SeaCrest is in the heart of the Coligny beach area. Nearby Coligny Beach Park is minutes away and provides water fountains children can play in, restrooms, and oceanside swings. Guests can visit Coligny Plaza directly across the street, a must-see destination with over 60 shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and seasonal family entertainment. Enjoy visiting Lowcountry Celebration Park, a 3-minute bike ride away which provides active and passive recreational activities, playgrounds ship, amenities, and scenic views.

*** Lagoon repairs are scheduled to start January 3. They will be drained, cleaned out and the liner will be replaced. The project is scheduled to take 8-10 weeks and is scheduled to be completed by 5/1/2024 weather permitting.

SPRINKLER LINES IN GARAGE AT SEACREST BEING REPLACED 2024. All sprinkler lines in Buildings 2 and 3 are being replaced. Work in Building 3 will Start April 8th. There are several moving parts to this project and areas of the parking garages will be blocked off and inaccessible at various times. The expected completion for Building 3 is May 3rd. As soon as Building 3 is completed, work will begin in Bldg 2 and that is scheduled to be completed by June 21st. DURING THIS PROJECT, 1 BEDROOM UNITS WILL BE LIMITED TO 1 PARKING PASS AND 2+ BEDROOM UNITS WILL BE LIMITED TO 2 PASSES.

Direct Oceanfront & Oceanfront Heated Pool March/April

The perfect location to everything. Beautiful views including spectacular sunrises. On the day we were leaving, the property mgmt company changed the code, without informing us, and I was locked out of the unit. I went to take out the trash an hour before checkout and wasn't able to get back in. Luckily, I had my phone with me. Thankful I didn't have small children inside the unit.

Direct Oceanfront View!

Beautiful beachfront condo. Easy everything; check-in, parking, access to beach and grocery store, check-out. Hated to leave. Only weird thing (annoying) was the TV in the living room would give off a loud emergency type broadcast sound every half hour to hour. Even when turned off. Couldn’t figure out how to stop. Great space otherwise.

Great Service!

A beautiful, spacious place. The ocean front views are wonderful. We could even see the dolphins fishing from the balcony. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning. The first morning we went out with keys etc. My phone, with the entry code, went dead. We called the on call folks, left a message and they got right back with us. We got the code and right back inside. Great service!! Wish we had a longer stay. Next time!

Beachfront excellence

Top notch roomy beachfront accommodations. Comfortable upscale furnishing. Convenient in building garage parking. Beautiful views of Coligny beach. Just a few steps from the hard packed sand. Convenient to dining, coffee and shopping. We plan to stay at the Seacrest next time we visit HHI.

Great Condo!

My wife and I + her brother stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. Great condo. Clean, well maintained, perfect location. Across the street from fabulous restaurants and shops. As a beachfront property, beating the crowd on Memorial Day was a huge plus. This property was everything I could've asked for.
