Had a great vacation! Property was very pleasant and short walk to the beach. Neighborhood is very quiet. Pool was refreshing. We had plenty of towels and beach towels. Our dog enjoyed the stay as well. This vacation home included bikes. We rode down to salty dog and on the beach . One of the baskets on the bike is broken. Just fyi. All amenities included were what we needed. Clean linens, clean kitchen. Stove/oven looked new. Bed comforter in the master bedroom was soft. We didnt use the other 2 rooms. Since it was just me and my husband. There are a few beach toys available for use if you bring kids. We stayed 5 nights. We definitely would love to come back. Thank you for having us!

We had a wonderful stay at Merganser Ct. The beach was super close and there is a nice short pathway to it which was very useful when bringing beach gear for numerous kids. We loved spending the day on the beach and cooling off after dinner in the pool. We all enjoyed the short walk to the Salty Dog Ice Cream parlor, restaurant and shops. We appreciated the bike access as well, taking bike rides both through the paths and on the beach. We would highly recommend the house for one or two families and would definitely consider staying here again given all its great amenities and location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at 4 Mersanger! The property is well kept and equipped with everything needed as a home away from home. It's located on a tranquil lagoon where, just by chance, I was looking out the kitchen window and saw an approximately 8-foot alligator cruising by. Even though we're used to seeing alligators where we live, it was still exciting to see one there. You just need to remember to leave them alone and they'll leave you alone, and never feed them. The heated pool was wonderful, and we loved the peace and quiet. My son-in-law went surf fishing several times during our stay. We couldn't have picked a more perfect property for our annual beach getaway. Many thanks to the homeowners and The Vacation Company.

This was our first Vrbo experience and we may have started a new family tradition! This home is clean, neat and the spacious living room/dining area made for easy family gatherings. Everyone was well rested the next morning because the beds were comfortable. We all enjoyed the pool early morning and into the evening. The location is wonderful! It's a very short 1-2 minute walk to the beach. We loved riding the bikes and exploring Hilton Head. We noticed that we really enjoy the Sea Pines region.

Dear Raymond Family, We absolutely loved our week in your home! Our family of 6 fit here perfectly. The heated pool was a daily pleasure for the kids and the hours spent on the beach were delightful. Our proximity to South Beach made trips for shopping and ice cream a breeze. Saturday - Dinner @ Hogs Head. Beast food on the island. Tell Alexis & Robert we sent ya! Sunday - Go see the Buoy!! Monday - Go Shopping @ Island Girl, Tuesday - Jet skiing off Salty Dog grab a bloody mary after @ the outside bar!! Wednesday - Horseback riding @ Lawton Stables - So Fun! Great trail guides. Corona + Rocky are the cutest horses! Rocky likes to eat the entire ride!! Thursday - Shopping at the Tanger Outlets. Extreme discounts @ Northface!! Friday - Relax by the pool, radio on! Go to Harbourtown Lighthouse - walk to the top!! Bluffton Farmers Market was great too/ only on Thursday. We thoroughlyenjoyed our stay. Our doggies loved walking on the beach every day. What a wonderful vacation we had in our 1st visit to Hilton Head Island. I'm sure it won't be our last. Your home offered everything we needed. The charm and size was perfect for us with three kids, ages 4, 6 & 8. We all spent many hours in the pool, by the pool, and just lounging in the family room. My older guy loved that his room had a DVD player and he entertained his sibling as they relaxed at the end of busy days. My middle boy took a keen liking to the Tiki Toss game which he got pretty good at by the end. And as you see with the artwork on this page, by my youngest, the girl, she enjoyed your cabinet of games, toys and art supplies. We caught her just in time as she began using this journal as a sketch pad. Sorry about that! While my wife and I liked nothing more then watching our kids so happy here. But we all agreed the best about your house is it's proximity to the Salty Dog! Regards, The Bodi Family

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We were a grandmother from Lexington, KY with a daughter, son-in-law, 3-year-old and 3-month-old grandsons from Mariemont, OH. During a couple of rainy days, the toys were a godsend for the 3-year-old. He loved thehot wheels, art supplies and dolls. The locationwas great. We had a wonderful stay at Merganser Ct. The beach was super close and there is a nice short pathway to it which was very useful when bringing beach gear for numerous kids. We loved spending the day on the beach and cooling off after dinner in the pool. We all enjoyed the short walk to the Salty Dog Ice Cream parlor, restaurant and shops. We appreciated the bike access as well, taking bike rides both through the paths and on the beach. We would highly recommend the house for one or two families and would definitely consider staying here again given all its great amenities and location!

