Looking for the perfect getaway home for you and the family that is also Dog-friendly? This 3-bedroom home, just an 8-minute walk or 3-minute bike ride to the beach, is the perfect cozy island getaway spot you are looking for in your next vacation!

With the addition of a pool in 2024, this home now beams with updates throughout - adding to our collection of upscale homes in the Sea Pines Resort, perfect for your next island trip. The living room showcases numerous views of the lagoon and a deck perfect for morning coffee, where you can listen to the birds or evening spirits as you take in the island air.

**Coming in Spring of 2025: A sleeper den that will include a queen-size sleeper sofa with adjoining bathroom, a new updated outdoor living space, and an extended deck to continue to enjoy the beautiful lagoon view! Scheduled for completion by the end of March 2025.

Great pool and location!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Easy access to the beach, great lagoon views, lots of wildlife, and very private.

Have not found anything better than this property.

If you like to bike, walk or go to the beach and you get the opportunity to rent this home, do not hesitate! The house overlooks a wide expanse of Heritage Pond (much better than a narrow lagoon, in my opinion). We have seen gators, jumping fish, herons, ibis, egrets, wood storks, osprey and eagles. The house is conveniently located almost equidistant between Harbor Town, South Beach and the Beach Club. An easy bike ride to any of them. It is just steps away from some of the best biking trails in Sea Pines and the beach is just a quick walk to and from. My husband and I (and visiting kids and grandkids) have stayed here for the past 9 years and we stay for an extended 3 months. Although we have had opportunities to rent elsewhere, we haven't found a spot better than this! The house itself is updated, open, comfortable and well stocked. Previous owners were great and new owners are just as good!
