We loved this location—easy access to the beach, South Beach, and Harbour Town. We really enjoyed the pool, and we appreciated the use of 4 bikes. We had a minor issue with losing hot water in the home early in our stay, but the property management company was quick to have this resolved, and the problem didn’t recur. Very comfortable beds, and a nice large kitchen with plenty of equipment for cooking meals. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay at this property again.

Our visit was June 1-8. This was our first home rental on Sea Pines. We had stayed 6 times at Palmetto Dunes in a condo. Sea Pines fells a bit more quiet and private. The home layout was perfect for my daughter and her husband & 2 boys plus my wife and me. We really liked the layout of the bedrooms which were spacious with comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The ice maker was a plus. We enjoyed the 4 bikes that were included. It is only a short walk to the beach. The pool was decent and did not have to be heated. The only slight negative was there were a lot of small mosquitoes (no see ums?) most of the time around the pool. Perhaps the owner could apply something to the surrounding foliage. Great stay!

Everything was great - the property was as advertised - a short walk to the beach - 4 bicycles to ride, outdoor shower and hose in front of house to clean off feet, we used all 4 bedrooms, the kitchen was perfect for our size, the extra ice maker was great for heading to the beach for the day. When not at the beach we were in the pool. There were also lots of games for the kids in the cabinet - plenty of TVs - it was exactly what we were looking for.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay very much. Each kid got their own room, and the house was very spacious and clean. The bikes and beach towels included were great and there were some assorted pool and beach toys/gear in the closet. The pool and hot tub did get a bunch of leaves every day but we didn't mind doing a little skimming in the morning. There were puzzles and board games available. The icemaker was great for daily use, but yes it's a bit loud. We just turned it off when it was bothering us. We would stay here again!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay very much. Each kid got their own room, and the house was very spacious and clean. This is a beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious home. 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas and a spacious kitchen with all the cooking items you will need. The pool area is beautiful and is bathed in sunshine for the better part of the day. Also a large gas grill for outdoor cooking. Only a short 8 minute walk to the beach. This is a beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious home. 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas and a spacious kitchen with all the cooking items you will need. The pool area is beautiful and is bathed in sunshine for the better part of the day. Also a large gas grill for outdoor cooking. Only a short 8 minute walk to the beach. We loved our week here and will certainly be returning in the future.

This house was amazing. The location is very peaceful. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. We paid the extra fee for the hot tub and it was well worth it. The pool area is pretty much all shaded with the neighbor's trees. Would have liked to have had a little more sun in the pool area, but the patio had spots where there was sun. The unheated pool was still warm enough considering the shade. Beach access is across the street about a 7 minute walk. The bikes are a great added benefit. Also, we rented vacation gear and it arrived at the house before we did! The extra ice maker came in handy as well. The Vacation Company was very attentive and kept us all notified through text notifications and email about how to check in, check out, etc. Would highly recommend this property.

I was very impressed with how clean the house was, definitely one of the cleanest properties we have rented. The house is very nice and very large. The pool was perfect for us and our 2.5 year old loved it!! We got it heated which was perfect for our mid-May stay. The house is about a 5 minute walk from the beach (a very easy walk down Baynard Cove, to the bike path and across the street to the beach path). I would stay at this property again!

Our family of 10, including 3 under 3, enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. Each family enjoyed a separate bedroom and bath suite with a bunk room for the 2 oldest cousins (we brought portable cribs). The top bunk with safety sides and the pool were the favorites of the 6 year old. Parents appreciated the beach equipment provided with the rental and the short walk to the beach!! We enjoyed the leisure paths for walking, running, bicycling (with provided bikes), strolling with babies, and exploring. Cooks utilized the well appointed kitchen with lots of cookware (no muffin pan) and dishes. Not pretty or all matching, but serviceable. We loved all the ice from the ice machine!! Quality washer and dryer, nice beach towels, and cordless vacuum were much utilized. The floors were all hard surface, mostly tile, which worked well for us. We played games and read books from the house stash. Families liked the 2 separate living rooms as a quiet room and a more active area. The bathrooms were clean and modern. My husband, the excellent handyman, noted that the outside HVAC unit was not level, thus decreasing its lifespan. Currently, the house was very comfortable!! Highly recommend!

This house had everything. We loved the pool and hot tub in the backyard and the short walk or bike ride to the beach. We had an issue with one of the beds and it was fixed immediately. The kitchen was well equipped and everything in the house including baths were updated. With two families staying there we took advantage of the two living areas. We would definitely stay there again.

The house was as pictured. Plenty of room for multiple families and kids. Great kitchen well stocked. Only negative was just that they didn’t provide enough cleaning supplies. Only 1 extra garbage bag was provided. With 10 people , I would expect one per day. Same with dishwasher pods. Pool got dirty during the week but that was because pool guy didn’t do a great job on Tuesday.

