We love you! Fully equipped kitchen, cozy beds, awesome garage with ping-pong and games. Tons of room both upstairs and downstairs. Great Pool! Beach, biking, fishing & crabbing!

Great vacation and great living quarters! Hope to return next year. Our best rental house so far in our experience. Filled with games, kitchen stocked with seasonings and all one would need. Clean with everything you may need.

To vacation at 3 Cottage Ct is to enjoy an absolutely perfect, weather-proof, noise-proof, nature filled slice of paradise.Drink your coffee poolside as green anoles play tag in the palms. Rain? No problem. We were even invited by the kiddos to a full-family game night in the fun filled garage.We enjoyed all Hilton Head had to offer us, whether up close or on a quick bike ride down the street.

We had a great time visiting HHI. The house is spectacular. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away. We walked miles on the beach every day (and still never got to the end!). We loved the great restaurants that are nearby, especially ELA's. We look forward to many years of coming back to HHI.

We have had a wonderful week here at Hilton Head. The house, the location, the food have given us a very special memory. We enjoyed Savannah, Beaufort, Pinckney Island, Harbour Town, putt-putt and being able to walk miles was so great.

The home was perfect for our family spring break! Loved the two living rooms it allowed us to spread out even more and since one of our granddaughters still had class and our son-in-law had some work meetings the upstairs living space allowed them to concentrate. We loved the ping pong table we had many tournaments! The location was so peaceful and beautiful! We look forward to returning some day!

We loved our stay in this beautiful, very clean, well maintained home. The rooms were large and the furnishings were very nice and comfortable. There were lots of spaces in the main living room, sunroom and upstairs study for gathering in large or small groups or having quiet time alone. We loved the ping-pong table and refrig in the garage! Plus, it was wonderful being in walking distance of outdoor activities such as walking/ biking paths, beach, lagoon, tennis, pickle ball , golf and restaurants. And after a walk in the beautiful neighborhood, it was so relaxing sitting by the peaceful pool in the backyard. We will definitely be back!

Stayed there for a week with family and friends. Gorgeous house and incredibly functional for the 7 people we had. Could have easily accommodated many more. The home is in a perfect location to all amenities including golf courses and a short walk or bike ride to the beach. The house just feels very inviting and homey. Baths are very well equipped. The kitchen is absolutely fabulous. Everything in the kitchen- cooking range, appliances, dishes, glasses are high end and it is so well stocked with cookware, serveware, Tupperware...made us feel like we were at home in our own kitchen! The ping pong table, in particular, is a great feature. The internet bandwidth was excellent for all of our devices; Few of us worked during the week and I was able to take all my video calls while the kids were doing remote learning. We will definitely return to this property; One of the best houses we have rented so far. Had a fabulous vacation!!!

We had a delightful time with the family. The house is up to date, spacious, nicely furnished and very comfortable. The grandchildren greatly enjoyed the middle upstairs bedroom which has also been configured into a play room, TV and hang out area. They enjoyed having their own area to consider their space. Another plus is they can walk to the General Store which happens to serve ice cream!!!! The huge beach area is an easy 5–6-minute walk. Commercial outlets are very close with a wide variety of options. Both salt water and fresh water fishing are easily accessible. We are looking forward to our next family outing.
