This tastefully renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bath home with a new private heated pool! It is a 5-minute walk to the beach! Located in the beautiful Sea Pines Plantation, it is a quick stroll to the South Beach Marina Village with shopping, restaurants, and nightly entertainment.

This charming one-level home boasts an open floor plan with an updated kitchen overlooking the spacious living and dining area with a wet bar. The well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an inviting breakfast bar. The large master suite overlooking the lagoon has a king bed, a private bath with tub, and a separate tiled walk-in shower. Each of the two guest bedrooms has private bathrooms, one bedroom having a king bed and the other having a queen and a set of bunk beds.

The living area opens to the pool with a waterfall facing the tranquil lagoon. Also, there is a roomy covered outdoor eating area with seating for six and a gas grill perfect for barbecuing or enjoying your morning coffee. "Ocean Star" is the name of this lovely beach getaway perfect for vacationing with family and friends!

The house was so nice, better than the pictures and perfect for the 9 of us! (Family of 5 and 2 sets of grandparents.) Easy walk to the beach and Salty Dog!

 This was our first Vrbo experience and we may have started a new family tradition! This home is clean, neat and the spacious living room/dining area made for easy family gatherings. Everyone was well rested the next morning because the beds were comfortable. We all enjoyed the pool early morning and into the evening. The location is wonderful! It's a very short 1-2 minute walk to the beach. We loved riding the bikes and exploring Hilton Head. We noticed that we really enjoy the Sea Pines region.

Dear Raymond Family,  We absolutely loved our week in your home!  Our family of 6 fit here perfectly.  The heated pool was a daily pleasure for the kids and the hours spent on the beach were delightful.  Our proximity to South Beach made trips for shopping and ice cream a breeze.  Hilton Head has been a special place to us for many, many years, but we decided that 4 Merganser has been the best stay yet.  Thank you for sharing your awesome home - we will for sure be back! Saturday - Dinner @ Hogs Head.  Beast food on the island.  Tell Alexis & Robert we sent ya! Sunday - Go see the Buoy!! Monday - Go Shopping @ Island Girl, Tuesday - Jet skiing off Salty Dog grab a bloody mary after @ the outside bar!! Wednesday - Horseback riding @ Lawton Stables - So Fun! Great trail guides.  Corona + Rocky are the cutest horses! Rocky likes to eat the entire ride!! Thursday - Shopping at the Tanger Outlets. Extreme discounts @ Northface!! Friday - Relax by the pool, radio on! Go to Harbourtown Lighthouse - walk to the top!! Bluffton Farmers Market was great too/ only on Thursday.  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.  Our doggies loved walking on the beach every day.  Thanks so much, we will see you soon! Rachel & Ed

What a wonderful vacation we had in our 1st visit to Hilton Head Island.  I'm sure it won't be our last.  Your home offered everything we needed.   The charm and size was perfect for us with three kids, ages 4, 6 & 8.  We all spent many hours in the pool, by the pool, and just lounging in the family room.  My older guy loved that his room had a DVD player and he entertained his sibling as they relaxed at the end of busy days.  My middle boy took a keen liking to the Tiki Toss game which he got pretty good at by the end.  And as you see with the artwork on this page, by my youngest, the girl, she enjoyed your cabinet of games, toys and art supplies.  We caught her just in time as she began using this journal as a sketch pad.  Sorry about that!  While my wife and I liked nothing more then watching our kids so happy here.  But we all agreed the best about your house is it's proximity to the Salty Dog!  Regards, The Bodi Family

We had a wonderful week here!  The pool and patio were perfect for relaxing, enjoying the sun and wildlife (birds, flying fish and "George" the gator who we saw almost every day).  The house was perfect for our group.  We enjoyed the bikes, fishing, grilling out, the pool, games, and movies for the kids!! This house was perfect for our family vacation.  We were a grandmother from Lexington, KY with a daughter, son-in-law, 3-year-old and 3-month-old grandsons from Mariemont, OH. During a couple of rainy days, the toys were a godsend for the 3-year-old.  He loved the hot wheels, art supplies and dolls.  The location was great.  We thoroughly enjoyed our rental bikes which we rode all over Sea Pines.  We gifted you a functioning can opener.  We would be happy to return to this rental.  Cindy.
