We had 7 adults stay at this location. There was plenty of room for everyone, the place was well stocked, and the location was fantastic. Just a 30 second walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the stay!

This was our second stay on the island. The first time we were in Coligny. The character of the resort was quiet, and away from people. The amenities were excellent, and we got to enjoy the whole property. Check-in and check-out were both quick and simple. Highly recommend this property.

This was a great family property with its proximity to the beach, pool and playground, and Salty Dog complex! There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and the decor was lovely and inviting. Loved seeing dolphins and birds from the deck every day too!

4 adults, 2 kids, plenty of space for all of us. This villa is one of the better-located units in the complex, closest to the beach which is down a small path, while also convenient to the pool. All rooms were clean and comfortable. In particular, the primary bedroom and bath, and the living room/kitchen seemed recently updated. It was an easy walk to the Salty Dog for ice cream and souvenir shopping.

From the time we walked into the home we felt relaxed! The house was beautiful, well laid out and definitely well appointed! The kitchen had everything you could think about needing for cooking and dining. It was a straight shot to the beach, the decks and patio were very comfortable and relaxing. We had 1 infant and 8 adults and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Two of us were able to attend classes online while there and internet was not an issue. We will be booking this place again!

The house is exactly as described (great views, super clean, well equipped, comfortable beds). The location on the sound is great to be able to enjoy calm water and lounge in tubes while only being a very short walk to the ocean side. We saw LOTS of Dolphin including a group that was very close to shore on the day we arrived. The short walk to the Salty Dog was also very convenient for our daily ice cream trip!

We loved this property so much!! We would definitely return. We had 4 families with grandparents down to a 5 month old and it was a beautiful home and great space for all of us!!! Walking distance to the beach and pool, having a grill was amazing, the kitchen was fully stocked, and laundry was fantastic to have as well. They even had sand toys for the kids to enjoy! We never figured out the garage but just assumed it was locked and we couldn’t get into it, but would have loved for that to be in the welcome instructions or to be able to park our car inside (parking lot filled up a few times so we had to park at the Salty Dog, but that was very close - definitely not a deal breaker). The kids also loved having the playground so close! We walked there almost every night. Check in process was seamless and the guest portal was SO helpful! Answered so many of our questions!

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was SO spacious and the proximity to the beach was fantastic. A quick walk out and you are on the beach. I would suggest that renters be prepared to bring paper towels, toilet paper and napkins. Stop at the Publix on the way in. Also rent bikes as it’s a quick ride/walk to the tennis and pickleball courts, not to mention the Salty Dog. We would stay here again!

We loved the layout of this property! We had three in our family working remotely and a student working via zoom so everyone had a place. Only negative of this property was trying to figure out how to use the televisions with no cable, just smart TVs. Had we not had our millennial children with us we would not have been able to watch tv. Maybe more of an explanation written out would help? Great location and a wonderful place to watch the sun set and walk on the beach!

Both the townhome and the location of the property were perfect! We were able to walk to the Marina / Salty Dog area with the kids. When staying in, the home had everything you could want. We had a great time at the sound villas. The house was very nice with great access to the beach. The entire sea pines plantation is ideal with tons of different things to keep us occupied. We couldn't ask for anything more.

My family of five adults and four children ages 2-7 just returned from a week at this property. We loved it! I believe we have found the perfect fit for our family for the next few years anyway. The house is very well-equipped for a large group and is kid friendly while still being tastefully decorated and comfortable for adults. The location suited us so well as we could use our cast net, fish, ride bikes, etc without the crowds. The Vacation Company was responsive to every request. We plan to rent this location again next season.

We've stayed at this condo several times. We love the convenience to the beach, tennis courts, the salty dog and golf courses. This rental has everything you need, with a fully stocked kitchen and even a high chair for kids and children's utensils and plates. The house is decorated so beautifully, and the views are unbeatable. It is big enough for 8 or even more people to stay comfortably. I highly recommend this rental.

This condo has 4 bedrooms on 3 different floors which means no one feels on top of anyone else. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The master has an updated bath that is wonderful. It seems like every year there is something updated in the condo. Our family has rented this condo for 4 years. We look forward to coming to Hilton Head and this gorgeous location. The condo overlooks the water with dolphins, boats, sailboats, etc. The sunsets are beautiful from the beach or the balcony. The beach is only a few steps from the condo. The Salty Dog, tennis, all the South Beach area are a very short walk. For everything else, we just get on our bikes and ride. We have rented multiple condos and houses over the many years we have come to Hilton Head. But this condo feels like home to us and we plan to be here next year.

We absolutely loved your villa and its location. We've been vacationing in Sea Pines since 1979, and feel like we know the area very well, and we were thrilled with our experience at Sound Villas. The view is spectacular, and the beach access is perfect. Even when we were inside we still felt like we were on vacation, and morning coffee and evening cocktails were fabulous with a view of the water and nature (bluebirds, deer) from the balcony or patio. Your villa is spacious, clean, and very well equipped, and the outdoor shower was a huge bonus for cleaning up the kids after a day at the beach. The location is truly amazing, and great for kids. They swam in the water at the beach and got to see tons of dolphins and even some rays along the shore. We couldn't believe how close the dolphins come to the shore, and how often. We saw baby dolphins swimming alongside their moms, and fully jumping out of the water in play. We've always loved South Beach and the Salty Dog marina and outdoor restaurant, but your villa really brought the South Beach experience to a whole new level of perfection. In addition to the beach, we rode bikes everywhere, swam in the pool (unheated, but the kids didn't mind!), and watched the kids use their scooters in the parking lot. We played catch in the grass, ate out, saw Gregg Russell, climbed the light house twice, visited Lawton Stables and the Forest Preserve, and cooked out on the grill for a relaxing meal at home. Our idea of a perfect HHI vacation! (My husband played golf, too!) You and Ann really have thought of everything to make your vacation home as comfortable as possible for your guests. Thank you! I had never used VRBO before, and was a little nervous, but the experience turned out to be above and beyond my expectations (no false advertising!! It really is as good as it seems!). I feel so lucky that I found your place after searching through many VRBO posts. We don't have the kids school calendar for next year yet, but as soon as I do, I hope to book it again. Thank you for a fabulous Hilton Head vacation. What a find!

I have been fortunate to be a guest of my friends for years who have rented this beautiful condo each summer in August. You have easy access to the pool, beach and the Salty Dog shopping plaza just steps outside the door. There is plenty of room to share the family dinner, have cocktails on the deck at sunset, read a book in a quiet bedroom on any of the 3 levels or cook and grill out steaks and shrimp while enjoying the dolphins in the water. It is beautifully decorated and you will want to return year after year. It will become a favorite and offer you many lasting memories.
