The house and amenities were just perfect for our group of 12. The beachfront views to the pool and turf grass were the perfect combination to make us not want to venture far from the house. The house was very clean. The communication was excellent. We will be back again!

Our clan was 4 adults, 3 kids 4-6, 1 infant - but would have also been great for teens. Clean, updated, and everything worked. Loved staying here! Very close to Coligny where all the action is. It was walking distance. We walked for ice cream, shopping, and Skillets for breakfast. And several grocery stores are within a 10 minute drive. Kitchen has LOTS of utensils, cookware, plates, glassware, and silverware (more than I have at home!). But there are NO spices, salt & pepper, napkins, foil, or plastic wrap. Why housekeeping can't leave those when someone checks out, I don't know. And if you have a large group or are staying longer than a week (as we did) I would say to bring more trash bags and dishwasher pods. Two trash bags and 4 dishwasher pods won't make it. And I don't think a guest should have to purchase these supplies. Perhaps the mgt. co. could also leave a spray bottle of cleaner. Bed were comfortable, plenty of bath and beach towels. There is lots of seating inside and outside for dining. We found 2 nice beach chairs and an umbrella in the garage. We used them on the beach to people watch and read. Grill outside worked great. We grilled several times. Four bikes were included and were in good condition. I would tell the bike rental company to add baskets to the bikes. Nice high ceilings with tall windows for viewing the ocean. Saw dolphins on many mornings. Perhaps bring a pair of binoculars. We paid to heat the pool (it was Oct/Nov) and it was very comfortable at 84-85 degrees. We were at the house for 11 days and noticed it was not rented after we were scheduled to leave. So I contacted Vacation Company and we worked it out for us to stay 2 more sunny warm days. Thank you Holly.

My wife and I rented the home to celebrate our 1-year old daughter's birthday, with family coming to stay for the week. The home was perfect for everyone, with large bedrooms, an amazing kitchen, and plenty of shared space for everyone to relax. Everyone enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub daily. Proximity to the beach was outstanding, with amazing unobstructed sunrise and sunset views. I would absolutely stay here again if visiting Hilton Head with family, this was a wonderful home for the week!

Ideal location. Large home with room for family and friends and fun. Comfortable living space with updated bathrooms. Everything was in working order. Vacation company does a nice job managing check in and out. Would definitely stay again.

The house is beautiful, very clean and stocked well with dishes and small appliances. There was a lot of space for our family. We had grandparents four children with spouses and seven grand children ages seven months to seven years. The pool and hot tub were clean and fun for all. Access to the beach can’t be beat. Shopping is a short couple of blocks walk. Ice cream stores, liquor store, groceries, souvenir shops, and others. It is a very fun little shopping area. The rental company was very helpful and easy to contact with our questions.

We rent different houses in different areas every year for our family vacation; Destin, L.A., Miami, Toronto, etc.. This house has to be one of our all time favorites. From the first day of booking the property to our check-out, the property management were quick to respond to any questions or issues we had and the app was perfect for ease of having everything you needed on your phone. The house itself was immaculate; beautiful lot, gorgeous interior, plenty of space for everyone. Tons of beach umbrellas, chairs, kids toy, bikes for anything outdoors. Patio and pool area were perfect for lounging away from the beach. The surrounding area was great for walking to everything! Restaurants, shopping, grocery and entertainment were all within walking distance. We will definitely keep this on the list of places we would rent again.

My husband and I took our children and grandchildren to help us celebrate our 50th anniversary. Everyone had a great time. Kitchen was wonderful (loved the huge island) , master suite was great, loved the large walk in closet and big bathroom. Everyone had their own space if you wanted to get away for privacy. I loved the balcony off the master suite that I could go out in the morning and read, drink my coffee and watch people on the beach. Loved the oceanfront view. Wish pool was a little bigger but kids still enjoyed it. Only negative thing was grill was NOT clean. We put foil on it but didn't heat properly, needs to replaced. Would highly recommend this to anyone at any age.
