Our extended family of 10 all loved staying here. The house was well stocked for a large group. There were plenty of plates, silverware, cups, and towels (beach and bath). The location was so close to the beach and bike-able to Coligny. We spent every morning and dinner on the screened in porch, jumped into the pool and hot tub whenever we felt like it, and snuggled up on the large couch for winding down at night. The included bikes were an excellent touch. The shower and foot rinse kept the sand away. This place looked great in the pictures and description, but it is somehow even better in person. We will definitely be back!

We had 7 adults and our two dogs stay at this property May 9-14 2026. The property was fabulous!! Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well stocked and I appreciated that it included a pantry. Plenty of "start up" items were included. It was so nice to have beach towels available to all of us. The Vacation Company even had a gift for the dogs! We chose not to have the pool heated but having the hot tub available was great as the weather wasn't the best while we were there. We also loved that there were 4 bikes available as well. The walk to the beach was very convenient and so close! We would definitely stay here in the future. 5 stars for sure!!

The pool and hot tub was great! The pool was shaded so it was nice to go there after the beach to cool off. This house is so close to the beach. It was very convenient and had beach chairs and a wagon to transport the things we took to the beach. Hilton head is so nice and relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped we were able to eat in a few nights out of the week.

The house was great! Very clean and close to beach and shopping. Screen porch was fabulous for breakfast and dinner. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. the vacation company supplied super beach towels and left little goodies too! Would stay here again!

Netflix available with your subscriptionThe streets run alphabetically down Forest Beach Drive, making it easier to find Pelican (Mallard, Nighthawk, Osprey, Pelican….. ALL BIRDS!Beach access was literally three houses away, but that is very soft sand if hauling the wagon. Go right to Osprey and you’ll find an easier access with wooden steps and walkwaysEveryone bikes so be cautious when driving everywhere Lots of fantastic shops, ice cream and restaurants Take advantage of the local tours and historic areas. Savannah is a 40 minute drive. Use the on/off trolleys to see the historic sights as well as getting great referrals for restaurants!Pool was perfect temperature in the extreme heat, but be able to use the skimmer net. We had small bugs and falling debris from the overhanging trees. Kids could ignore it and most adults couldn’t Don’t be afraid to contact the rental office. They were very kind, courteous and helpful.All beds and bathrooms were comfortable and well stocked. Additional beach towels are on 5he shelf above the dryer (kitchen closet)Favorite restaurant (casual/reasonable/great food) was Woodys Grille along Pope Avenue Favorite “adult” restaurant was The Jazz Club. Get your reservations early as they have two seatings

We found the perfect home, in the best location, to gather our family of 8 and celebrate our special anniversary together. The house had enough room and coziness to allow for quiet sleeping, a family meal, watching a little tv before bed and cooling off in the pool. We used the ceiling fans and a few room fans at night to help keep the A/C from running constantly during the extreme heat and humidity. The house is only a short walk to the beach where several watched beautiful sunrises, walked the beach, ran on the solid sand, hunted the morning tide pools for stray sea creatures and looked for the few seashells. There is a very busy “center” at Caligny Plaza where we found shopping, ice cream, cold beverages, shopping and people watching. We booked a Dolphin Tour and a Hammerhead Shark fishing trip. We went to the other end of the island to Harbourtown to see the non-lighthouse lighthouse! Many shops, shade, benches, food and beverages available as well as where to book your small children’s adventure on the Pirate Ship. If it wasn’t a two days drive, we all agreed we’d love to come back every year from New Jersey, Indiana and Illinois. There are some flights into Charleston, Savannah and Hilton Head so you never know! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We really appreciated the extra service and calls from Fiona. The extra ice was especially nice to have.

We loved the house. It was very comfortable and spacious for all our family. It was so close to the beautiful beach and having the pool was very convenient. We enjoyed the bicycles and riding through the trails. Hilton Head is such a beautiful place with many restaurants.

This was our second visit to 30 Pelican. It’s a great location - just steps from the beach and short drive to Coligny. The pool was perfect and so convenient. Well equipped kitchen. Easy underneath parking for 4 cars.

Very nice place. Clean, easy access to beach, bicycles and wagon for beach or streets, bike path across the street, etc... During our stay we went to play pickleball, round of golf, and dined at a bar called "The Bank". Would recomment those places..

Overall it was great. Location is the best outside of oceanfront. Easy to walk or bike almost anywhere. And we loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The only complaints we had were the mattresses. We slept in the room above the kitchen and the mattress was way too soft. And the sheets did not fit. They came off every time we sat or layid down. The twin bedroom has little airflow and is always hot. The house ovearall needs updates and for the price, it would be nice to sleep more comfortably. It would also be nice if coffee filters were part of your welcome package. You don’t know what kinds to get until you get there. All this said, I would absolutely recommend and rent again.

Our family had a great vacation staying at this house. The only issue was two of the bedrooms were hot. We kept the thermostat were they told us, at 70°, but these two bedrooms were hot and only cooled down when we moved two of those fans inside and outside the bedrooms. The HVAC needs to be either enlarged or changed out. I realize we are in the middle of a heat wave. But the kids couldn’t sleep well from the heat.

Having 4 decent adult bikes for our use was an added plus. Enjoyed biking the area. The plaza with restaurants and shops was walkable and so enjoyed. The hot tub was clean, inviting and used. Great great looking location. Whirlpool was clean and excellent in functioning. Relaxation time. Great water pressure from showers. Ample room. The office personnel were professional and immediate in assisting me. The pullout sofa couch I did move away from upper stairway. A danger for the kids. The heat upstairs was difficult to control versus the main floor, as influenced by the outside temperature. Loved having the bikes! And they were all in great shape. Enjoyed that. Definitely will return and will recommend your company. Great family week. Thank you so very much

Wow - what a fantastic property! Perfect layout for families or friends with varying ages of kids for purposes of quiet spaces for naps and earlier bed times. Tons of space and PLENTY of parking! 2 minute walk to the beach is icing on the cake!

This house was a really good fit for our family. There was room enough to spread out and room enough to gather. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and screened in porch. Kitchen was nicely equipped. My only criticism is that the bedrooms upstairs. The two bedrooms/baths were very small, and this wasn't too bad because my grandchildren stayed there.

Wonderful location and the house fully met our needs. The open stairs were a bit of a problem with 3 little ones so we had to put in some safety guards but overall a great experience - loved the screen porch, pool, hot tub and closeness to the beach, Coligny, and park.

My only criticism is that the bedrooms upstairs. The two bedrooms/baths were very small, and this wasn’t too bad because my grandchildren stayed there. What was a problem was the air circulation. All the upstairs bedrooms were very warm. There were box fans provided, but this seemed like an inadequate solution. An upgrade to the air conditioning seems needed, or at the very least, ceiling fans should be installed in all of them.
