Great in Every Way

Everything about this property was wonderful! The location, the layout , the cleanliness, the beach and the view! We had a small problem with the smoke detectors chirping, but the management company responded very quickly and took care of it. We will definitely stay here again!

13 Dune Lane - Oceanfront, Large Screened Porch and Private Pool

The hosue had everything we needed and the location was fabulous! We really enjoyed the screened in porch and couldn't keep the kids out of the pool! Some updates have been done to the kitchen and bath but it looked like the master bath was only half done. Some of the showers are odd sizes. The rooms are good sized and lots of seating options for lounging and dining. The downstairs great room was very spacious but we didn't spend much time there because of the seating options. Would be great if there was a big couch or sectional. The main door doesn't lock from inside and doesn't have a pool alarm, which if you have small children is a little worrisome. Overall we had a lovely time and check in/chcek out was seamless.

Great Vacation Spot

The house was everything it said it was! Just a few things I wish we had a little more information on but overall…We LOVED IT!!! We loved how close it was to everything. Only a couple of blocks from Coligny Plaza for shopping and eating out. We vacationed the last week of October so wasn’t sure how the weather was going to be, so we opted to heat the pool and what a great idea that was. Although the weather was perfect (mid-high 70s) we were in the pool most of the day and into the night. The house had pretty much everything you would expect for a rental, but definitely take note of the supplies to bring, for instance salt and pepper, cooking oil, extra trash bags, and a bottle of cleaning spray should be on your radar of things to bring. They do offer dishwashing liquid as well as dishwasher pods, a few laundry pods, and cleaning sponges and towels, but there wasn’t a spray to wipe things down with. Vacation towels galore!! They provided plenty! And added bonus, there was a Kuerig there for all the coffee pod drinkers. We really couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot this year. Just a heads up, landscapers, trash collectors and pool cleaners will be coming on the property to maintain and clean at VERY early hours in the day. Overall a GREAT VACATION spot!! Hope y’all enjoy as much as we did!

One stop shop oceanfront vacation home

This house just newly renovated with the coastal theme that truly made you relax instantly. The wide open ocean front porch with long white sand beach, simple coastal decorations and casual comfortable furniture, heated pool, walking distance for ice cream , restaurants, unique shops as well as local community activities are all around the corner. You can relax quietly but not bored! I had a very good time with my family and everyone got something they like to do ! Even on the rainy days!!

Great view + location.

Our family of 8 enjoyed our time. The home was well maintained and clean. The first floor is exactly as others have stated, not really two bedrooms. You have to walk through one to get to the other. No closets in either. Our 4 boys made the best of it. The 1st floor living space has seats but no couch, would be a nice addition. The second floor bedrooms were plenty big with lots of closet/space. All the bathrooms were basic and only one bedroom has an ocean view. All as is in the description and on pictures. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Vacation Company does a nice job of providing starter sets for the essentials. The screened porch was the best part for coffee and shade during the day. The pool deck caused a few splinters throughout the week, lots of frayed pieces of wood need to be sanded or replaced. The four bikes were a great addition for easy access to Coligny. We primarily used the street beach access. The private ramp was crowded with palm trees and slippery. You're definitely paying for the view, location, and pool. It's nothing fancy but but definitely enjoyable! We would rent here again!

Lovely home on the beach!

Hilton Head family reunion

Excellent location. Pool was a plus as it was extremely hot that week. Plenty of room for everybody (party of 7). Kitchen was more than adequate as we cooked almost every meal because of Covid-19. Beach chairs and umbrellas waiting for us as well as bikes. Plenty of bath and beach towels. iding bikes on the beach was really fun and being within walking distance to the Coligny Plaza and a bike ride away from the Van Deer Tennis center was fantastic. Can't wait to book again for next year.

Great location

This house was perfect for our family...very close walking proximity to Coligny Plaza yet far enough away where the beach was not overcrowded. We enjoyed the nicely landscaped pool, screened porch overlooking the ocean, and short walk to the ocean.

Great Stay

Plenty of room for our family right on the beach. All appliances worked as did TVs and WiFi. Lots of extras for our young grandkids. Easy Walking distance to Caligny Circle shopping and grocery store.

Beautiful house in a stunning location with a trillion dollar view!

Our stay was our gift to our family for Christmas. Everyone had a great time, even though it was a bit rainy during the week. There are so many restaurants nearby and lots of paths and trails for our active runners, walkers, and bikers. We will definitely return in the future.

Wonderful beach home

We loved staying at this house. The location, the screened in porch and the pool were our favorite parts. We had no trouble using the kitchen and cooked some fantastic dinners. We would highly recommend this place. I would say that the only downside came in an interaction with the Vacation Company. Throughout the week our interactions had been very good. They responded quickly when a torrential rain brought water into the lower level. They took good care of us when the wifi went out. But on our last full day of the stay we were running short on toilet paper. Each bathroom had been provided with a couple of rolls but we were running short. Since it was provided I thought it would continue to be so. When I called the office I asked where I might find more toilet paper the reply I got was a snarky response - "At the store." It really soured what had been a good relationship with the company. We went to the store and purchased our toilet paper. Needless to say we brought home every unused roll.
