We had a family trip this past week. The property was clean, beautiful and accurately represented in all of the photos. We had a few things come up, the Vacation Company was extremely responsive and helpful. We always stay in the same complex, and will continue to book with the Vacation Company.

Location was excellent. One MAJOR request. The 3rd bedroom had 2 twin beds and 1 full bed. The full bed needs to be a queen bed. There is room for a queen bed and if floor space is sacrificed it would be worth the sacrifice. The twin was too small for parents sleeping in the same room as their child or in future stays children.

We had a blast at this property!! We've been to HHI many times over the years and have stayed at this resort complex at least 4 times. This unit was by far the nicest we've ever experienced. The pictures do not capture how awesome this unit truly is. Our family was myself and my wife, our two boys, my mother, and mother-in-law. Everyone felt comfortable living there for the week and the layout was practical and perfect for our setup. The kitchen was GREAT for cooking and just functional in general. The oven and fridge are both luxury appliances and we had everything we needed to cook steaks, make a pot of sauce, and cook breakfast almost every morning. Same goes for the eating space. Location cannot be better as we were steps from the pool, but just removed enough that we weren't on top of it (which is nice). The beach is just beyond the pool. The only issue we had (which we never reported because it wasn't that big of a deal) was the Wi-Fi went in and out the first couple days and then the router reset on us. It was a very easy fix to connect it back to the TV and to our phones. If I wasn't tech savvy I am sure the property manager would have took care of it right away. They are very responsive and professional if you ever need anything at all or have any questions. We intend to rent from The Vacation Company for our next trip to HHI. Truly the best experience we've had by far. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The property is beautiful. We loved the pool area and the beach. The condo was a perfect layout for our family. The condo could use some updates such as painting the baseboards. Overall though it was wonderful and we loved staying there. If you don’t want to drive it’s a quick walk to shops and restaurants. We also found the piggly wiggly was within walking distance too (and not horrible on pricing). We will definitely visit again!

The condo complex was great and very convenient to Coligny Plaza. You had your own private beach access. The hot tub and pool were great. This place is very clean including the outside. The only negative is the unit stated a full stocked kitchen- which meant you had plates, silverware, pots and pans. They did provide a filter for the coffee pot. Would have been nice to have known the coffee pot was a Keurig. Nothing else was provided- no salt, pepper, cooking spray. Most VRBO properties do provide essentials so you don't have to buy your own salt shaker etc. Overall the place is very well maintained and clean. The vacation rental company was great communicating check out procedures etc.

I wanted a beach getaway for Thanksgiving and this condo worked very well. The walk to the beach is about 50-100 yards and takes less than 5 minutes. The condo has 2 stories? So the adult children have privacy upstairs while the master bedroom is downstairs. You can walk out onto one deck from an upstairs bedroom and there is a 2nd deck outside of the master bedroom and living area. There are TVs scattered throughout the condo and a subzero refrigerator in the kitchen. For some reason there is no broom in the unit, although there is a vacuum. Bring your own spices, condiments, plastic wrap, etc. since post Covid non of that is provided. Also, the condo was quiet with minimal parking lot or neighbor noise. It is a short walk to Coligny Square and bike rental.

We stayed 4 days to celebrate my daughters turning 50 this year and could not have asked for a better property, a better location, and better service! There were no surprises and it made life easy to relax and just enjoy the beach. Weather (second week in October 2021) could have been tricky due to hurricane season but we really lucked out on that front, too. Thanks to Vacation Company for all you did! Unbeatable location - steps to the beach and Coligny plaza. The pool is also fantastic - zero entry was great for our young kids and the pool is quite large so even when its crowded its quite manageable. Never had any trouble getting a chair, though the shady tables went quick. The condo is newly updated, well designed and VERY spacious. The master bathroom and bedroom are particularly roomy. Was very clean and the property management company was top-notch. Even included some free bike rentals which I was skeptical at first, but sure enough they arrived in great condition and saved us $200. Highly recommended.

I loved the condo. It was spacious. The table was big enough so that all 7 could eat together. I liked the 3 beds in the one upstairs bedroom. All 3 of my kids could have their own bed.

I was so impressed by this property, can’t wait to stay again. By far the cleanest VRBO we’ve stayed in. Very well stocked, only things we brought were paper plates and cleaning spray, and laundry pods. Only complaint was the low water pressure in the shower, like a hotel. As a woman with longer hair it is always frustrating to have those types of shower heads. The pool and hot tub were completely perfect. Walk to the beach was super short- even my tween could walk back to the unit on his own. Use the free trolley if you want to save a bit of a walk with younger kids. Other recommendation would be a peep hole in the door. We had a really weird knock and doorbell from a stranger at 1am and it was really freaky not being able to see the person. This unit could be perfect for two families- FYI. Had all thing things needed to cook, aside from a grill- so that’s another recommendation that would have made the stay perfect.

This property has been well maintained except for the TV remotes in the master bedroom. The batteries had been removed. I am sure if we had made a call to have them replaced it would have been taken care of because we did have a problem with the washing machine and they were there to have it repaired the same day. The location of this unit is excellent. A very short walk to the beach and a short walk to Coligny Plaza for shopping and restaurants. The unit was large enough for our three families to enjoy our Thanksgiving vacation including cooking our turkey dinner. The kitchen was well supplied with all the necessary pots and pans. Thank you for another great visit to Hilton Head.

This was a great property and fitted my family perfectly. It was updated and very comfortable. We had a family reunion and several families were side-by-side and made the trip more enjoyable. The pool and beach was remarkable -- warm water, sandy beach and beautiful sunrise! This property was a short walk to Coligny Circle where we shopped and ate. I had to contact the property manager for a beeping smoke detector and they were responsive and very friendly. Overall, a very great trip and lovely villa!!
