This lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa located in Sea Pines has beautiful lagoon views and has been fully renovated. The remodeled kitchen with eat-in dining for four, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and tile backsplash is located just to the left as you enter the villa. The dining room and living room are located just off of the kitchen and boast all new furniture and a huge flat-panel TV. The most wonderful room in the villa is the screened-in porch with a flat panel TV located just off of the living area. You will enjoy incredible lagoon views while bird watching and overlooking the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. The master bedroom suite has a king bed and attached bath and the guest bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed, and attached bath.

The Beach Shuttle will operate during the below timeframes from 9 AM- 5 PM, seven days a week, weather permitting.

Many positive things to say about this property and the experience working with The Vacation Company. Tiffany, specifically, at The Vacation Company was fabulous to work with. She was kind, accommodating, and a great partner.

The property at 3364 Lake Forest is fabulous. It feels very spacious inside, has a WONDERFUL screened-in porch on the back that overlooks a peaceful lagoon, and it is a nice bike ride or run (or walk) to island spots that are fun -- Harbor Town, South Beach, elsewhere. My wife and I stayed 3 weeks in this unit and really enjoyed it. This is a great spot to consider, and we highly recommend working with The Vacation Company brand.

We were very pleased with our stay here! We loved the comfort and coziness. The screened in porch creates a sanctuary to watch the birds in the canal and for quiet time. Beautifully decorated and welcoming. We hope to stay again!
