This 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa is located on the first floor of the Sea Crest complex overlooking the water gardens. The spacious living area with an open floor plan shares the balcony with the second master bedroom. Dining is comfortable for up to 8, with 5 seats at the table and 3 at the breakfast bar. The balcony boasts a large table with bench seating and a few chairs for sitting outside and enjoying a meal alfresco. As you enter, off to the right of the foyer, is a guest bedroom with two double beds, a TV, a large walk-in closet, and a private balcony and private bath. To the left of the foyer is the first master bedroom featuring a king bed with a twin day bed and twin trundle, a TV, and a bathroom which is also accessible from the hall. The second master has a king bed, large walk-in closet, private bath and access to the shared living room balcony. The bath has a huge walk-in shower and a double vanity. Upgrades galore await you in this spectacular villa! The Vacation Company even provides starter amenities and beach towels.

Sea Crest is in the heart of the Coligny beach area. Nearby Coligny Beach Park is minutes away and provides water fountains children can play in, restrooms and oceanside swings. Guests can visit Coligny Plaza directly across the street, a must-see destination with over 60 shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and seasonal family entertainment. Enjoy visiting Lowcountry Celebration Park a 3-minute bike ride away which provides active and passive recreational activities, playground ship, amenities, and scenic views.

Beautiful condo. Very well appointed, remodeled for a family with tons of counter sitting spaces, spacious bedrooms, large closets, TVs in bedrooms and big bathrooms. Low floor convenient to parking, pools, beach. Great patio with nice furniture. Our first time staying outside of Palmetto Dunes and liked the proximity to everything and walkable coffee shops, dinner, shops, etc. Super easy rental company to work with - everything was set. Will stay here again.
