I would highly recommend staying at this home. The host was very easy to communicate with and answered all our needs in a timely manner. The house is very spacious with two living spaces, a well-stocked kitchen, and spacious bedrooms for all guests. The quiet beach area is just a few short steps from the pool area.

Whole Family from ages 2 to 83 loved the house, beach, pool, and location. North Forest Beach is a great place to dump the car and go with golf carts. Restaurants, shopping, and activities are are easily accessible!

The house is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. Very clean and spacious but also quiet between floors. Nice pool area with great seating and a quick hop to the beach. Quick bike ride to Coligny for ice cream, shopping and eating. Nice little yard. We were very impressed with the accommodations and all the extras provided in the kitchen. The Vacation Company made directions and all contact super easy. Our only concern was the parking area was not clear. We had more than enough room for our 3 cars but if our entire party had come as planned, we weren't sure where we could park in the area. I would highly recommend this home. We are remodeling our beach house this summer so we won't be needing it again but if we did, I would stay at this home again and again. The photos and listing are true to the listing.

We had a wonderful family vacation with 3 generations in this beautiful, well appointed home! We enjoyed being in the house together, but we also appreciated having our own rooms and bathrooms at the end of the day. The property manager was easy to work with and responded within the hour when we called about a couple minor issues, which he immediately addressed. It was a treat to be right on the water, we walked the beach multiple times a day. We also had lots of good times hanging out at the private pool and hot tub, spending time together as a family.

The Vacation Company was great to work with, and this house had everything we could have possibly needed to make our family vacation a success. Private access allowed freedom for the kids to walk to the beach ahead of us . A well appointed kitchen with a gourmet double oven made it easy to eat in. We grilled our poolside lunches . LOCATION can't be beat. Sending the kids on bikes to the grocery for the I forgot item . The bike paths led right to the Piggly Wiggly. Lastly , no one complained about having an uncomfortable bed or crappy pillows ! That's huge in my book- all were impressed with the bedrooms they'd chosen. Bringing a large group together , with lots of different likes/dislikes can be challenging. This house checked all the boxes . We come to HH every year with my husbands family ( usually up to 14 of us ) . We've finally found the spot everyone will be happy coming back to! Making our reservation now for next year!

The only criticism and it isn't much of one, is that the doors from the living room to the patio were out of service. The property was very nice and clean. The beach was close and the pool and hot tub were great. Plenty of room for everyone. This house was great.

We had a great visit to Hilton Head. The house was very large with plenty of room for everyone to hang out in the common spaces. We appreciated that each bedroom had its own full bathroom. The walk to the ocean was easy and the views from the house were beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped so we could easily cook for the whole family. A great property - - definitely recommend.

What a beautiful house. We had a great time at the property and would definitely recommend it. We had a problem with one of the AC units, which made for a very hot night on the third floor. I placed a call first thing in the morning, and the management team immediately addressed it. Fixed within a few hours. Extremely friendly and accommodating. The only negative issue was that one of the king bedrooms on the 2nd floor was always warm. It appears the bedroom did not have any AC vents in the floor or ceiling. The only vent for this room was a small vent in the bathroom and closet. It just wasn't enough to cool the room. To be fair we did not report this to the owner as the couple staying in the room had to leave after the second night. The room wasn't occupied for the rest of the week. Other than that, the second laundry room was locked off and could not be used. We realize maintenance issues happen and the laundry room off the kitchen worked out fine. The elevator is a lifesaver. The house location is fantastic, and the pool and grill area are great. Plenty of beach towels are provided. The beach access is shared with the house next door. I would definitely come back and would highly recommend it.

This property was perfect for our family vacation! The swimming pool, beach access, bedrooms with their own bathrooms, elevator for luggage, well-appointed kitchen, two living areas, bikes, champagne for my parent’s anniversary….the list goes on! There were 8 adults, 4 teens and a 4 year old in our group, and every single one of us fell in love with this house. We hope to come back next year!

Check in was simple and the house was clean upon arrival. The house was beautiful with plenty of room for 12 and was well provisioned. The pool was cleaned and was very popular with everyone. A short walk to the beach over a short dune allowed for easy beach access. The beach was beautiful and while busy was much less crowded than the beach in front of the hotels. There were great views of the beach from the 2nd and 3rd floors. The master bedroom was spacious and well appointed. Overall a great week for the family vacation.

