Upon entering, you will be welcomed by the soaring two-story foyer leading to an open floor plan with high ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, and spacious living and dining areas. The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and offer gorgeous, expansive views of the Palmetto Dunes 11-mile lagoon system. This home offers single-level living, with four of the five bedrooms located on the main level and the large fifth bedroom just six steps up. Each of the five oversized bedrooms features a new ensuite bathroom. The outdoor living space is equally captivating, with ample room for lounging and dining in the huge screened porch and double-level deck. The large newly built pool and spa, with Baja ledge, overlook the lagoon, offering a perfect place to end your day and enjoy spectacular sunsets. With just a short walk or bike ride to the beach, this private and peaceful oasis is coastal living at its finest.

Lovely home!

So enjoyed your lovely home for the week we were here. We've stayed in Palmetto Dunes twice before, but this was our first time at Rum Row. we cooked every night and kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The kids (as well as as adults) made good ues of the pool and indoor games. Thank you for a lovely week. Your home inside and out, was amazing!

8 Rum Row is perfect

This was our second year visiting 8 Rum Row, and somehow it got better. We don't know the owners (yet), but we want to - that's how comfortable it feels on arrival. The bottle of Rosé helped :) Amazing pool and hot tub, well-equipped chef's kitchen, perfect spot on the lagoon, out-of-the-way and ample "kids zone" in room over garage, and absolutely the best screened porch you'll ever experience. We will be back.

Incredible 2 weeks!

This was our second year vacationing at 8 Rum Row and we had an incredible two weeks! We spent most of our time in the pool which was a great way to relax and cool off. The well stocked game closet kept us busy during hurricane Idalia. We hope to be able to come back next year.

Amazing House & Views

We had a great stay. The house is lovely - totally renovated and beautifully decorated with calm colors and beach decor. The water view pops as soon as you walk thru the front door. The lagoon kind of wraps around the back of the property so all of the common areas (inside and outside) have spectacular views of the water. Sunsets are beautiful. The huge screened porch overlooking the pool and lagoon was a favorite place to hang out, especially at night. The pool and spa were very fun when we weren't at the beach. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook for a large group. We particularly liked the layout of the house. All but the kids bonus room are on one level, but the bedrooms and common areas are spread out nicely. The bedrooms are all very large with private bathrooms. This is a great location in Palmetto Dunes, close enough to the beach but very quiet with little car traffic. We can hardly wait to return for another visit.

We had a wonderful visit!

We recently stayed at 8 Rum Row and had a wonderful visit. The house was recently updated and had plenty of space for our family/friends. The bedrooms were amazing, each with their own en suite. The kitchen was well equipped and the backyard area was phenomenal. The home included everything we'd hope to see in a vacation unit. (plenty of beach towels, streaming devices on all tv's, laundry baskets in each bedroom, plenty of hangers, etc.) No details were missed. Finally, we had an easy 4-minute bike ride to the beach or you could walk in about 10 minutes. We've rented other properties from The Vacation Company and would return to 8 Rum Row anytime!
