Our group of 6 (Mom, Dad and 4 kids aged 16-22) stayed here in June. The house itself is nice. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had most everything we needed. (A blender would be a nice addition). It was nice to have so many bathrooms and there is separation between one room with a king bed and the other 3 rooms - so the kids had their own wing of the house. There is a Keurig coffee maker which is not mentioned in the amenities. What makes this house so great is the location and the outdoor areas. The pool is good sized and very private. The backyard is heavily wooded so you feel like there are no neighbors. We had deer visiting in the yard every day. There is a path to the lagoon and several chairs by the lagoon to relax in. There is lots of seating on the deck and by the pool. Directly across from the driveway is the beach access. The location can't be beat! There were 4 beach chairs and an umbrella for our use and there were beach towels provided. I'd definitely recommend this house if proximity to the beach and nice outdoor areas are a priority for you!
