This was the perfect place for my family of four to stay. My husband and I have an almost 3 year old and baby. Communication with Vacation Company was great. The house is an ideal location to walk to Coligny and is so close to many things. It was very clean and included things that made our travel with small children very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

My family of 5 had a great week in Hilton Head at this property! We loved the pool and used it daily for hours! My kids liked the sun deck and I liked that the pool was shaded in different parts during the day to allow my kids a break from the sun but still swim! The house was a short walk to the beach that my children all 5 and under did not complain about once! The rental company left a beach wagon and bikes that was very much appreciated. The house overall was very clean and had everything we needed for the week stay. It was a perfect size for my family with even some extra beds that went unused.

The house and location were both excellent and vacation company was easy to work with. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars across the board were the ac vents into the rooms were dusty - a small thing for sure but may have contributed to our allergies. Overall we enjoyed our stay quite a bit and look forward to opportunities to stay in the future as both the house and location are great for our family.

It was very comfortable for my family of 5. Everything you would need for cooking, grilling included. The grill was super clean. The pool was INCREDIBLE. The pictures don't do it justice! The walk to the beach was short, and my older kids were able to walk to Coligney several times to shop. We will be back for sure.

Great house on a quiet street. Short, direct walk (5 minutes) to the beach. The pool is top notch. House is immaculate. Perfect location. Short walk/bike ride or 2-3 minutes drive to Coligny shopping center area. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again.

The beach is a relatively short walk and it's nice and shady. We made the walk several times a day with our almost 3 year old. We had a wagon (highly recommend with kids) but he enjoyed walking too. The beach is not as crowded as Coligny so that was really nice. I think our house was done earlier than 4pm but I never received a text or saw a confirmation in the portal, so I thought this part was really confusing. We had stopped by the house around 11:30 to grab our rental chairs and umbrella and there was a manager there who seemed to be inspecting the cleaning. We didn't talk to her since she was on the phone at the time and we didn't want to interrupt her. We just assumed we'd get a text or something when it was done. After we didn't hear from anyone, we finally showed up at 4 and the door code worked, so we assumed we were good to enter. Definitely would've been nice to know if it was done earlier so we could've had our toddler nap after a long day of travel. I did happen to notice that there was some trash and dust under furniture, just because I have to look under those things for any lost toys. Otherwise the place was clean. The pool area is so nice but it is shady most of the day, so the water is cool and we did not use the pool like I thought we would (we were there last week of September). We definitely would've used it more if our toddler had been interested, but he surprised us and just really loved the beach instead. I'd probably recommend getting it heated if you want to use it a lot and the air temp is high 70's/low 80s. There's also an alarm for the sliding door to the pool, which was a nice touch for families with kids. There were some pool rafts for babies. The only thing that would stop us from staying here again is the beds. They are so uncomfortable. My husband and I both tossed and turned all night. Some memory foam mattresses would be a great investment. Otherwise, the place is great. Management communication any time we called was great and they were nice.

As soon as our properties are ready we do text guests if it is available for early check in. We had the best time here! The location is amazing, just a 5-10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants, quicker on bikes. The beach is so close and the walk really is effortless. The best part is that it doesn't get crowded because there's no public parking for it. The pool and spa area is great, our almost 3 year old loved the shallow part where he could walk around and splash. And whatever mattress topper they have in the master bedroom, it felt like I died and went to heaven. I would live here if I could!

This location was perfect. Was close to everything. A 2 minute bike ride to the beach and 2 min bike ride to shops and food. The best part of the property was the backyard. The pool and spa setup is perfect. The backyard is a perfect family oasis with a fire pit on cooler nights, grill for seafood and again a perfect pool with both shade and sun during all parts of the day.

This Home is incredible, the pool is steps from the back door, it’s a short walk to the ocean, and the house was impeccably clean when we arrived. With a easy code to access the front door or check in process was contact free, and we had no problems throughout our stay. The swimming pool is much larger than it appears in pictures and it’s awesome for young children. We intend on going back here every Labor Day weekend from now on
