The large heated pool and deck is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach, which is just steps away. It even features a cabana outfitted with a bath, a full kitchen and large TV for easy outdoor dining. An elegantly designed home impresses from the start with a spiral staircase leading up to a reading nook and home office with printer for anyone needing a WORK FROM HOME SPACE with an enormous window which lights up the room. There are 3 king suites all with private baths and a game room with a wet bar leads out to the expansive pool deck. On the 3rd level, you’ll find the sizable Master Suite with expansive bath and a separate kids bunk room. The 3rd floor boasts 30 ft. ceilings in the living room with tons of natural island light and a cozy sitting area next to the kitchen to watch the chef in the family prepare dinner. Perfect House!

This property was perfect for our family which had 10 of us. So spacious!! The location to the beach was awesome! Literally a 2-3 minute walk. The pool was awesome and was a great hangout for the teens in the evening as they watched various games on the flatscreen in the pool house along with the pool table area! The kitchen and dining areas were used every night to gather and play games and just sit around and talk. Check in was a breeze with door codes emailed. I highly recommend this property!!

This was the ideal house for our group.

We went with my son and 4 of his friends. The pool and the cabana along with the close proximity to the beach were ideal. The entertaining areas were separated from the main floor and deck so the kids could be in the pool or in the room off of the pool playing games/watching movies and we could have space to ourselves. The main area and the kitchen/dining room was large enough for all of us when we did have time together.

Dream Vacation Home

This is a beautiful beach home which exceeded my expectations! It is a meticulously clean, comfortably furnished and lovely decorated space with multiple areas to keep guests of all ages entertained. I especially loved the close proximity to the beach. I totally enjoyed walking right into the heated large pool - an outside oasis. The home is full of surprises which add to the convenience and comfort including an elevator, library and office. A large family group would have ample room for connection and privacy. The upper outer deck is great place to start and end the day. I highly recommend this home for a luxurious beach vacation.

Everything We Needed!

This property exceeded our expectations. The proximity the beach was amazing, just a 3 minute walk allowed us to easily see the sunrise, and while we were there, the full moon rise. The property was well-stocked with all the pots, pans, bowls, dishes, etc. we found everything we were looking for. Even plastic dishes for my 2 year old daughter. The property was clean, the pool house with the Bluetooth speakers was an extra bonus. Highly recommend this property, would stay again!

Great family vacation at the beach!

The home was beautiful and very spacious. The pool and the proximity to the beach was a big hit with everyone! We had a few issues with the elevator and the air conditioning but they were addressed quickly by the management company. Our only complaint was in the kitchen… the stovetop needed some instructions and more silverware was needed.

Loco for Coco’s

The home was absolutely awesome. We had nine in our party (3 kids) and there was plenty of room for everyone. Spent many hours in the heated pool with the cabana being a big plus! A short walk everyday to the beach made this a perfect location. We also loved Coco’s being so close. Highly recommend this home for your next HH vacation!!

Great House

The house was fantastic. Plenty of room for the 6 adults and 6 kids under 7! Proximity to the beach was fantastic and made bringing everything to/from the beach a breeze. The pool deck and pool house was great and the outdoor tv was a definite perk! Already considering renting this house again next summer.

Perfect for Extended Family

This property was amazing and perfect for our extended family. Each couple enjoyed their own bedroom and bath with plenty of room for kids ages 9-19. We were steps away from the gorgeous beach and ocean, which we enjoyed most days. The pool and deck area were perfect with enough room for everyone to swim or hangout. The cabana was so convenient for having snacks and dinner by the pool as well as refrigerator and bathroom accommodations close by. We also used many of the other amenities, such as the bicycles, pool table, Bluetooth speakers, etc. Highly recommend this property.

The house is great. Climbing the circular staircase kept my exercise regimen in order, but, do not be alarmed. There is an elevator. The pool area was fabulous. The decks were great. We hope to stay there again.

Fantastic property - will be back!

Great location and beautiful home. We had 5 adults and 9 kids and comfortably fit in the house. As a bit of a change of scenery trip given I have been working from home for 8 months, the home office was great and I was able to work while the kids did online school. Then afternoons and evenings we enjoyed the pool and Beach. The pool is amazing and the kids loved it. My teenager said this trip saved 2020 for him. Thank you!
