Condo was beautiful and clean. Large and spacious! The only complaints: the tv information is not accurate; it would be nice to have a curtain or blind at the sliding door in the living area for privacy at night; there were only 6 wash cloths in the unit. Other than that, beautiful condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was great and set up well for our family of four. It had everything we needed, was clean, and a great view as well. We enjoyed the central location, took advantage of the pool and hot tub, as well as the quick walk to the beach. We would definitely consider staying here again if we are back at Hilton Head.

My husband and I stumbled on this property about four years ago. We come back every February. To our delight, this year they did some remodeling and added new furniture. It’s even more beautiful than it was. I can’t say enough about how nice it is. And the Vacation Company is awesome to deal with. Any issues are always handled quickly and the staff are friendly and efficient. Jennifer is great. And Holly and Tiffany. I don’t want to leave anyone out. They’re all great. We can’t wait to go back next year. Thank you Vacation Company for another amazing February.

It was wonderful as always. I’ve stayed there before it’s just the people you called to talk to about codes and things like that. Don’t seem to always know what they’re talking about. I mean codes to get into the building and stuff.

Truly enjoyed our stay even though hurricane:tropical storm Debby came through during our stay. Communication throughout our stay was amazing. Only one small item to note is the lent filter in dryer was filled and needs some attention. Tried getting all old lent buildup out but seems to need a special tool or vacuum tool.

We loved our stay at Seacrest. The condo was clean and we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we loved the soft, comfortable bedding. The only downside was the internet was hit or miss especially in the evenings. It was nearly impossible to enjoy our streaming services on the TVs. The enter button on the remote for the main TV in the living room was not working but we were able to connect using a remote control app on our phone. The property is very nice and super convenient to shopping and restaurants. We loved being within steps from two pools and the beach! We would stay here again!

The unit was nice, clean and a perfect size for our family. We have stayed at the Sea Crest before and it is convenient to shops and restaurants. The two outdoor pools are nice and boy did we use them because it was so hot! Pool Bar Jim’s is nice too! Both units we have stayed in at the Sea Crest have been advertised exactly as they are. The elevators are nice but slow because of everyone using them, but there are also stairs which is convenient if you don’t want to wait. Parking is covered but spaces are a little tight, especially with an SUV or a truck. Overall we like the property and will stay again!

It’s so nice to be right across the street from Coligny Plaza. It was also nice to have Poolbar Jim’s right next to the pool. My family loved the place! The condo also had everything we needed for the trip and was very nice.

The place is exactly as pictured and in a great location for easy beach access and proximity to shopping. While there was good communication from the management company in terms of access codes for garage, gates, and apartment door, finding the apartment itself was confusing at first. Once we figured it out, everything was great, but it would have helped to have more specific information about getting from your parking spot to the unit in the communication they send, particularly day of arrival. We did find it odd that there are several pictures of what one can only assume are the owners of the property inside the unit. While some may find this endearing, it can also come off as a reminder that you are a "guest" in the apartment vs. a paying renter. Ultimately, there was nothing wrong with this; just something we haven't seen in the many apartment / home rentals we've had over the years.

This is our sixth year at Seacrest and our second year in Unit 2308. While all the units have been fine and have the amenities of Seacrest,the beach, the convenient location , and beautiful view, unit 2308 is our favorite. Everything works as it should, it is clean and attractively decorated. The Vacation Company was pleasant and efficient in handling our reservation and has provided little amenities in the unit to ease our stay.

Sea Crest Property was beautiful. It was located on a beautiful section of the beach. A Tiki bar off the beach was nice. Across the street from the property was nice shopping area with restaurants, groceries, coffee, ice cream, and live music. We rented bikes and enjoyed using them on the beach and the many bike paths throughout Hilton Head. Vacation company answered all questions and was very easy to do business with.

The condo was very nice right on the beach. Pool Bar Jim tiki bar and grill right downstairs on beach. There was only one thing we noticed the entire week- cleaning people could not have done a thorough job cleaning out cupboards as there was a empty eaten single container of applesauce one on the kitchen shelf. We loved so much about this place! Location of the property was perfect since we didn’t have a car! We loved the grounds and met many new friends at Pool Bar Jim’s! We will definitely come back again. The beds were comfortable and the layout was perfect for privacy for two sets of friends. My only thought was I wish the master bathroom was a bit more cleaner. Black mold in the corners of the floors. Other than that, it was perfect for us!!

We absolutely loved the layout of the condo and location! The only issue we ran into was the washing machine had a problem with one the bearings and we couldn't wash clothes for 3 days. Aside from that, we give this a 10 out of 10!

We just had the pleasure of celebrating Easter on the beach for the first time! 2308 SeaCrest was beautiful and very comfortable. Our family of 5 was able to spread out and relax in the villa during our breaks from the sun and sand. Having a washer and dryer was so convenient and the starter sets of detergent, dishwasher tablets, toiletries, toilet paper and paper towels was very thoughtful! We slept very well on the comfortable beds and loved soaking in the tubs! The grounds were easy to navigate and the location was awesome! We look forward to returning and creating more memories at the beach!
