Our multi-generational group had a great week at 31 Mallard. The house was well-equipped with lots of room to spread out while still being close together. The house was a short walk to the beach, and the private pool provided the perfect ending to beach days. The elevator was nice for taking luggage to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Everyone enjoyed the bikes and ping pong table.

We stayed at this beautiful beachouse over Christmas! There were 10 of us and we all loved it! The home is perfectly located in North Forest beach just a few steps from the beach. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay! So much room to spread out with a large kitchen and living area. Bedrooms are a perfect size with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The master bedroom is huge! It can easily fit air mattresses for extra sleeping space for young kids. Beds and bedding make you feel like you are at home. Very comfortable! It has an amazing screened in outdoor living area with an outdoor fireplace, pool and hot tub. Easy walk to the walking/biking trail or to Coligny where there are many shops, restaurants and Piggly Wiggly! You will not be disappointed!

What an amazing beach house! If are looking for a spacious, well-appointed, comfortable house in Hilton Head steps from the beach, look no further. I loved it from the moment I stepped inside. So much room, six bedrooms each with a private bath makes this home perfect for groups and large families. The living space is large and comfortable, the dining table accommodates a crowd and is ideal for family dinners or game nights. The kitchen is well equipped, even has a professional grade icemaker that churned out ice faster than we could use it (even as were filling up coolers to take to the beach). The outdoor space is beyond! With a pool, spa, lots of seating including loungers and rockers (my favorites) plus the sound and view of the ocean, who wants to be inside? Not to mention that spectacular, and uncrowded, Hilton Head beach is steps from the front door. But by far my favorite space in the house is the outdoor screened porch -- equipped with comfy furniture, fans, a gas fireplace, heaters, tv, outdoor fridge and even a half bath! We spent hours on this porch and had many great conversations and laughs. Located in a quiet neighborhood but an easy walk or bike ride to the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza. The homeowners have created a beautiful and comfortable home away from home perfect for any vacationer whether young or old!

31 Mallard was a fantastic house. Very spacious, with plenty of room for three families. The beach was so close the kids could go back and forth easily. The screened in porch was our favorite area to relax. We would rent it again next year but someone beat us to it!

We stayed at 31 Mallard in Sept 2018. This beach house was a perfect place for a beach vacation. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, family room, pool, spa, and screened in porch were very clean. The beds were comfortable and the main floor's open floor plan was a great place to eat, drink and hang out with friends and family. Added bonuses include the proximity to the beach (less than 50 yards), uncrowded area of the beach and the short walk, bike ride or car ride to Coligny Plaza which includes great shopping and restaurants. We would highly recommend this vacation home for a your stay on Hilton Head island and we plan on coming back many times. The owners have done a great job making their home and inviting, clean warm, comfortable and convenient way to stay.

We stayed at this beautiful beachouse in North Forest Beach in the fall. The home is perfectly located on a quiet street with great ocean views. The sound of the ocean was just what we needed to relax .. The house is beautifully decorated and quite large to fit all the friends we had invited . So much room to spread out and an amazing outdoor living area with pool, hot tub and outdoor fireplace is where we spent most of out time.. extremely quiet neighborhood and just a few steps to a wide open and white sand beach.. We have already booked our next trip to Southern Shore. Coligny Plaza is an easy bike ride with great restaurants and shopping.We have been to Hilton Head for many years and this is one of the nicest, well equipped homes in North Forest Beach.

You might consider lowering bathroom counter and have mirror come down to counter so visitor can see self. Toilet is installed too close to shower because it prevents door from swinging wider. Personal shower Head needs repair and better pressure. So glad to figure out heated pool requirements after repairman came to adjust. Very beautiful house and well equipped. Thanks for 4 bikes. We rented children’s bikes at Billy’s Bicycles near by. We would recommend to everyone
