This house met all of our needs during our stay. It was clean, spacious, and the furniture was extremely comfortable. The kitchen had all the baking/cookware supplies you would need. There were 4 adult bikes and a beach buggy when we arrived. The house location was extremely convenient and it felt very private when using the spa and pool. The walk to the beach and the closest beach access only took us 15 minutes (we weren't walking fast) and it was such a scenic walk on the lesiure trail, so we didnt mind it. We booked through vacation company and saved 500$ (versus vrbo). VC was easy to deal with and they gave us free passes into sea pines for our car. We didnt have any issues during our stay. Every morning, walking up and then walking out into the living space felt like a dream. Don't hesitate to book this house.

The property we rented was a peaceful and beautiful getaway in Sea Pines. We have stayed in Sea Pines before and on HHI for many years but, we really loved everything about this house. It is apparent that the owners take excellent care of it and wish for their renters to be well taken care of as well. The kitchen is well stocked, the pool lovely and the living space is bright and airy. The walk or bike ride to the beach is perfect. Being close to South Beach was fun also. Thanks again for offering such a wonderful place to make memories! We hope to be able to stay here again.

The house was clean and inviting. The pool was the perfect size and the hot tub was a nice touch. Tropical storm Elsa hit during out vacation and the management kept us informed about how to prepare and what we could expect afterwards. The groundskeepers and staff that we interacted with at the home were polite, friendly and courteous. The location of the house is perfect - about equidistant from Harbor Town and South Beach - close to the bike trail and a short bike ride to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at this lovely house. It was very clean and well stocked. We had an issue with the spa not working even though we paid extra to have it heated. However, the staff was very helpful in getting it turned on quickly for us. The outside pool area is covered with trees so the pool and pool area does get dirty quickly but we actually liked being shaded from the hot sun. Great stay!!

The property, located in the Sea Pines Resort, was clean, well kept, and a short 12 minute walk to the beach! Access to biking, a private pool, and wide open floor plan accommodated a tremendous experience. One minor drawback the wooded setting limits the sun at the pool.

We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely home for two weeks in May. Our stay was perfect. The home is well appointed and was very clean (we also opted for mid-stay cleaning by the management company). The street + surrounding neighborhood are quiet, but the house is conveniently located with a bike path directly behind the home and all major destinations quite close by bike - beach (5 min), South Beach marina (8 min), Sea Pines Center (8 min), Harbour Town (9 min), Sea Pines Beach Club (~10 min). The most relaxing part of the home is the pool + spa area, which is shaded by beautiful oaks & pines but with just enough sun to make the pool enjoyable. We would highly recommend this listing!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect... Spacious, clean, beautiful finishes and had everything we needed. It was just as nice as the pictures. We loved hopping on the trail behind the house. It was a short walk (10 minutes) and bike ride (5 minutes) to the beach and fun to pedal around the island. It was a fantastic place to do virtual school and work with a high speed internet connection. We loved jumping in the pool for recess and relaxing in the hot tub at night. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We hope to return next year!

Every summer we come to HHI for a week. We just completed our 4th week at this property. If we stay anywhere else we are disappointed. The house is comfortable, spacious and well stocked. The pool is perfect for our kids - we spend most of our time out there. And everyone loves Sea Pines, the beach is much nicer and less crowded than other parts of the island, the trails are perfect for walks or biking, and Harbor Town is a great evening destination - the playground, the boats, and Cinnamon Bear for ice cream. We'll be back again next year.

This house was great for our family vacation! There was plenty of space and the kitchen was great for cooking! We really enjoyed staying in Sea Pines. The walk to the beach was about 15-20 mins but was easy. They have bikes also. The pool is nice and felt private but with all the trees there were lots of leaves to clean up. It was not a big deal and it was so great to have a pool to ourselves! We would love to return next year!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this well kept and cared for home. We loved the pool - at every time of the day. We are a family of five and the home is specious and generously equipped. We hardly went out to eat because we enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen. We extra game table came in very handy. The Carolina Room is cozy and welcoming. It is a short bike rider to the beach, but we didn't mind at all. It was our first stay on Hilton Head and we were delighted to go everywhere we wanted by bike. We hardly used the car. The project manager at the rental agency is pleasant to work with (kind, very responsive and caring). The home was very clean and equipped with cute little welcome starter sets for kitchen and bathroom. Also having beach towels provided is a welcoming feature as well as the provided bikes. We highly recommend this home for a relaxing family vacation. Your hard work pays off: we were very happy in your home. Thank you for sharing this with us.

Awesome vacation home. This is our 2nd time at this house in the last 4 years, our vacation gets better each time e we stay at this house. The house is clean and well maintained, the furniture is comfortable and rooms are spacious. We have 6 people in our family and the house worked perfectly. The house is in an ideal location. You are 2-3 minutes away from the beach on a bike and 11 minutes away from Harbour Town on a bike. A nice pool, hot tub and patio for our family to enjoy evenings around the pool.