The starter amenity package that housekeeping supplies contains 5 dishwasher pods, 5 washing machine pods, a roll of paper towels, a small bottle of dishwasher liquid and a couple of trash bags. That information is included in your check in email regarding what to expect and what to bring. The pools get cleaned twice a week once on Saturday's and again mid week. There were rain storms at the latter part of last week that probably affected the pool. We hope to see you again in the future. The Vacation Company

The location was perfect and made it a difficult choice between a 5 minute walk to the beach vs. using the backyard pool. We enjoyed both. Additionally the open floor plan and fully stocked kitchen made it very easy to entertain and feed everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely vacation with three young children. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the quick walk (or even quick bike ride) to the beach. We would recommend taking a wagon or cart to transport beach gear - the walk is about 9 minutes at a leisurely pace. The layout of the house worked well for us and the kitchen was accommodating and well equipped. We were very happy with our stay!

It is a short walk to the beach. The South Beach Marina and Beach Club are both a short bike ride. We loved riding the provided bikes on the trails. Property Manager easy to reach and helpful. We rented this home for our children/grandchildren's summer vacation. The floor plan is excellent for multiple families, beautiful pool and hot tub and a very short walk to the beach access. I can also say that our portion of the beach was not crowded. Vacation Company Management team was top notch, before, during and after our trip. We LOVED this house and the location to the beach is amazing! It is set up great and we look forward to the opportunity to stay here again. They only suggestion I have is that we packed beach chairs and toys based on a review stating that the house was fully stocked with said items. However, there were none of these items to be found when we arrived, so we ended up having to purchase some. Not a big deal, but you may adjust the reviews to show that those items are no longer there for guests to use. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place to any family looking to be close to the beach and have access to a pool!

We enjoyed a fabulous week at this house with our six kids and their friends. The house had plenty of room, wonderful comfortable furniture and beautiful decor, a well outfitted kitchen and a wonderful backyard with plenty of seating and a cozy private pool and hot tub. We had everything we needed and the house felt like a real home. Plenty of books and games, too. A short pleasant walk to the beach...simply nothing to complain about. We would LOVE to stay again. This was one of our most favorite locations ever. The ice machine was an added bonus. Beach umbrellas and pool noodles were provided. The soaking tub and huge shower were wonderful and the end of a long beach day. Can't say enough good things about this place.

The house is wonderful and in a great location for the beach, biking and dining. It is VERY well equipped. The configuration of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for my family and gave everyone privacy. The pool and landscaping are beautiful. The bikes were in very good shape and we biked several times to Harbortown. All in all, a fantastic vacation!

Harbor Town, Sea Pines Beach Club and South Beach Marina were all easily accessible by bike. We couldn't have picked a better location to spend our week on Hilton Head!

We had a wonderful time at your rental! We were 3 separate families who were vacationing together and the house was perfect for that. The bedrooms were spread out so you didn't feel as though you were in each other's spaces. The beach was in close proximity to the house- maybe a 3 minute bike ride. Plenty of space for our family of 6 to both spend time together, but also have space to ourselves. For starters, the kitchen was incredible, and the living room large and comfortable. The best part of the house was the pool and patio area. Although neighbors are close by, the large trees and spanish moss made it feel extremely secluded. We had space to grill, eat, and swim any time during the day. After a long day on the beach, it was great to be able to come home, take a dip in the pool, and just relax. One concern I had before arriving was the proximity to the beach. However, the house was just across the road from the tree-covered beach access path. I would recommend renting bicycles, as it made it so much easier to get to and from the beach (although it isn't a long walk at all....maybe 5 mins). But biking was one of our favorite things to do. We biked all around Sea Pines, including many quick trips to Salty Dog and Harbourtown, which are very close to the house. This was our family's first trip to Hilton Head, and we rated it was our favorite one by far! 10 Baynard Cove was a huge reason why! Two thumbs up. Definitely recommended.

We were very impressed with the house and the grounds. The pool and spa were extremely nice and well-maintained. We spent more time in the pool and spa than we did at the ocean and the beach. We included spa heat and it was on when we arrived and worked great the entire time we were there. I would definitely recommend having the spa heat. The house was very comfortable including the beds and suited our needs fantastically. There are flat screen TVs in just about every room, which was nice. We had six adults and two children in the house and never felt crowded or cramped. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The only negative comment I have is that some parts of the house was not quite as clean as I expected. Some of the floors were a bit dirty, the kitchen counter tops (which are granite and absolutely beautiful) had dried bits of food/debris on them, the fridge door was sticky, etc. It appeared that the cleaning crew did a light surface clean. I don't consider myself real picky on cleaning, but I did think that the cleaning could have been somewhat better. I bet the homeowner has never been told that the cleaning efforts could be better, but since the house has been completely redone it is like a new house, so if the cleaning is not addressed, it will get worse over time. Overall, it was one of the best houses we have stayed in at Hilton Head. The location is great, too. We always love going to Hilton Head and I would definitely book this house again. The homeowner has done a super job with the remodeling! We appreciate you opening up your beautiful home to us!

My wife and I visited in June, 2012. The home, deck, hot tub, swimming pool, and grounds were well cared for and we had a delightful time. From photo's of the "extreme makeover", we cannot wait to return! Updated and expanded, this delightful home is perfect for an island family vacation... and sooo close to the beach, golf, and trails everywhere. We highly recommend this beautiful vacation home to family, friends, everyone... we loved choosing from a gazillion great restaurants nearby and Harbour Town's Gregg Russell concerts are a must for kids of all ages!
