Perfect location!! Great for kids (place had a pack n play, booster seat, umbrella stroller, baby gate). 2 min walk to the beach. Seriously perfect!!!

We loved everything about this place. When entering Sea Pines, get a week pass for parking or you will have to pay $9.00 every time you enter the Sea Pines Resort.

Place is perfect. Easy access to beach and pool. Watched dolphins every night. Not sure how you can improve upon this place. Discounts with bikes/beach stuff outweigh bennes you get thru Sea Pines resort, which aren’t much. This is the place.

A fantastic time was had by all. Only thing noted was the kitchen cabinets appeared beat up and was coming apart at the corner. My family enjoyed being on the first floor and easy access to the pool and beach. We only wished we could have stayed longer. Looking forward to booking again next year.

This was our families first time at HHI and we loved it. This property was located in Sea Pines resort area which was on the southern most part of the island. We loved that Salty Dog ice cream was right across the street and had ice cream treats most nights! We also rented kayaks at the South Beach marina also across the street. It was really close to the beach and we enjoyed being on the main level and poolside. The pool was really well kept and cleaned. We did have a problem with our door code not working upon arrival, but I called the Vacation Company phone number and they answered right away. They gave us a new code and it was fine!

Perfect location. Walk across to The Salty Dog and ice cream. Ground level gives quick access for yard games, pool and short walk to beach. Beach area was great in both directions and not crowded. Dolphins swim by every day multiple times. Perfect area to watch the sunset. Both bedrooms have their own private bath. Fabulous wrap around deck with sliders from both bedrooms, living and dining. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It did have both Kcup and coffee pot maker. Only the coffee pot maker was in the pics. Wish we knew it had Kcup also ahead of time. Easy drive to multiple restaurants and large grocery. Pizza delivery was quick from Gissepos. Bike trails in front of property. Easy parking in front.

We had a wonderful vacation here. The unit is beautiful and had plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 kids. The pool area was nice with lots of seating and even some nice shady spots. The grounds were immaculately kept. The grounds keepers even kept the grills spotless. The beach area is nice with lots of wildlife to watch in the sound. There is little to no beach at high tide. The kitchen was well equipped with plates, cups, pots, pans etc. The knives didn't work well, but I'm used to that in most rentals. We loved the porches, although the porch off the master was unusable due to furniture that was ready to fall through. The furniture on the other porch was in great condition. The Vacation Company was a fantastic rental company to deal with. Their app, text notifications etc. were all so helpful. It made checking in and out of our unit a breeze. We can't wait to return to 1865 Beachside Tennis. Thank you so much for sharing your home!

My husband and I shared this unit with our good friends for a week. The unit was quiet, clean, well-appointed and spacious. The grounds were well maintained and the view from our large deck was impressive- the pool and the sound. We ate breakfast, most lunches and several dinners at the unit and found the kitchen well stocked. The proximity of the unit to golf, restaurants (Truffles, Coast, Salty Dog), bike rental and the Sea Pines Beach Club was convenient. The washer and dryer were a big plus. We brought our beach chairs but having them provided would have been nice and easier to pack the car. We visited Beaufort and have visited Savannah in the past. We highly recommend this property!

We have recently had the pleasure of spending a week in this beautiful villa and wish to let folks know this is a terrific vacation property. We have used this villa several times in the last 20 years and find it to be very well-appointed and comfortable. The view of the Calibogue Sound provides all day beauty -- love watching the fishing vessels as they traverse the waterway. The owners of this villa have updated the unit several times over the years, always making it one of the outstanding Beachside Tennis properties. We enjoyed the televisions in the bedrooms which were equipped with built-in DVD players for those late-night movie watching events. The big-screen TV and DVD player in the living room were awesome for winding down at the end of a busy day of golf, shopping and beach walks. This villa has all the comforts of home but with a location and scenic view of the beautiful Hilton Head scenery that is priceless! We will always go back to this unit!

My husband , 3 daughters, and a boyfriend all stayed comfortably in this unit. Steps away from the pool and beach! Great view. Very quiet in the morning and evening. Clean with everything we needed. Beach chairs would have been nice but weren't a big deal. Also more seating in living room area was the only negative. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Would definitely rent this unit again!!!!

REALLY loved this unit (me, my husband and our 19 and 22 year old sons). The first floor location, giving easy access out the decks, is very convenient. I swam laps in the am, and it was easy to see when the pool was free. The wrap-around deck (with awning) was wonderful for meals and lounging (awning really cooled things down). Location to South Beach area was ideal. We fished on the beach and caught lots of things, so people who fish will like this location. A sectional couch would provide more seating and beach towels would be nice, but those are the only negatives. We would definitely rent this unit again.
