Stunning views from large patio off open floor plan kitchen and living area allow you to soak up the sun and breeze. Furniture in main living space makes this villa warm and welcoming with beautiful touches of coastal décor. Master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, full bath and patio access to enjoy the ocean views! The second bedroom has a King bed, full bathroom, walk in closet and private patio for enjoying your morning coffee or watching the waves from the Atlantic. Third guest room features a twin size bed over a full-size bed and large closet. Fourth guest room has a set of full-size bunk beds and large walk-in closet, there is also a sky light for star gazing! Four bedrooms are a rare find at this beach resort. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need to create a wonderful family dinner which opens up to a large living room with smart tv technology and amazing views.

In addition to your bed and bath linen set up, The Vacation Company provides beach towels for your stay. One less thing you need to pack!

SeaCrest is in the heart of the Coligny beach area. Nearby Coligny Beach Park is minutes away and provides water fountains children can play in, restrooms and oceanside swings. Guests can visit Coligny Plaza directly across the street, a must-see destination with over 60 shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and seasonal family entertainment. Enjoy visiting Lowcountry Celebration Park a 3-minute bike ride away which provides active and passive recreational activities, playground ship, amenities, and scenic views.

*** Lagoon repairs are scheduled to start January 3. They will be drained, cleaned out and the liner will be replaced. The project is scheduled to take 8-10 weeks and is scheduled to be completed by 5/1/2024 weather permitting.

SPRINKLER LINES IN GARAGE AT SEACREST BEING REPLACED 2024. All sprinkler lines in Buildings 2 and 3 are being replaced. Work in Building 3 will Start April 8th. There are several moving parts to this project and areas of the parking garages will be blocked off and inaccessible at various times. The expected completion for Building 3 is May 3rd. As soon as Building 3 is completed, work will begin in Bldg 2 and that is scheduled to be completed by June 21st. DURING THIS PROJECT, 1 BEDROOM UNITS WILL BE LIMITED TO 1 PARKING PASS AND 2+ BEDROOM UNITS WILL BE LIMITED TO 2 PASSES.

Excellent Condo

We stayed at this excellent condo, a few steps from the beach, pool, and Coligny this year for Spring Break. We were very pleased with the lovely decorated unit and location to everything important!

Fantastic View

Location right next to Coligny was perfect for easy access to the beach and shops. Fantastic view from the condo. Condo has plenty of room for the family. Kitchen was very well stocked. Building management took some actions that made the stay frustrating. Jennifer, the property manger for this condo was incredibly responsive and very helpful. She did what she could in working with the building management to get them to reverse course.

Sea Crest was a very nice place to stay. Close to shopping, places to dine out very nice beach and play area for children.

Spotless!

This property is beautiful and spotless. Its location is perfect with the beach out your door and several delicious restaurants in a 5 minute walk. We all loved Hilton Head.

Great Condo!

Great condo. We stay in north forest beach every year. Seacrest is hard to beat. Daily drinks and famous fries with secret ranch dressing recipe has the grandkids dreaming about it from Pool Bar Jim's. Security on-site keeps trouble away. Always a mess at check in time but everyone is patient. So easy to walk to Coligny for most needs. This condo is on 5th floor. Loved the view. Had everything we needed. Will return. Thanks for the memories.

Great summer vacation!

We brought our 4 kids and grandparents to stay for a week and absolutely loved the condo! Very spacious for 8 people, beautiful views and very clean! Looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful Condo!

Beautiful well stocked condo! Top floor-great views. Two large filter coffee pots and a kuerig :) Best of all-a box fan available for those of us that like the high moving air and white noise to sleep :) Definitely recommend this unit. Be mindful that elevator can take 5-10 minutes to get you if condo busy.
