Great condo for couple vacation. Lots of updates and incredible views. Well stocked kitchen. Pool maintenance could be better, but would not keep us from booking. Master bedroom doesn’t cool as well, but fan was available for guests. We’d enjoy booking again in the fall or early Spring. Have vacationed in HH for over 30 years and Palmetto Dunes is the best!

The unit was spacious and had everything we needed for our long anniversary weekend. Having beach towels supplied , washer/dryer and a large tv were nice bonuses. We loved the balcony with the view of the beach and the pool was just delightful. We definitely would like to come back again.

We were happily surprised at how great this condo was. This was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The view was amazing. The bed was as comfortable as the one we have at home. The shower was big and the water pressure was awesome. This condo is also on the top floor of the building so we didn't have to hear anyone stomping above us. We liked the pool area and the various wildlife we saw around the property. Everything was very smooth with the property management group as well. We will definitely try to stay here in the future.

This was our first trip to Hilton Head Island. This 1 bedroom condo fit the bill for the 2 of us perfectly. The condominium was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We had beautiful views from our deck overlooking the pool and the ocean. The king size bed was super comfy. The Vacation Company was great to work with from start to finish.

We have stayed at this property many times. It is as advertised. In December the Island is very quiet…perfect for relaxing before the Christmas rush back home. This time the weather didn’t fully cooperate and we had colder than normal temps. We were still able to walk the beach because we came prepared with heavier clothing. Will be back next year to celebrate another birthday!

This condo building is in a very quiet location and is surrounded by gardens that were being tended every day while we were there.....just beautiful ! Condo itself was extremely clean and well equipped......kitchen had everything I needed including the "holy grail" of vacation kitchens - a garlic press !....... The condo had plenty of room for us as a couple, but even thought there was a sofa bed, it would have been a little tight for two couples....... Pool was clean and large.....heated in November to the perfect temperature.....hot tub nice and hot......plenty of beach towels in the condo....... Note : be sure to write down the entry code and keep it handy......it was 6 digits and it took me 4 days before I had it memorized......a code was also needed to get into the pool...... We have been renting through VRBO for decades and I think this was the best place we have ever stayed.....would definitely stay here again !!

Very clean unit with nice view of ocean. It was just a short walk to the beach. The pool looked nice, but it was too chilly while we were there. The unit is very convenient to the bike trail, restaurants, grocery, shopping, and other activities. We had a great time and would consider renting the same condo in the future. Teresa S.

Great location and Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful community. Barrington Arms complex was in a quiet area, grounds are kept up and the pool area is great. Condo was well maintained and clean. Everything is white, would take it up a notch to add some color and maybe change the head glass and iron furniture to light wood, but that’s just me. Bed is so comfortable, half bath nice, large shower. Deck is nice and the best view. Can’t go wrong. Arrival and departure communication great. Hope to stay again.

Our stay at Barrington was lovely! The location is perfect for ocean view and pool view. Everything was clean and supply of bath and beach towels was very generous. The kitchen is fully supplied with dishes, pans and small appliances. Laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent is also provided. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Barrington Arms 503 is a gorgeous, newly renovated beachfront condo with immaculate furniture & decorations & a well equipped kitchen. The king bed was very comfortable & massive master shower was delightful! It has a wonderful floorplan with a half bath & washer-dryer near the kitchen. The stunning ocean was visible from all rooms in the condo except the bathrooms. The condo has a beautiful pool and cabana, a lovely boardwalk over the dunes, and parking under the building. It was an added bonus that pool towels were furnished, in addition to lovely bath linens. It is in a gated neighborhood, which has wide, beautiful bike & pedestrian paths which connect to the Hilton Head bike paths, enabling us to ride our beach cruiser bikes 120 miles while we were there. We enjoyed the good food at all the restaurants. Our only issues during our stay at the condo were quickly resolved by the rental company representatives, Brett & Wayne. It's our favorite of all the beach condos we've ever rented and we look forward to renting this stellar condo again in the future.
