Just WOW! This is how I felt upon arrival at 51 Mooring Buoy! This beach house has it all and more; it is like no other home on the island! Designed for guests who value a 5 Star Experience. This stunning 6 bedroom; 6.5 bath is brand new! Just built in 2022; take advantage of its first time on the rental market! 51 Mooring Buoy will be the perfect home for your beach escape. The open concept layout is perfect for entertaining family and friends while enjoying all Hilton Head Island has to offer. Located on the 17th hole of the Robert Trent Jones Course in Palmetto Dunes, it's an easy 5 minute walk to the beach! 5 gorgeous designer decorated bedrooms offer their own en suite bath with walk in showers, king sized beds, tvs, and ample room; this must be the Ritz! Upstairs there is an additional lounge area with tvs perfect for kids plus a 6th bedroom featuring a twin bed over queen bunk beds. The kitchen is a chef's dream - all new sleek, modern appliances and cookware. It is spacious and features a large spectacular island with ample room for entertaining. The kitchen also includes an additional wine and beer fridge plus an ice maker. This kitchen is stocked to the hilt! Just bring yourself! The elegant landscaped outside features a beautiful sleek heated pool and hot tub along with a pool bath; so no need to go inside wet!