A/C has issues and should be addressed; i don't think it ever turned off...went up to 77 during the day and took all night to cool back down. Otherwise, the house, layout, furnishings, and location were AWESOME!

The house is exactly as advertised and shown in the photos. The three bedrooms are each spacious and the open floor plan is excellent for families. We really enjoyed the pool and the quiet neighborhood which was only steps from the beach access and a couple minute walk to the Salty Dog. We really loved our 2 week stay and look forward to returning.

When we checked in, the house was not clean. The kitchen and Master bathroom needed more attention. The couch in the living room had dog hair all over it. The outside area was also not clean. The covered outdoor seating area and pool area were not cleaned up at all. Sand and pine needles on everything. The outside of the master bedroom had a glass table pushed off to the side and no chairs. Not a great view. I called the office and they contacted Judy who takes care of housekeeping. She came right over. They also sent a gentleman to clean clean the couches and chairs in the living room. I wish I could remember his name. I also got a call from Ryan who works for the Vacation Company who seemed to work at some management level (if not he should be). He came right over to the house to talk to me about the issues. He cleaned up the outside areas. He also had me show him all the issues and damage that the house had prior to my arrival. I cannot say enough about the Ryan, Judy and the gentleman that cleaned the couches. They were all very accommodating, friendly and never argued with me about my concerns. I am writing about the negative issues so that any potential renter knows that any issues they may have with the house will be taken care of immediately. I was also nicely surprised when Ryan gave us 2 gift cards for dinner for our inconvenience. Overall I would say the house was nice and in a great location. Plenty of room for my family. Because of the attention I received on all my concerns at check in I will rent this house again. Thank you again to everyone that changed what started out a little stressful into a great time with my family!

Short walk to South Beach Marina and all of its shopping and dining. Honestly the only drawback is the 10 min drive to get out of Sea Pines. You are ON the toe of the island.

The property was as described. My husband and I have been working remote for the past year and this was a great get away. We enjoyed the bikes, the pool and the short walk to the beach. Our adult daughter and friend joined us and the place was big enough for all of us to have our own space. We would stay here again.

This property was perfect for our family. Large open and bright living space with floor to ceiling windows, updated kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms, large covered patio with grill and plenty of seating, and beautiful modern pool. The Roku was very convenient as well although the internet connection was slow at times. Felt like we had plenty of privacy as the house is situated at the back of a very small cul de sac and the backyard is landscaped and faces a peaceful lagoon. It’s also located right across the street from a path leading to the beach and right around the corner from Salty Dog and the South Beach tennis center. It was all exactly what we needed after being cooped up in our house for so long. Sea Pines is a beautiful and peaceful community too. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The pictures match exactly and it was just enough space for all of us. The kitchen has all the essentials and some which made it great for us. The pool was a great addition and we took full advantage. We didn’t expect bikes to come with it and they were an added bonus. Great walking and bike paths all around us. The only bad thing I have to say about the property is the shower head in the master could use an update. It didn’t have great water flow and wasn’t adjustable. We would definitely stay here again!!

We truly enjoyed our stay. They made our visit special for my birthday and even offered something nice to our family pet who came with us! The pool was WONDERFUL and it was nice to have it to ourselves. We loved being able to grill and bike without having to leave the house. The beach was such a short walk, we went multiple times a day. If we forgot something, we would just walk back. The bathrooms and rooms were nice, and furniture was comfortable! Plenty of eating space and a nice open floor plan. We loved our stay!!

Location is excellent. Pool was a great addition to the property. Twin bedroom did not have dryer. Pillows need to be updated. How to operate TVs information needs to be included. Suggest carpet be replaced with other flooring. Markings on stove are not conducive to efficient cooking.

We’ve been to Hilton Head several times and this was by far our best experience yet. The house was perfect for our family of 5. My husband and I, along with our teenage children, enjoyed the pool, the bikes, and the very close proximity to the beach and the South Beach Marina. The house is set in a quiet cul-de-sac and was very clean, beautifully decorated, open and airy. The kitchen had all the supplies/appliances we needed (including a Keurig, thankfully!), and it was helpful to have 3 full baths and a laundry room...and a wet bar too. We would rent this property again for sure. Not only was it less than a 5 minute walk to the beach (and the Salty Dog cafe!) but the portion of the beach we were on was not heavily populated at all. A very relaxing place to stay!

My family says this was the best. Loved the pool and we were so close to the beach. The bedrooms were spacious with en suite baths. The kitchen was well stocked. The smooth stove top shows some wear as does the bedroom carpets. That can happen with rentals. The Vacation Company was great to work with. My family is ready to come back next year!
