The second that we opened the door, we knew this was going to be a great vacation! The condo was very spacious and clean. It was equipped with everything.needed in the kitchen. The open floor plan was a big plus. The condo was located in building one making it a close walk to the beach. My husband and me will definitely be back.

Clean and decorated nicely

My husband and I rented this villa for the month of Feb to escape the cold winter in IL. We were extremely pleased to find it spotless upon our arrival. Not a spec of dirt anywhere. It is nicely appointed with a beachy theme and offered a beach view through the palm trees. We had a couple of issues during our stay and The Vacation Company was extremely quick to respond. Since we were staying for one month to keep costs down, I cooked most every meal. Possibly a 13 x 9 casserole pan and additional containers for leftovers would be helpful. There are two 11 x 8 casserole pans available but the 13 x 9 was more suited for my dish. We would absolutely stay in this villa next year if it were pet friendly as we will have our dog with us next year. If you're looking for a mid island, clean villa with a oceanview through the trees, this is your villa!

Wonderful

The property was ready on time, very clean inside, once settled in we were greeted by management to make sure everything was up to our satisfaction! The condo was very spacious with all the amenities you could ask for, beautiful kitchen with a hidden clothes washer and dryer. My family loved the view of the ocean from both balconies along with the easy access to the pool and workout center. We have been coming to Hilton Head for 8 years now and this is our new favorite spot to stay!!!
