August 2024 Family Vacation

Beautiful home and pool. I would recommend this home to anyone. Not as close to the beach as we would have liked but you could walk it. All bedding, linens, towels were very good quality. Kitchen had just about any tool you could possibly need. They could stand to have an electric small blower to keep the pool deck and patio cleaned off. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Home!!

First time visiting Hilton Head so had to do a bit of research to find a nice home & in a good location. Well, gotta say, we couldn't be happier with this house! Located in Sea Pines area. The house was absolutely beautiful! Every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Large spacious kitchen & dining area. Family room had plenty of room for all of us to gather. The house backed up to a beautiful golf course, yet the yard had lots of trees & greenery so plenty of privacy. Beautiful inground swimming pool, gas grill, bonfire table, covered patio area with TV & ceiling fan. You name it, the yard had it all. The additional perk, is the free trolley that takes you to the beach (approx only 5-10 mins away). The house also had 4 bikes so we could go for morning rides and there were lots of bike paths to chose from! Close to shopping, restaurants & the marina (Harbor Town). Highly recommend!

outstanding, almost flawless house

We have been coming to HH every summer for 25 years and have rented countless houses in that time. This home was, by far, one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed in. This home is spot on perfect for larger families. The pool is wonderful, the rooms large and beautifully furnished, the home spotless and well equipped. The only slight drawback to this home is that it is not ideally located for anything but nothing is a far drive or bike ride.

Lovely place!

This is our third house we've stayed in Sea Pines and our favorite so far. Everything went pretty smoothly renting this house. Check in and out is super easy. The house is beautiful and there were some extra surprises that were convenient like refrigerated drawers for our drinks, an ice maker at the bar, and a gas fire pit table on the patio (that was great during a few thunderstorms!). Pool area is great. Lots of space in the house. The bonus bunk room is fabulous, and has a great shower area and even it's own refrigerator. Only downside is that there isn't a good second Master (I think it was a full bed instead of a twin, with a loud, plastic mattress cover on it, the bunk room had a better bathroom, TV remote only worked on first night). Since we take two families, that makes a difference. Our young adult children loved the bunk area to have a space of their own. The extra bikes, chairs, and pool floats were helpful. Hilton Head is one of our favorite beach areas.
