Great location in clean, well-maintained unit.

Let me start by saying that our family are tall people, and I am disabled, so I am a safety nut. Although the unit is spacious, beautifully maintained and the kitchen well equipped, the furniture, particularly the beds, is uncomfortably low to the ground with sharp - cornered metal frames. Getting up and down was difficult, The bathroom floors are like ice if the least bit wet. There is a considerable ledge to navigate for access to the porches. An older person,or anyone with mobility issues needs a helper for safety. On the plus side, the location is A++. We would return to Hampton place without hesitation, but in a unit better suited to our needs.

Condo was beautiful and very spacious. It had everything we needed and more. I would absolutely book with this rental company again as the communication was top notch and the condo was well equipped. Wonderful location too.

Condo was perfect!

All Questions were answered immediately. Condo was perfect. Nice to have beach towels there so that we didn't have to pack them and basic supplies in all the bathrooms. Realized I left my own pillow in the condo and the office was helpful getting me back in to retrieve it. Recommended your rental company to a couple we met on the beach.

Excellent vacation!

The accommodations and grounds were updated and well kept. The owner thought of everything that we might possibly need! All of the Vacation Company representatives were extremely helpful, responsive and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and are already looking forward to our return! I would highly recommend The Vacation Company!
