This quaint beach cottage is the perfect island escape. The spacious kitchen opens to the back patio for great outdoor living. A beautiful pool and spa invites relaxation and fun in the sun. The living area has plenty of room to watch movies or play cards. The bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy and comfortable. This quaint street is so close to shopping, dining, and entertainment, but most importantly, it is just a few sandy steps to the beach!

MAJOR RENOVATION Completed by March 2024:

The wall in the living room will be removed to provide an open-concept kitchen with vault ceilings and a kitchen remodel to include new countertops and all new appliances. Both baths will be completely updated, and the master bathtub will be removed and replaced with a walk-in shower offering double shower heads. New paint was used throughout, and all popcorn ceilings were removed, as well as new ceiling fans, TVs, and lighting in all bedrooms. A door to the pool will be added to the master bedroom, and a second refrigerator will be available in the laundry room. The backyard has a paver patio extension, and furniture upgrades are throughout.