This house is just the perfect getaway. Great space for a family of four plus my parents. 2 lovely bedroom suites for the adults, very private, and a third bedroom with the ability to have twin beds for the little ones. Location is wonderful - bike paths, so close to the amenities of Sea Pines, a quick walk to the beach. Atmosphere is lovely - quiet! But the big winner for our family is the private pool. The pool deck is gorgeous and it is just so convenient to have it all to ourselves. We spend the entire day in the pool - throw the kids in there before breakfast, lunch by the pool, post beach cool offs and a glass of wine in the hot tub under the stars. Couldn't ask for more.

We just love this house! It is great for our family of 4 with the option to add the grandparents. Beautifully decorated -- feels more like a nice hotel than staying at someone's house. Great location on a quiet street with a short cycle to the beach, the playground, The Salty Dog. Nice pool, sand toys provided -- couldn't ask for more!

The pictures of this house do not do it justice. It is beautifully decorated, very clean and it's Heritage Woods location makes for a wonderfully quiet and relaxing get away. Our family really enjoyed the privacy of the enclosed courtyard area for sitting out and relaxing by the pool and spa. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. The separation of the three bedrooms/ensuites ensured everyone's privacy. The location in Sea Pines is close to all amenities including Harbour Town, South Beach and the Beach Club. Whether you are choosing to play golf, tennis, go biking on the miles of paved bike paths or simply walking to the beautiful beaches I couldn't recommend a better place to stay. We will definitely return to this beautiful place.

This is our fourth vacation to HHI, but the first in this house, and we are already booking it again for next year. The location in Sea Pines is perfect - close enough to be a bike to Harbor Town or South Beach, but on such a quiet and lovely street. The bike path runs through the back yard, but is unobtrusive and only an easy 7 minute walk to the beach. (If you're pushing a stroller I'd just beach access 23 instead of 24 - fewer stairs.) We feel that the beach at this spot is the best on the island - quieter than further north, but flat and even unlike at South Beach. There is enough grassy yard to keep small children happy, and we didn't hear any neighborhood noise all week. The house is large, bright and airy, with plenty of room for our 2 couples and 2 small children. Everything is modern and updated, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. Everything was clean and well stocked and well maintained.Something we really appreciated on rainy days with two small children was the Carolina Room (red couches) and the extra premium kids channels. Having Nick Jr. and Disney Jr. was a life saver. The best part of this house is the pool and pool deck, however. It is spacious, clean, private, and all one level. It is so nice to step out into the pool/patio area from the kitchen or Carolina room, eat lunch by the pool, or enjoy a midnight glass of wine in the hot tub. The owners and management company are so lovely to deal with. Both of my children (2 and 4) cried when we had to leave.

my husband and I have stayed in this home for three years, we love the location and the quite street. the homes on either side do not have a pool, or they are not rentals so its very quite. The fenced in pool area is also so private, Bike trail is right in the back yard The home has everything you need, and is very clean. It is very large enough for a family or crozy for just two.

We returned for the third year in a row to this beautiful property. The weather cooperated fully this year - 7 days of sunny weather. Our daughter, son-in-law and grandson joined us again this year. There is more than enough space with three bedrooms and three bathrooms to accommodate us all very comfortably. We did pay extra this year to heat the pool - the kids really enjoyed this as we had cool overnights and mornings - the pool stayed at a comfortable 86 degrees all week. The owners have retained new garbage, pool maintenance and garden services this year - notable improvements on the prior two years. A great 5 minute bike ride to the endless beach. A great family property! Highly recommended.

What can I say about this home, hmmm, well it was more than we expected, the furnishings and right on down to the glassware were top shelf. We enjoyed the pool everyday, and the BBQ worked just fine. I spoke with the owner of this home, she is very pleasant. I have to say that we were so impressed that we will just have to come back again. We only had the 4 of us there and that was fine, we both had master bedrooms, we cooked some fine meals there, and the home is right in the perfect location, close to everything we wanted to do. Once again let me say this is a beautiful home, very well kept, we look forward to coming back, maybe this fall for some golf. Thank you Laurie for putting this home up for vacation use.

What a Great Stay, home was beautiful. Both of larger bathrooms having upgrades walk-in tile showers along with plenty of open sitting areas for relaxation. The home is located in the center of Sea Pines Planation and 5 minutes to South Beach or Harbor Town. Biking is great and with easy access to biking paths just a few feet off the property, the ocean is within 5 minutes stroll on the bike. Pool was the perfect size for the kids to enjoy and property is certainly maintained well. We've visited Hilton Head several times and by far this is the best place that we've stayed on the island! Enjoy the stay!

We returned for one week after an initial stay at this property last year. The kids and our grandson joined us for the first three days. A great place to be with the family - large, single floor accommodation with three bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Clean and bright, the owner has installed a new washer and dryer since we were last there. All other appliances - fridge, stove, microwave worked perfectly. The only equipment issue we had was operating the T.V. and VCR - the all in one convertor can be frustrating to operate at times, and requires some patience. Biking on the beach which is a five minute ride away - or down to South Beach or Harbour Town - are both comfortable rides along the well maintained bike paths. The weather was cooler this year so we did not use the pool. The heat pump worked great for both cooling and heating as the weather fluctuated. The large Weber BBQ was clean and well maintained. A great family vacation and a great place to stay. We intend to return to this house next year!

