28 Sandpiper

We were originally supposed to stay at a different property but due to issues with the oven there, we were offered this property instead. The house is great, plenty of room for everyone (7 people). The large sectional in the living room had plenty of room for all of us to sit comfortably. The dining table was also large and each of the bedrooms had nice bathrooms attached. We spent most of the week at the pool but it was also nice to be just a short walk from the beach and convenient to other things we like to do in the area. It was a great vacation for our family.

This house was in absolutely perfect for our large group with small children. The beds and bedding were so luxurious, the open concept kitchen/dining/living area made for the best bonding time together, and the outdoor pool & deck feel like a private resort with the perfect sized pool for our big group. The oversized living room couch made for a perfect hangout at the end of every night. With the beach just steps away, we couldn’t have asked for a better location. Beautiful house & an amazing experience!

This home worked just right for our family - and the walk to the beach is a breeze! We sat by the pool in the morning and evenings and the kitchen close by, which made it perfect to sit and enjoy lunch and dinners outside too!

This home was perfect for a family this Spring as we celebrated the Easter Holiday! With just a short walk to the beach... it was easy to grab all the beach toys and head down! The kids loved the pool and the adults loved all the outdoor seating. It's the perfect beach house!

This house was perfect for our group of 5 couples. Would also be ideal for a family or two families, as every bedroom has its own bathroom. Having a nearly fully stocked kitchen was convenient, as we cooked at the house two nights. Very clean, lots of lighting and mirrors. Check-in was easy and timely. Ample parking for our 4 vehicles. The walk to the beach was maybe 2 minutes, and our group was able to easily walk to the shops and restaurants on the island. The only negative about the house is the deck stairs going to the pool get very slippery when wet. Two in our group ended up falling on our first night, and thankfully were not seriously injured. Would definitely return to this house again!

We loved the pool and deck - and were happy with the parking spaces in front to accommodate our group. Would recommend a few minor fixes - just slight issues with the dishwasher and stove... but nothing that impacted our trip and can't be resolved. The management company was extremely responsive and kind... would absolutely book through Seashore again!

The location is perfect for a family vacation to enjoy the beach and the pool. You are steps away from the beach and very close to Coligny Circle where you can find stores and restaurants. We rented bikes for the week and it was amazing biking on the beach everyday. There are many streets and trails you can bike as well. The bedrooms are big with king beds in most the rooms and your own bathroom in each bedroom. We had plenty of space to spread out with our family of 5. The pool was perfect for our 3 teenagers to enjoy. Seashore Vacations was extremely helpful and very quick to answer any questions we had. Our stay at this property was outstanding. The location can’t be beat. We are hoping to stay here again next year and look forward to coming back!

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The agency was easy to talk to and very accommodating. Location wise, the Sandpiper is basically right on the beach and just a short drive or bike ride away from the plaza and downtown area. It was overall a great stay and will come back again.

Everyone enjoyed the pool during the evenings after a hot day on the beach. The pool was very clean and was cleaned again while we were there, Bedrooms were great (each had it’s own bath — a big plus). The house is about 200 steps from the beach so was easy to go back and forth. The living room was very large with plenty of seating so we spent evenings together playing games or watching TV. Kitchen was very well equipped but having two refrigerators was a definite plus. It is very close to Coligny. Buddy at Seashore Vacations and the others I spoke to there were always very helpful. We will definitely go back.

We stayed in this house with six adults and two small children. The location was amazing, beach just a few houses away and not crowded! The pool was a huge bonus especially for the kids after playing at the beach for a few hours. The house was clean, though some things could be updated and the decking started to fall apart in areas. But it fit our family perfectly and was enjoyable for the week.

PERFECT location! Amazing rental for large family! Steps away from the beach! The rental had everything we needed! Only minor issue was the ice maker on the refrigerator didn’t work. We didn’t complain and just went to the gas station for ice. Everything else was great! Pool was a little small, but great for playing in! We added the option to heat it, which was well worth it! We would definitely stay here again!

Overall this was an amazing property. It is a block from the beach, and very close to a lot of great courses and restaurants. Plenty of parking, nice furniture, clean, and well maintained. The kitchen isn’t set up to prepare large meals, but for snacks and sandwiches it is great. Plenty of nice dishes, dishwasher and washer/dryer work great.

Sandpiper 28 welcomed us like we were old friends. The home feels owned by someone who loves family gatherings and was perfect for our situation. We are getting married in May next year and wanted all our wonderful children to be able to meet each other. We enjoyed the privacy of a home in a neighborhood, but it was also just steps away from having our feet in the sand. The kitchen was stocked better than mine is, and we made wonderful memories taking turns with meal prep, playing games, and sitting on the deck. Was it perfect? No, but the management team was VERY prompt in responding to our needs and helping with issues. In my opinion you can't ask for anything better. We fell in love with you, Sandpiper 28, and look forward to seeing you again!!

The house was very nice and it was a great fit for our family!! Bedroom sizes were good to fit baby beds also. Outside pool area had lots of space around it and great beach access. The kitchen could use a few replacements... Coffee pot leaked and the skillets were really in tough shape. With a lot a little ones we cooked in everyday and the skillets were really bad. There is a loose board on the front steps that needs to be fixed...very loose and easy to trip on. Overall we had a wonderful time and it was a perfect house for family and grandkids.

Convenient for beach access. The access steps give you a workout. Pool is smaller than it might appear from photo but for kids who mainly want to splash around it meets the need. Had to make a call to get the pool heating on .... it had been pre-ordered - the response was timely. We couldn’t figure out how to switch on the pool lights. Would have been nice to get on the bikes and go for a ride but they were locked. A quirk -the small coffee mugs needed to be refilled if you bought good ground coffee! Not sure why all the bedrooms had TV’s. Some of the windows do not open ...but you can get out on the balconies for the warm sun and fresh ocean breezes!

Our stay at 28 Sandpiper was simply perfect. The house is beautiful and spacious - ideal for our group, particularly all the king-sized bedrooms. We loved being so close to the beach, allowing all of us to enjoy long walks on the beach every morning. The kitchen was very well stocked with every imaginable amenity. And, dealing with the management company was great -- they were very responsive and very easy to work with. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

There was ample space for us all and lots of parking too which was a bonus. The house is so close to the beach and was also close to our match locations on the Island. We were able to enjoy hanging out around the house on Saturday as matches were cancelled for the tropical storm. Great house, great location! We will be back!!

What had been an exceptional home has become even more so. There were upgrades made to the property that enhanced it’s beauty even more. 5 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bath gave each of us our own private space. The open living/kitchen/dining areas allowed us to spend time together, and the pool was great. It’s just 3 houses from the beach path too!
