We really enjoyed this property, especially the screens so that we could open up the doors at night and listen to the ocean waves. The bed was comfortable, it was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked, better than most places we have stayed at. It was nice to have access to the beach and the pool was great. We will definitely stay here again.

This well appointed condo unit was perfect for myself and my husband for our weeks stay! We enjoyed being able to look out and see the ocean (3rd floor). I was also delighted to get to see deer and bunnies grazing in the courtyard areas! Easy (& quick) walk down to the beach/pool… just perfect! The ONLY downside was not great cell service, but we survived.

Lovely clean unit with a nice view of the ocean from the 3rd floor. The location of the condo was great - very near the elevator/parking garage, and a short walk to a lovely pool complex and the beach.

We have stayed in numerous Windsor units & this was one of the best we've stayed! The decor is nice but simple (we do not care for heavy beach themes). The unit felt very nicely cleaned when we arrived but since we stayed during the CoVid pandemic, we wiped everything down for our comfort levels. That being said, were assured by the management company (we called them prior to arriving) that the cleaners were taking extra cleaning precautions & we didn't notice any uncleaned spots as we cleaned. The items in the kitchen (pots, pans, knives, etc) were all decent quality - often you get obvious IKEA or dollar store items - which made cooking daily more convenient & comfortable. The tiled bathrooms were both very nice, with the master bath having both a hand held & rain shower spout. The view of the beach from the balcony was fantastic & you can enjoy listening to the ocean waves as you relax on the rocking chairs & adirondacks. Since the balcony is not pool facing, you get to enjoy watching the deer and bunny rabbits visit this quieter section of the property. It’s such a treat! Overall, we had a lovely week long visit to the beach & were very comfortable in this unit with our 2 elementary school aged children. Our only complaints are that the pull out sofa mattress is very uncomfortable (we ended up covering the sofas in sheets & pulling out the back pillows for our kids to sleep on instead) & the sheets are rough, even in the master bedroom. That being said, we felt the master bed mattress was comfortable. Investing in a little bit nicer quality sheets & a decent sofa mattress would make it perfect!

We loved this condo and HH this time of year. The only thing needed is a curtain in the Master bedroom to block out the exterior lighting . Will definitely rent again !!

My wife and I stayed at Windsor Place II and we totally impressed. First, we were impressed as to how clean the unit was!! This one bedroom was perfect for us. The property was maintained wonderfully and the view from the balcony was unobstructed and beautiful. Mornings and evenings on the balcony are the perfect ways to start and end your days. The bathrooms were wonderful and the living area was great. TV's, washer/dryer and all the appliances were in great working order. The Vacation Company rental staff were very helpful and considerate. A great place to spend our vacation.

We are long time visitors to HHI and have stayed in various Windsor properties for the last 13 years. This one bedroom was perfect for our family of four. It has plenty of space to spread out and the second full bath makes it doable with kids. The bathrooms have been renovated and are lovely. The kitchen is lovely as well and has everything you may need for a low key week at the beach. One of my main priorities is having a beach view--this condo does! The unit is high enough to see over the landscaping and not so high that the view is blocked by the trees. I loved having my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the waves. The condo is stocked with games and books and nice TVs. The stacked washer/dryer came in handy. I can't think of anything I wished we'd had while there. Having stayed in HHI for so many years, I think the Windsor properties are some of the best on the island. They are insulated from the crowded beach resorts so we never feel like there are too many people around us on the beach. The property itself is well maintained with lots of lush foliage. The pool is nice as well, although we didn't go once this year. We are beach bums for sure! As for island fun...our favorite spots are Steamers for arrival day lunch, Hudson's for shrimp, Salty Dog for drinks/music on the patio, and Crazy Crab in Harbour Town and a visit to the lighthouse. Can't visit HHI without a visit to the lighthouse. We also love the Pirate mini golf. OH! and Marley's for ice cream. There are tons of grocery options now! The new Kroger is closest. There's also a Whole Foods, Fresh Market, Publix, Harris Teeter and Piggly Wiggly. I think this one bedroom unit can be what you make it. For sure, HHI is a family summer vacation destination. There are lots of families with all the cousins and generations together. When we were there it was clear that one family had multiple units in our building. That's a great way to be together and still have a little space from each other. We had a great family vacation here. We ate in some, we ate out some. We spent most of our time on the beach. If you like to be busy there are plenty of places to rent boats, bikes, or paddle boards. Going to the Salty Dog is kind of like a block party--music, a million kids and T-shirts! However, a couple looking for some quiet can find that too. I could have spent the week on that balcony with a book and have been fine. This unit was a perfect home base for our week at the beach.

This is our 3rd winter in this unit and we plan to come back next year. The upgraded baths are beautiful and the overall layout of the condo is extremely comfortable. Great location and the Rental Company staff is very friendly and always supportive.
