central location, in the heart of everything we wanted to do! The unit has a great view, a good layout, and the pool area and easy beach access was great! Our only complaint was with the cleaning service. We found several areas of the unit not cleaned very well, and trash, food, etc. left on the floors in some areas, making us question just how well the cleaning personnel prior to us coming. Other than, we had no complaints whatsoever and had a great vacation here!
