Great size and location for family trip with college aged kids

We were a group of 10 adults - had a wonderful time staying here. We messed up the elevator twice (yes, I know... we just were elevator-challenged) and they sent someone immediately to help us and they were as nice as they could be. The kitchen is EXTREMELY well stocked. Best I've ever seen in a rental. Everything else was just great - we paid to have the pool and hot tub heated. It was just perfect. We all would highly recommend this place. Our only issue was we couldn't turn on the fireplace - not sure why this is, but it rained for two whole days and we really would have enjoyed having the fireplace on as that's where we spent a lot of our time.

Our families stayed in a beautiful 7 bedroom beachfront home and rented through The Vacation Company. We were so pleased with the responsiveness and flexibility of the team, especially Sammie, Sean, and Don, when we ran into a few issues that were totally out of their control. Houses sometimes break! They moved quickly to fix the problems and make it right. Even helping us move Christmas trees and answering countless phone calls What could have been a big hassle was actually a blessing in disguise and we will all be repeat customers of theirs. I can highly recommend TVC to all. Already planning our next Christmas in 2025 with both my in-laws and my family. Two beachfront houses this time!

Everything was just great! The communication from the property management was wonderful. The house was great for our group and the location was peaceful, but we went in the off season. There is a resort close but we did not experience a crowded beach or noise. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone going to Hilton Head.

The home was lovely and the way it's laid out everyone had private space. My 85-year-old mom and my sister and I and our families for a total of nine spent a wonderful week in North Forest Beach. If you enjoy cooking the kitchen is very nicely stocked with cooking supplies And serving pieces the home was very clean when we arrived and the only issue we had with the property was addressed within 30 minutes. Access to the beach is wonderful although not accessible for anyone that has mobility issues. I would certainly stay at this location again, where we to return till Hilton head Island.

We had a fabulous week at the house on Roadrunner Lane, despite the heat, humidity and stinging jellyfish. Our teenage grandkids spent more time in the pool than the ocean after getting stung. The beach itself is great -- very wide, with packed sand great for walking and bike riding. The house itself was perfect -- well maintained with comfortable beds and a great layout. The four bikes were used multiple times. Note: no one in Hilton Head seems to wear bike helmets! Getting ice cream at Coligny Plaza was an evening destination. Plenty of takeout and a well-appointed kitchen for cooking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Hilton Head. The house was perfect for our large family and just as perfect for our toddler grandson. The outdoor space was so nice and just a quick walk to the beach. Some of our adult children had to do some remote work, but there was plenty of room to spread out! The resort next door made the beach a little busier than we preferred, but with low tide much of the day, there was plenty of room. The abundance of beach towels, 4 bikes, and pool/beach toys were an added plus!

Grand elegance; Memorable beachfront views with stunning sunrises; Every bedroom with its own bathroom; Elevator made luggage and grocery handling very convenient; Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms; Loved the hot tub and pool; Outstanding amenities throughout; This impressive, well appointed property has everything you need for a spectacular vacation. Very nice property. Beach was very busy (next to a resort) but otherwise we loved it. One of the nicest we’ve rented. 21 people and we had plenty of room. Very clean and nicely appointed & stocked. The pool got yucky, but when I called the property manager, they sent someone quickly.

We really enjoyed our time at 5 roadrunner. The house was everything we asked for. Spacious enough for individuals to conduct day-to-day business as well as accommodate all parties coming together for discussion and team meetings. The location is ideal and the pool and spa served their purpose even given some of the weather hurdles. Would definitely rent again for all occasions, family and friends vacation or another retreat

We loved the house and had a wonderful time. The only issue with the location for us was the crowded beach. We were next to the hotel and the public access. This made the beach extremely crowded. We were accustomed to less people on the beach. That said, this house was fantastic and Home Away was great to work with. We’ve rented houses for over 20 years and this was by far our best experience with property managers. We loved it.

The property is beautiful. We found a couple of broken things when we arrived, but they repaired them as fast as they could. I would recommend this property to anyone that loves being on the beachfront. The beds were extra comfortable, and the kitchen was great.

Very clean and roomy. We had 19 family members and all had plenty of room. The views were were great. Very quiet. The pool was the center of attention. The 3 hole putt putt golf in the basement was used every nite. Just a great house to celebrate our recent marriage with all of our family.