Loved the layout, especially the kitchen on the lower level with easy access to the pool and grill area. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Elevator is key for delivery of suitcases to upper levels. We had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to returning next year.

great house for a family vacation. Our family vacation with adult children couldn't have been better. 6 bedrooms with bathroom made everyone comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed eating in most nights. Spent afternoons and evenings escaping heat at the beach by relaxing in private pool and hottub. Would definitely book here again!

We treat the family to a beach vacation once a year and Hilton Head is always a favorite! This was our first time renting this property and we fell in love! It was perfect for our four grown children and their spouses with plenty of gathering space for nightly dinners and card games. The pool, hot tub and patio area was private and so spacious. The view from the second story is amazing! Can't wait to come back to this luxury house ocean front with updated furnishings!

Being the first people there after the renovations was interesting dealing with the few glitches that needed to be addressed. Everything that needed tended to was taken care of promptly and everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous. The home is much more beautiful than the old pictures you have on your site. The kitchen is very well appointed and we were able to prepare meals for our large family without issue. Thank you for being pet friendly it was so nice to bring our dog!

My children and grandchildren loved the house. Size was perfect. A bedroom with ensuite bath for everyone. The master bedroom is on the third floor with huge windows overlooking the dunes and ocean. The house is complete with an elevator so the stairs are not an issue. And, there are two lovely, huge sitting areas... one on the ground floor and one on the second. Both overlook the pool and spa and ocean. There are even two laundry areas one off the kitchen and one on the third floor. Beds are comfortable. Sitting areas also. Dining table holds ten easily and held all our 11. Outside there are two tables to dine at, weather permitting. The kitchen is a large family's dream. A Huge island where many could work together prepping. Two dishwashers, double oven, two coffee makers. Two full sets of dishes. Unbelievable number of good pots and pans, not to mention pyrex baking dishes and a large assortment of roasting pans. Though it was way too cold for me, being a Floridian, our grandchildren loved the heated pool and hot tub. Four rental bikes came with the unit and our children did ride. House is located 1 mile from Coligny Plaza which has many shops and restaurants. Lastly, the property managers are very responsive. We called with a minor issue and someone was at the house within an hour or 2. I highly recommend this property for any family planning a time away on Hilton Head Island. MLH Tampa Fl

We are a family of thirteen from ages 3-64 who go on a beach vacation every year.We always choose a different place to go every year.This house was right up there with my favorite ones.It looked clean and inviting when we walked in at 4:00pm. I like how the kitchen had all those lower cabinets empty for our food to be put away as in other houses it all would have to be out all over the counters.Fridge worked well,extra ice very nice,well stocked with things to prepare a meal,plenty of room for multiple cooks.Double dishwashers kept up with big meal cleanup .Family Room furniture is worn looking but sure it takes a beating from big families renting most weeks.Upstairs family room was very nice with ocean view and extra space.All were content with their bedrooms except for the middle room on the third floor.The daughter complained of room being hot and to bright with sky light and sagging mattress .Our last night there was some issue going on with the AC that mainly affected those sleeping on the middle floor.The deck and pool were very nice.We might not have needed pool service four days in if outdoor shower was working but the hose worked pretty well and that pool guy showed up within fifteen minutes of our call.Loved the short walk to the beach.So I must conclude it was a wonderful week and you have a great house.

We plan a ladies trip every year in different locations. This year was special since most of our group was celebrating our 50th birthday. This house was amazing! It had everything you needed for a perfect stay - location was right on the beach, views from the second floor family room and the master were amazing! We walked or jogged the beach every morning, rented bikes from Pelican Bike Rental company which were conveniently waiting at the property when we arrived, there are bike paths through the forest just across the street that take you all the way to the south side of the island or you can ride them right on the beach, they have a salt water pool and a hot tub which we used during the day when it was hottest and then took the beach chairs (provided) to the beach every afternoon when it cooled off. Great kitchen to work in and open plan. The home has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms so it was perfect for our girls trip -everyone had their own bathroom. To be honest, we had dinner reservations one night and cancelled them because we never wanted to leave the property! Loved it! Cannot wait to go back. Rent this property, you will not be disappointed!
