Description

This coastal chic inspired townhome has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and is just steps away from the beach and all of the fun and amenities that South Beach has to offer -- from dining, shopping, tennis, the marina and so much more. This unit is beautiful from top to bottom making it a spacious townhome feel like a beach home right out of Coastal Living Magazine.

Downstairs on the 1st floor, you will find a den with a large, wall-mounted TV, Queen Sleeper Sofa and sliding glass doors leading to a patio with an outdoor shower. Also, on this level is a guest bedroom with 2 Queens, a flat panel TV and a slider leading to a brick patio. A full bathroom in the hall is accessible to both the bedroom and den.

The 2nd floor has an open and airy living area with another large, wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead out to a deck with a gas grill and patio table (seating for 4) while a wet bar with a wine chiller on the opposite side takes you into the dining and kitchen area. Off the kitchen is a guest bedroom with 1 queen & 1 extra-long twin bed, along with a full hall bathroom.

Upstairs on the 3rd floor are 2 more bedrooms, each king bedding, flat panel TV and each with a private full bathroom.

We absolutely loved this villa & the location!

It comfortably slept 6 adults and 3 kids. It was such an easy walk to the beach with a beautiful view from the second balcony. It was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen & the beach towels provided was an added bonus. We enjoyed bike rides, dolphin watching, and the short walk to stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend & hope to visit again soon!

Short getaway

Nice location with access to outlets, grocery store, restaurants and the beach. It was enough room for a family of 8 with 3 kids. Also nice view of the sound in the backyard.

Family Vacation

Close to beach, nice backyard area.

Perfect location

The location of this property was exactly what we were looking for. It was away from the crowds, but easily accessible to restaurants, stores, etc. It has a very short easy walk to the beach or the pool. We watched the beautiful sunsets every night. The townhouse was clean, comfortable and spacious. Room for everyone to spread out. The beds were extremely comfortable. The only concern would be the number of steps in the villa. It was not a problem for us, but may be if anyone in your party has difficulty with stairs. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to friends!

This property is in a great location with a walk out to the Calibogue Sound with dolphins galore. It is a short walk to the Salty Dog cafe and the local shops. The unit is updated and clean. Would definitely stay here again!!

Peaceful, relaxing, refreshing, laid-back, comfortable, FUN!!!!!

We fished, kayaked, danced, cruised, visited friends and family, cooked together, dolphin watched, cast nets for shrimp, ate shrimp, sang, toured Daufuskie Island, sampled wine, shopped, basked, walked, biked, collected shells and pine cones, bird watched, named a heron Henry, and fed Henry fish that we caught.

Perfect location, beautiful villa!

This villa was everything the description said it was. It was very clean, well maintained inside and out and close by to shops, restaurants, walking and biking trails and of course the beach. We saw deer in the back yard as well as several dolphins swimming close to shore. There were bicycles and beach chairs available for our use. The management company was excellent to work with providing all the information we needed well in advance in an easy to use app. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

we loved it!

We were very happy with the villa. The location was perfect and the layout of the villa worked beautifully for our family. The furnishings were something I would have chosen for my own home! I especially loved the lower level and outdoor shower. My only change would be to put a queen size bed in the bedroom off the kitchen in place of the two twin sized beds. But we loved our time in HHI and plan to return!

Great Kid-Centered Vacation

The condo was exceptional. It was ready on time, very clean, and felt welcoming. There was easy beach access and a bike rental shop very close. The Salty Dog shops were a short walk or ride just across the street, and there was loads of kid activities there. A successful vacation!
