Located in North Forest Beach, this 4-bed, 3.5-bath home has a fantastic sun deck and pool. It is just steps from our beautiful Hilton Head beaches. With a lovely open kitchen, living room, and dining room that looks out to a covered porch, this house is perfect for large and small gatherings. While grilling, dining, and relaxing, you can easily step down to the pool for swimming and sunning. There is also a small den for reading and games, which is great for kids and adults. The bedrooms are bright and spacious, with a great beachy vibe. Four cars easily fit into the drive and covered area. All this and only one mile or a 5-minute bike ride to Coligny Plaza for shopping, dining, and relaxation. It is truly an island oasis.

This property was fantastic and would highly recommend. The pool/spa area was great and the deck around the pool was extremely spacious. The indoor area was clean and very nice...also spacious. The beach was only a few houses away. Overall this was a great stay and the communication from the rental company was excellent.

A good time was had by all!
The home could not have been more perfect for our family get away. I gifted my children this vacation for Christmas in lieu of a bunch of little gifts. We have been looking forward to the get away for months. When the time finally arrived this house was perfect ! The my children and granddaughter arrived over the course of several days and once everyone arrived there was plenty of room for everyone. The location was perfect and I don’t think we drove anywhere in cars until we came home. Highly recommend

Great Location

Perfect location

Family Vacay
The house was great for our large family. Plenty of room. Bedrooms and baths were clean and just what we needed. Our only problems were the poolman was rather rude and i know that has nothing to do with the owner of the property but was off-putting. The dryer did not get clothes dry but the property manager assured me that would be looked at by an appliance company unfortunately the week of our stay it did not get fixed. The house and location were wonderful and anyone would enjoy their time there.

Comfortable and close to the beach
Our family had a great week at 4 Sea Hawk. The house is comfortable and is nicely stocked for anything you could need. The proximity to the beach is very convenient and it is also close enough to walk/bike to shops and dining .

Cozy Beach House
The home is nice, cozy and well decorated with ample parking for four cars. We loved the pool but would have liked more chairs around the pool (only 4). The house indicates it sleeps 11 but that's a stretch. There is not enough dining room seating for larger families but we made it work. We had a few issues when we arrived, however Tiffany & crew from Vacation Co. were right on it! If you like a smaller, older home this will be for you.

Fantastic Location
4 Seahawk was the perfect place for us with my parents as well as our small children. Check-in was contactless and a breeze. The management group has a great website to manage everything for your stay and they were very quick to respond to any questions. The house itself is perfectly situated, a very, very short stroll to the beach through a private gate (be sure to ask for the gate code) as well biking/walking path that leads towards the main shops at Pope Ave. The bikes were nice to have on hand (ask for the code), as were beach towels. In the house, the furniture was clean and comfortable throughout, though the appliances could definitely use some updating. The kitchen has just about anything you'd need to cook a meal. We spent a ton of time on the patio. Wifi was fast enough to handle multiple people working remotely, and the Roku meant we could log into our streaming services to keep our kids entertained with their favorites. We'd certainly stay there again, especially with some new appliances. Overall, strong recommend.

Renourishment Project 

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. 

This is a 24/7 project.

The beach renourishment project will occur in three phases, with an anticipated completion date of May 2026. The anticipated schedule is as follows:

  • Phase 1 - Port Royal (the Heel), Fish Haul and Pine Island
    • Complete - Contractor mobilizes in August 2025.
    • Complete - Weeks of August 13, 2025 thru September 17, 2025 - Fish Haul area
    • Complete - Weeks of September 18, 2025 thru October 10, 2025 - Pine Island
    • Complete - Weeks of October 11, 2025 thru October 17, 2025 - Port Royal (The Heel)
  • Phase 2 - Central Island, South Island and South Beach
    • Weeks of December 11, 2025 thru March 28, 2026 - Central Island, including beach areas along Palmetto Dunes
    • Weeks of March 28, 2026 thru May 31, 2026 - South Island and South Beach areas .
  • Phase 3 - Pine Island Breakwater Structures
    • Weeks of November 1, 2025 thru April 30, 2026

“It’s a priority to preserve, protect and cherish our beaches – one of our greatest assets. Our Island depends on their ongoing vitality. The Town’s role is to carry out the community’s collective dedication to this environmental core value through our investment in restoration and maintenance,” said Mayor Alan Perry. “And fortunately, due to the foresight of Town leaders before us and thanks to our millions of visitors, this project is funded through our beach preservation fund and capital improvement program.”


Beach renourishment is a moving work zone that typically progresses at about 1,000 feet per section-just 2% of the Island’s total beach area. On average, only 300 feet of beach will be impacted per day. Temporary beach access ramps and clear signage will help direct beachgoers safely around active work areas to open areas of the beach. As soon as an active site is completed, the equipment will move down the beach and the newly renourished section will open.

Special protection has been made for wildlife that may be impacted because of the project. All work will be supervised by consultant teams under contract to monitor sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Additionally, per a requirement of the beach renourishment permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), the Town amended its municipal code to restrict animal/dog activity in an area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek beach park. This requirement protects endangered shorebird species that migrate and nest there. Signage is posted and no other beach areas will be affected. Dogs are still allowed per the Town’s seasonal rules – only a small section of the creek area adjacent to the beach park is restricted.

Marinex Construction, Inc., the contractor for the project, began mobilizing equipment this month in preparation for the work. This includes positioning their offshore barges and staging miles of steel pipes to pump sand from ocean shoals back to beaches. Crews will be working around the clock daily.

The beach renourishment process helps to:

  • Preserve a healthy shoreline ecosystem for wildlife such as sea turtles and shorebirds.
  • Protect beachfront properties and infrastructure from storms.
  • Provide wider, more enjoyable beaches for residents and visitors alike.
