This house was a lovely location for our July 4th family gathering of 9 adults and 4 children (8, 4, 3 and 14 months). Kitchen was well equipped for a rental with an abundance of utensils, plates, cups, and plastic/glassware. I even found a pastry cutter! We were astounded by the refrigerator count: 2 full-sized and FOUR beverage refrigerators and 2 icemakers! Plenty of space for chillingwater and other drinks as well as watermelon, casserole dishes, etc. Pool was sparkling clean and skimmed andbalanced more than once during our stay. House featured both covered and open balconies with plenty of seating space for our group to observe beach/pool activity, watch fireworks (a long show by vacationers on both sides!) or stargaze and is also a short walk to the beach. We solved the double stairway hazard for our toddler by attaching expandable baby gates with zip ties to seal off one staircase completely and then created a similar swinging gate with velcro latch on one level of the second staircase. Thegates were left (along with zip ties) for future guests. We experienced a coupleof maintenance issues but the speed and care with which they were resolved was truly exceptional. Proximity to stores and restaurants at Coligny was helpful. Would definitely rent this house again.

We had a wonderful stay in 33 Dune Lane. Our family of 10 adults and 6 children were all comfortable in the lovely home, the pool and hot tub were perfect, and the beach access was amazing!

What a wonderful vacation property. Vacationed with our daughter and her family for 2 weeks. The physical location of the property and the ability to walk to shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza is perfect. The home was immaculate! Sheets were top quality, plenty of towels and beach towels available. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance and utensil you could Imagine. Vacation company is extremely responsive - we had a clogged sink and the plumber arrived within 2 hours! We heated the pool and spa and well worth the additional cost . Just an amazing spot! Enjoy

We had a group of 13 adults staying here, and the house was perfect. We loved that each bedroom had its own adjoining bathroom. There was room for us to spread out, but also to gather together. The bar on the lower level next to the pool was great too, only problem with that was there is no bathroom or bathhouse to use on the ground level. You do get your exercise though with all the steps, granted there is an elevator, but by the time you get in & use, you can be up the steps. We loved that there was a little grass area we could play yard games, and that there is a nice path right to the beach, just steps away. It also was nice to have the 4 bicycles to use, plus Vacation Company gave us a voucher to use for different things that we used on beach chairs, which was nice not to have to lug any with us in the car. The house is real close to Coligny plaza, you can easily take a walk to there or bike. Due to Covid, we basically spent most of our time at the house, really there wasn't any reason to leave this place, you have everything here. Great place with amazing views, we would definitely rent this house again, & Vacation Company was great to work with, we only had a few issues & they were solved immediately.

The house was perfect for our family. With 15 people we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the beach and pool. Vacation Company very professional. Communications at check in, during our stay and checking out were simple and easy.

The home is just stunning and well maintained, and had some new amenities (this is our second time renting this property). The new pool bar is fantastic, and the karaoke machine was great fun. We, along with our grown children and their families had a wonderful stay and the house suited us all very comfortably. The furniture and beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen set up is a dream. It’s a short walking distance to town and we made many trips both walking and biking. The weather was perfect for any and all activities. We LOVED staying here. We did have some issues with the pool operation, and the property manager was very helpful and kind in his attention to the situation. Although we followed instructions regarding the heater, the spa and the filter itself, we still had to call daily for service until by week’s end, it was discovered that the thermostat had to be replaced. Problems with the pool did not however prevent the total enjoyment of it. Just one more down tic...we had to clean up several piles of dog feces before the kids could play in the yard. We are all looking forward to renting this property again. Ps: Just FYI...a few beach chairs/umbrellas would have been amazing...can’t bring them on a plane.

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home! We have visited Hilton Head Island since 2004 and this is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed in this far! The location is ideal, the home spacious and very well appointed and pool and outdoor areas perfect for fun in the sun.

Our family had one of the best beach trips we've ever had last week. We were beyond blessed to have had the opportunity to rent this beautiful home. The pictures can't really do it justice! We loved being right on the beach. The house is also walkable distance to Coligny Square. We rented bikes for the week so we loved being able to ride and get ice cream each night after dinner. I would highly recommend renting this home to everyone.

The house is awesome. This is our 8th time staying on Hilton Head for vacation. Always have stayed in N. Forest Beach area, this house is by far the nicest we have stayed at. The layout was perfect for ages 2 to 87 years old. Each room is like a suite, clean and comfortable. The gathering area on the 2nd level was perfect for games and hanging out, with awesome views of the ocean. The main floor is also set up perfectly, the great room was spacious, the kitchen very well equipped, and access to the patio, also with great ocean views. The yard space and pool area was large and well maintained, with plenty of room to walk around. The house also has nice landscaping to give you privacy. Their were plenty of lounge chairs and three tables for dining outdoors, which was very appreciated. Ping Pong table in garage was fun for a raining day, and a generous supply of pool toys and beach toys. Location is perfect, easily within walking distance to Coligny Plaza and restaurants. In fact, Dune Lane is awesome for walking and biking, as it is not a main road, but a nice residiential road. It was perfect for bike riding and walking and we took the bikes a lot, as it seemed silly to drive the car. This by far, is my favorite house. Hope to be back next year.