We rented this home and invited two other retired couples to join us, a good time was had by all. The home was just as described on on the site which of course is not always the case. It was clean with all stated amenities. Our wives were very impressed at how well equipped the kitchen was and I especially liked the open concept in the living area and the privacy of the bedroom suites. We hope to be able to return again next year.

A fantastic location for getting to the beach, for biking or for golf. A beautiful house, beautifully kept. Wonderful pool area and sun room, warm and welcoming. From swimming in the pool or ocean, to biking on the amazing beaches or sixty miles of bike paths , this place is hard to beat. Its beautiful decor, immaculate condition, comfort of beds, distance to Sea Pines Beach Club, its central location to everything in Sea Pines, being nestled in a woods but brightened with sunshine are all reasons you will find yourselves enjoying the tropical paradise of Hilton Head in a home clearly reflecting the impeccable taste and caring of its owners. Right off the bike path, you will have an easy pedal to Salty Dog Restaurant, The Quarterdeck Restaurant at the Sea Pines Lighthouse, or a visit to Lawton Stables to visit Harley, his equine companions, and a whole host of animals eager for your attention. Hilton Head has been our vacation of choice for many years and this home stands out as a premier place to stay on an island which entices and embraces you with its tropical allure. The pool setting is quite relaxing, while also becoming an added area of entertainment. The patio table is a highly desirable place to dine and spend time together. We are most grateful to the owners for sharing their home with us, making every effort to give us a top of the line vacation, and leaving us with memories of a great island time on Hilton Head!

After spending a week at this lovely executive home, a holiday here will become a tradition. The home is fully equipped and offers sprawling roominess, a beautiful and comfortable decor and a private, fully enclosed swimming pool. Its close proximity to miles of beach and bike paths and charming villages provided many daily activities and time to enjoy the comfort and atmosphere of the residence we came home to every day. A mid-week easy day trip to nearby Savannah was a highlight. Highly recommended - 10 out of 10!

Superbly located in the Sea Pines plantation within easy biking distance of Harbour Town and easy walking distance of the beach, this well laid out bungalow easily sleeps 6 adults or a family of 6 - 8. Clean, spacious, one-floor layout makes for an easy vacation. Pool is very nice and we used it every day. The house is located in a Carolinian Forest so the renter will have to do some daily maintenance to keep the pool clean of falling leaves but this is easily done with the supplied pool scoop. An excellent vacation with great service from the rental company to help with our arrival and stay. We traveled as a group of 5: my wife and I, our daughter, son in law and their 7 month old baby. As a result we had all but one of our meals at the house, utilizing the spacious, bright, and very well equipped kitchen. In addition, we used the large, very clean three burner Weber BBQ for 1 lunch and 4 dinners over the course of the week - it was a real convenience and in excellent working order. The layout of the house is such that the rooms are very private and quiet - when we were in the master bedroom we did not once hear the other family members that were with us (even though one was a young baby on an unpredictable schedule), and they reported the same sense of quiet and privacy for their room. For travelers with young children this is an excellent house - a wide open layout for easy movement, but opportunities to withdraw to the quiet and privacy of one's own room as situations dictate. We contacted a local rental company on arrival, who delivered a crib, high chair and 4 bikes (1 with child seat) within a couple of hours of our phone request, which we used for the week. The rental company picks everything up after your departure. No fuss, no muss. There is no question about it, this is a 5-star destination. Highly recommended.

My wife and I spent a week with two other couples in Hilton Head. We enjoyed the accommodations and local amenities. The house is located on a quiet street in the peaceful woods of Sea Pines. In the mornings we enjoyed a coffee watching the birds in the back yard and the deer wonder along the path in the back yard. A short 7 minute walk along the path led us to the beach. The beach is one of the best we have been on. It is 100 yards wide in most places. The sand is clean and firm enough for seniors to bike along and making walking or jogging very easy. We did not play The Heritage, but all plan to play it again next time. We enjoyed 5 rounds of golf, both on the off the island. There are some good deals available, just make sure you do some research before you go as we found several deals after we arrived. Also, some of the courses were not as nice as advertisers while others were better. Our favorite considering price and quality was Hilton Head National. We were all very pleased to find out the house looks even better than in the pictures. Each bedroom has attached baths which allowed us to retreat to our own rooms for privacy. The common areas are large and very functional. All the furniture and beds are new or newer and in very good condition. We enjoyed both dining in the area and cooking for ourselves. We had not really planned to eat in, however, we were so comfortable in the home, we made meals here to enjoy the peace and comfortably enjoy each others company. If you are staying consider renting a bike. The paths are great, the island is flat so it allows for an easy ride, and the sand on the beach is firm enough to bike on. Rest assured you will enjoy you stay in this home.
