Enjoy a fabulous vacation in this luxuriously appointed Barrington Villa. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath offers phenomenal ocean views and is the perfect spot to enjoy coffee or a cocktail. Enjoy a large community heated* pool, spa, and a beachside pavilion surrounded by landscaped grounds with meandering lagoons. This villa has it all with tennis, golf, bike riding, and the sand just a few steps away.

* Please note that Barrington is conducting an improvement project on the beach access. The Ocean Lane, Wendover Dunes, and beachside entries to the crossover will be blocked and closed as well. The official start date for on-site work is December 15th and is targeted to be completed by March 7th. The entry to the beach crossover will be blocked, and signage will be posted to indicate that the area is closed and entry is not permitted. As an alternative, please use the beach access that is located between Hampton and the Omni Hotel.

Great Stay
Excellent location and views. Spacing in the condo was good, but perhaps not as good as some other 3 bedroom condos we have stayed in previously. Nice having washer and dryer in the unit. The washer worked well for 2 loads of laundry, but the dryer unfortunately only worked for the first load. Would stay there again

Wonderful view from the top floor
The online information provided an enticing view but the experience was even much greater! Plenty of space for our family of six. Access to the beach was very easy, though we did not have the correct code for the gate that leads to the beach - another renter provided us with the correct code (that was a minor inconvenience). Everything we requested (umbrellas and chairs) were present when we arrived. The process was easy and the experience was worth it. We had one issue upon arrival: we were not aware that the vehicles required a big yellow vehicle pass until we arrived at the "guard gate." the guard instructed us to go to the entrance turn-off security station for a vehicle pass; the security station did not find us in the "system" and told us to go to the rental agency. We barely made it before closing time to the rental agency, which was about 1.5 miles from the security entrance. The rental agency was kind and noted that they had not entered us into the "system." they entered us in and we went back to the security station and were then provided the vehicle passes which allowed us to get past the guard gate. This was a learning experience for our first visit; we hope this information will help educate future renters. Other than that initial major inconvenience (and slight scare due to the time of our arrival), the stay was wonderful. we hope to go there for a longer stay next year.

Everything was great!

Excellent Accommodations
We stayed for a week and the condo was perfect. Enough room for our family. Clean and up to par with all descriptions. Loved watching the sun come up in the mornings over the ocean. Minor issue with the Keurig not working properly but not a show stopper. Overall, a great stay. We would definitely rent here again.

A Great Week in Hilton Head
We had a great stay here with two young children (ages 4 and 1). Upon arrival, we did complain about the cleanliness of the property. Right away, the Vacation Company sent a team to clean again and even left some gifts due to the initial issue. Their responsiveness and kindness was notable, and we had an excellent stay. Great beach access, nice pool...couldn't ask for more!

Beautiful property
Location is perfect. Few places in HHI have as good if an ocean view as this condo. Renovations to bathrooms and kitchen seemed to be recent. Would definitely stay here again.

Renourishment Project 

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. 

This is a 24/7 project.

The beach renourishment project will occur in three phases, with an anticipated completion date of May 2026. The anticipated schedule is as follows:

  • Phase 1 - Port Royal (the Heel), Fish Haul and Pine Island
    • Complete - Contractor mobilizes in August 2025.
    • Complete - Weeks of August 13, 2025 thru September 17, 2025 - Fish Haul area
    • Complete - Weeks of September 18, 2025 thru October 10, 2025 - Pine Island
    • Complete - Weeks of October 11, 2025 thru October 17, 2025 - Port Royal (The Heel)
  • Phase 2 - Central Island, South Island and South Beach
    • Weeks of December 11, 2025 thru March 28, 2026 - Central Island, including beach areas along Palmetto Dunes
    • Weeks of March 28, 2026 thru May 31, 2026 - South Island and South Beach areas .
  • Phase 3 - Pine Island Breakwater Structures
    • Weeks of November 1, 2025 thru April 30, 2026

“It’s a priority to preserve, protect and cherish our beaches – one of our greatest assets. Our Island depends on their ongoing vitality. The Town’s role is to carry out the community’s collective dedication to this environmental core value through our investment in restoration and maintenance,” said Mayor Alan Perry. “And fortunately, due to the foresight of Town leaders before us and thanks to our millions of visitors, this project is funded through our beach preservation fund and capital improvement program.”


Beach renourishment is a moving work zone that typically progresses at about 1,000 feet per section-just 2% of the Island’s total beach area. On average, only 300 feet of beach will be impacted per day. Temporary beach access ramps and clear signage will help direct beachgoers safely around active work areas to open areas of the beach. As soon as an active site is completed, the equipment will move down the beach and the newly renourished section will open.

Special protection has been made for wildlife that may be impacted because of the project. All work will be supervised by consultant teams under contract to monitor sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Additionally, per a requirement of the beach renourishment permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), the Town amended its municipal code to restrict animal/dog activity in an area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek beach park. This requirement protects endangered shorebird species that migrate and nest there. Signage is posted and no other beach areas will be affected. Dogs are still allowed per the Town’s seasonal rules – only a small section of the creek area adjacent to the beach park is restricted.

Marinex Construction, Inc., the contractor for the project, began mobilizing equipment this month in preparation for the work. This includes positioning their offshore barges and staging miles of steel pipes to pump sand from ocean shoals back to beaches. Crews will be working around the clock daily.

The beach renourishment process helps to:

  • Preserve a healthy shoreline ecosystem for wildlife such as sea turtles and shorebirds.
  • Protect beachfront properties and infrastructure from storms.
  • Provide wider, more enjoyable beaches for residents and visitors alike.
