The house was perfectly set up for groups with separate families. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is ideal. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and we used the provided wagon for so many things while we stayed. Including beach trips and grocery orders. There are plenty of restaurants around the area, and the grocery store was less than 10 minutes away. Highly recommend.

Our family group of 10 had more than enough room and space for a lot of pre-Christmas fun together. The house is perfect for a large group.

We absolutely love this home. It's roomy and has exceptional views and a really nice pool. We would rent here regularly if it just had a pool table. It's still five star….but we voted from now on …we will have to have a pool table to keep the guys happy.

We have rented several homes on the island and this is one of the best. The location in North Forest Beach is the best on the island. Inside it is well set up for large groups with each bedroom having its own private bath. I would say there are three master sized suites and three other nice bedrooms, plus the third floor loft for kids. The kitchen is one of the most well appointed of any home we've ever rented. It will have most anything you need to cook a meal. The outdoor spaces are also great, but seem to be showing a bit more wear - fireplace not working, tvs that were temperamental, pool/spa controls that would work and then get a mind of their own. It is all an amazing set up, if it's working, with beautiful views and nice comfortable furniture. One suggestion: this house has a lot of smart features and a binder with some instructions on how to operate various things would be very helpful and cut down on guesswork and frustration. We've had that in other homes with even fewer features and found it helpful. At the end of the day, don't hesitate to rent this beautiful home. It's amazing and you won't regret it!

You will not find a more beautiful home on the Island. The home is exactly as stunning as the photos depict. This palatial property has it all. All of the finishes and furnishings are high end. Everything is thoughtfully laid out. We truly wanted for nothing during our stay. We found the house to be impeccably clean as well. We enjoyed our mornings gathering and cooking and our days on the beach. We enjoyed evening cocktails out on the decks. We had a blast biking, swimming and lounging in the many nooks on all different levels. This home has all of the comforts you could ever want. Vacation Company is a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend this house.

This house was perfect for my family of 17. The bedrooms were laid out perfectly to have a space for the 2-month old to nap, as well as a space for the 77-year old to nap :) The railings were safe for the 2, 3, and 4-year olds. Plenty of room in the kitchen for 5-6 to cook at once, which was very nice! The kitchen is also well-appointed with plenty of materials, 2 dishwashers, and 2 sinks. The refrigerator was very large, as well. On day 2, everyone said they wanted to come back to this house. This was our 4th year here and 3rd oceanfront house so far, so that's saying a lot. The Vacation Company is very well organized and helps a lot with all of the small details, such as how to operate the stereo system. Thanks to them for a wonderful, worry-free vacation! We absolutely loved this property! In fact, we cant wait to go back! The beach was lovely. Heating the pool was a real bonus because the water was a bit rough at times. Our family had a wonderful time and cant recommend it enough :)

As beautiful as the pictures show! The pool looks smaller in pictures but it's actually huge! There were 21 of us and plenty of room. We already re booked for next year and can't wait. By far the nicest house we've stayed in since visiting every summer the past 8 years.
